I have two dogs of my own who are currently training to become therapy dogs, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive interactions. About: I've had cats since I was about 4 years old, and trained my own service dog (adopted as a senior from a pound) from 2016-2023, when she sadly passed. I've taken care of a range of pets belonging to family, friends, and family's friends and coworkers. I can handle pets of all ages, from kittens/puppies to senior animals, as well as working on training and house-breaking. I'm currently only working part-time with very few hours, so pet care is honestly how I'd like to spend my spare time and make my income. I'm very focused on the details of individual pet's care. I always make sure I understand the feeding schedules and amounts, how often the animals need to go outside, whether they can be off-leash in a fenced in area or if they need to be on an outside line or on a leash, whether or not cats go on walks, and I'm very careful to not leave human food around for them to get into. I always ask as many questions as possible to make sure I provide the best care for the pets I'm looking after.

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs and cats in my family! I grew up with 2 small dogs (10lbs), both living until 15 years old. Our one girl Lilly needed medication for congestive heart failure twice a day everyday for years. We snuck it in with peanut butter…to her it was just a treat! I also have pet sit for my sister who has 2 large dogs (50lbs doodle & 100lbs golden retriever/German Shepard mix), and my aunt who has a German Shepard. I now live with my 2 cats, and 2 other cats of my family (4 total). I love my cats more than anything in the world, and make sure they are as spoiled as can be. I am comfortable taking cats outside on a harness and a leash! That’s how my cats go outside. I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats, respecting their boundaries, and making sure that they are comfortable around me! I am a freelance makeup artist so most of my work is done on the weekends, leaving the weekdays almost completely open every week. I have plenty of time from morning until night! I have a lot of time for drop in visits, and walks, however because of my home situation with all of my cats, they would not be fond of other animals coming in, and I am too attached to leave my cats at night. I treat every pet that I meet like I am their favorite aunt that spoils them every time she comes over! I like to learn as much about them as possible so that I can respect them, their space, and their boundaries. I am very trusting when it comes to animals and rarely feel unsafe around them. It can be scary letting people into your home and caring for your pets and I understand that 100%, so I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4, and then when I turned 12 I began taking care of other dogs around the neighborhood. I have had the enormous blessing of making friends of both human, canine, and feline through pet sitting & Rover. The profile says I had only one repeat client but I’ve had over eight families (in addition to many others by word of mouth) that have repeatedly used my loving care for their animals and homes. I had a very successful and full pet care business in multiple states including; Illinois, Utah, and California. I have house sat for more families than I can remember and all were happy and safe experiences for the pets, families, and me! Pet care has always worked into my every day and weekly schedule very easily and with excitement as I love to be around animals.
