I keep my Rover calendar up to date with any changes as they come up. Because I work full-time, I mainly service the Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Friendship, and Shadyside neighborhoods; I have some recurring clients in Squirrel Hill so depending on my availability I can come to that area as well. If you have a solo senior dog, shoot me a message and we can see if it's a good fit; otherwise I am not available for dog walking or drop ins for dog-only households at this time.

Detailed instructions are always appreciated, regardless of the complexity of your pet's care. I am comfortable working with animals who have incontinence and other medical needs. Emergency contacts and/or vet info are always confirmed in advance. Meet and greets are required for all new clients. I am currently able to take on senior dogs, single and multi-cat homes, small mammals, and drop-ins for cat/dog households. I am unavailable for overnights outside of holidays.
A typical day
Whether your cat enjoys wand toys, chasing after stuffed mice, or hanging out in the nearest cardboard box, I'll ensure they are receiving adequate enrichment and having a good time.

Pet care experience
I started petsitting for friends in 2017 and took on more work during the pandemic. I love animals and understand how important it is to trust the person caring for them when you're away and not able to do so directly, and it's just as important for your pet(s) to feel at ease and well taken care of, too. Meeting each animal where they're at socially and energy-wise is crucial to providing quality pet care, and I try my best to do so, especially for shy, skittish cats. I've been lucky enough to build on prior experience and knowledge around caring for small mammals this year - I'd love to have take on more care of rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas, and other smaller furry guys. I have experience with multi-pet households and pets with medical needs, and am practiced at administering oral medications, with some experience giving subcutaneous fluids for cats. I'm also familiar with different diets (low-phosphorous, raw, kidney or urinary care, etc.); if your pets have any needs that I don't have prior experience with, I would love to learn! Currently I am available for drop-ins for cats and kittens, small mammals, and some adult dogs.
