“Leo has been amazing with Sonny! Always communicative, flexible, and takes the extra time to make sure Sonny is settled before he leaves! Bonus that he takes the cutest pictures on their walks!”

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs and cats in my family! I grew up with 2 small dogs (10lbs), both living until 15 years old. Our one girl Lilly needed medication for congestive heart failure twice a day everyday for years. We snuck it in with peanut butter…to her it was just a treat! I also have pet sit for my sister who has 2 large dogs (50lbs doodle & 100lbs golden retriever/German Shepard mix), and my aunt who has a German Shepard. I now live with my 2 cats, and 2 other cats of my family (4 total). I love my cats more than anything in the world, and make sure they are as spoiled as can be. I am comfortable taking cats outside on a harness and a leash! That’s how my cats go outside. I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats, respecting their boundaries, and making sure that they are comfortable around me! I am a freelance makeup artist so most of my work is done on the weekends, leaving the weekdays almost completely open every week. I have plenty of time from morning until night! I have a lot of time for drop in visits, and walks, however because of my home situation with all of my cats, they would not be fond of other animals coming in, and I am too attached to leave my cats at night. I treat every pet that I meet like I am their favorite aunt that spoils them every time she comes over! I like to learn as much about them as possible so that I can respect them, their space, and their boundaries. I am very trusting when it comes to animals and rarely feel unsafe around them. It can be scary letting people into your home and caring for your pets and I understand that 100%, so I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. I want each pet to have the best quality of life possible, and if I can assist with that I would love to.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4, and then when I turned 12 I began taking care of other dogs around the neighborhood. I have had the enormous blessing of making friends of both human, canine, and feline through pet sitting & Rover. The profile says I had only one repeat client but I’ve had over eight families (in addition to many others by word of mouth) that have repeatedly used my loving care for their animals and homes. I had a very successful and full pet care business in multiple states including; Illinois, Utah, and California. I have house sat for more families than I can remember and all were happy and safe experiences for the pets, families, and me! I’m working a little part time and spend a lot of time taking care of myself and writing. Pet care has always worked into my every day and weekly schedule very easily and with excitement as I love to be around animals. I make sure to be aware of the environment and the animal before I make any big steps. I check for fences and make sure doors are closed. I have a cat right now that is very warm yet shy so when I get the chance to house pets in my home I know they will be separate and safe. I ensure that each animal is safe and seen in all environments whether it is outside on walks or in the backyard or even just in the kitchen.

About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician who graduated from Becker College in 2021. My passion for animals is my drive. I currently work at a non-profit veterinary clinic with low-income cost options. I truly feel like I am doing a great thing! Because I’ve been a technician for 5 years, medications etc. are no issue! I choose to make pet care fit, because it’s my passion. I want owners to be able to vacation worry free! I care for pets in clients homes the way I am asked to. For example, if you ask for your dog to be crated, I will make sure that is done before heading out. The same goes for mealtimes and medication times. I work with the dog’s personality in it’s preferred environment.
About: I once owned my own doggy daycare/training facility and absolutely fell in love with all my doggy friends. I currently have ample time to help your dog while you are away from the home. I am available most weekdays as well as weekends. I will care for your dog at your home as if they were my own. I’ve worked with pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments—from tiny parrots to towering horses—and I’m confident handling everything in between. I have experience with: • Puppies and young dogs (training, socialization, and lots of patience!) • Caring for a dog with frequent seizures and special health needs • Working at a large dog rescue in Mexico, rehabilitating street dogs with behavioral and medical issues of all sizes • Administering oral medications and following detailed care instructions • Senior pet care with extra attention and gentleness (my dog is epileptic so I know how to administer all seizure meds and the full protocol) • Basic training and reinforcing good behavior • Horse care from years of working in barns (feeding, grooming, handling) • Volunteering for a year at a parrot rescue, learning about specialized bird care I’m active and outdoorsy, so I love taking energetic dogs for runs, hikes, or long walks—but I’m just as happy giving older or calmer pets plenty of snuggles. Safety, compassion, and keeping your pets happy are my top priorities, and I’ll always send plenty of photo updates while you’re away. I’m currently completely open and very flexible with scheduling. I’m not working another job right now, so I can adjust to your pet’s exact needs—whether that’s early mornings, late nights, or last-minute bookings. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. In my home, pets must be friendly with other dogs, as I have my own, and everyone’s well-being is a top priority. We have a fully fenced yard for safe play and fresh air, and I love going on regular walks to keep pets happy and healthy. I’m very routine-oriented, so I’ll follow your pet’s feeding, exercise, and care schedule exactly as you request—whether in my home or yours.
