“I had a family wedding to go to and wanted to find a safe and comfortable place to leave Winston, my young dorgi (half dachshund, half corgi) who had never been away from me since I was lucky enough to get him. Laura and her family turned out to be the perfect people and place. With a beautiful, safe home out in the country, a deck and fenced in yard where he could play, a open-plan house where he was visible at all times, Laura’s place was perfect. And the bonus: three little girls who adored him and lavished attention upon him, much to his delight. Laura, herself, was wonderful, caring, professional, delightful. She took him on long walks which he loved, texted me photos and updates on this progress during the stay, saw to his every need and even made some recommendations to me as to feeding bowls which might slow his eating down (he snarfs up his food in seconds!). I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. But I think he knows he can go back and stay in this home away from home which he will definitely be doing the next time I need to go away without him. I can’t tell you the peace of mind that all this brought me, knowing that he was happy and being well-cared-for and loved.”
“Tina is AWESOME! We boarded our special needs, almost blind senior shih tzu with her last night and everything went great. Tina is responsive, very easy to work with, super attentive to our little girl and clearly has a great deal of experience with all kinds of dogs. Our pup is a rescue that had been abandoned just over a year ago, so she is quite anxious and has separation anxiety. We always worry about how things will go when we leave her... Tina was fantastic with her!!! She sent regular text updates and adorable photos to make us feel at ease. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by and caring for all kind of animals (even monkeys). Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, have relied on me to care for their dogs, cats, and more for years; Knowing that I will love their pets like I love my own, my clients have confidence and trust when booking with me! As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention. I intentionally only accept one additional dog at a time so each pet receives plenty of supervision and individualized care I have one dog, Ollie, that loves to play and keep every guest company. I am in a two story duplex with a small unfenced yard, but have an outdoor lead for potty breaks and plenty of areas for walking in my neighborhood. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. There will be no instances where our pets are left alone unmonitored for the safety of both parties.

At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.
About: I have years of experience taking care of pets, both professionally and at home. I am a former dog groomer, so I understand dog and cat behavior and know how to keep them feeling safe and comfortable! I'd love the opportunity to take care of your furry family members. About: I have taken care of dogs since i was little. My friend has had a few dogs and i loved helping out with training and taking care of them! In the photos added on my profile are some of the pets that i either have or have taken care of multiple times over the years!! My schedule is very flexible. With summer coming around my job is out in hold due to schools being closed for summer break!! I do work part time but the job is very flexible! I have a yard with 2-3 leashes outside at a time. they are anchored to a lead from house to tree. (it is very sturdy). I also have a 15 foot leash wrapped around a tree in the middle of my yard for more hyper and energetic dogs!
