About: I've had cats since I was about 4 years old, and trained my own service dog (adopted as a senior from a pound) from 2016-2023, when she sadly passed. I've taken care of a range of pets belonging to family, friends, and family's friends and coworkers. I can handle pets of all ages, from kittens/puppies to senior animals, as well as working on training and house-breaking. I'm currently only working part-time with very few hours, so pet care is honestly how I'd like to spend my spare time and make my income. I'm very focused on the details of individual pet's care. I always make sure I understand the feeding schedules and amounts, how often the animals need to go outside, whether they can be off-leash in a fenced in area or if they need to be on an outside line or on a leash, whether or not cats go on walks, and I'm very careful to not leave human food around for them to get into. I always ask as many questions as possible to make sure I provide the best care for the pets I'm looking after.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals. I’ve had 1 bird, 1 ferret, 5 cats, and 6 dogs. I’ve trained 2 Dogs to obey basic commands and good potty habits. Im available for boarding on Fridays through Sundays. I work from home on Friday and I don’t work the weekends at all. I can also be flexible during week days as needed. I take my dogs for walks every 3 hours or at their request. We play fetch and tug-o-war in my backyard. My basement is a complete doggy daycare.

My girlfriend and I have an Australian Shepherd of our own who’s a huge part of our family, so I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pup. I’m the go to dog sitter for friends and family, one of my friends even calls me the “dog whisperer.” I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, whether they love to play or just want someone to hang out with. I’m confident handling dogs on walks and keeping up with leash training and good habits. With that my dog is on a good routine, 7am-7:30am she goes potty 8:30am-9am breakfast 10:30am-11:00am she goes for her first walk for about 30mins to 1.5hours depending on the day Between 12:30pm-4pm we do about 5-10mins of mental stimulation training 5pm-6:30pm she gets dinner and an after dinner walk 7pm-the rest of the night we chill I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run around! The doggos can run around and play with each other or train.

About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. As for the pups, I am always excited to get a chance to go for a walk or even a full on hike! Exercise is always more fun when a four legged friend is involved. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, filled with so much love for each and every one of them. This includes dogs, cats, and many more fun animals! I currently work as a Nursing Assistant at night, so I have lots of free days to spend with furry friends! About: Please reach out to me for one-time requests only as I have a varied schedule during the day - many times my students take vacations during the summer so I’ve been looking for some extra income to supplement my teaching and I absolutely love going for walks and runs with pets! Please see updated photos for some of my previous pet clients. Recently took care of a few hairless cats as well as a big dog! I’ve taken care of pets in many settings, including messier households! (Not a neat freak so messes do not bother me!) I trained my Doberman on Couch to 5k, running through all the trails in RI. I’ve taught my cat how to shuffle cards, play piano, and spin in a circle on command, and my mom’s old cat would always practice Pilates with us at 6 in the morning. Recently I dropped in for a friend’s 2 cats, even the shy one eventually warmed up to me! They required medication in their food so she left detailed, neatly handwritten notes on the table, which helped a lot! Known for my positive and caring energy as a music therapist (who works alongside a pet therapist!) and music teacher, and with a mom with a college degree in animal science, I have a passion for animals in general. She is now dating a farmer and we now have a baby cow named clover who I help take care of occasionally on Sundays. I love driving so I’m happy to drive to you if it’s further away - as I am regularly back and forth between Westerly, RI and Uncasville, CT. Outside of teaching in a formal studio, I’ve worked in client’s homes for therapy-related meetings as well as for music lessons - and believe it or not often times there are pets who love to sing along to the music! I usually stay home in the morning so I can easily take care of your pet between 7 am and 2 pm. I used to have an office job but found it too sedentary and draining; I discovered I thrive in outdoor and home environments. I’m excited to enter this new chapter and care for animals! I have a partially fenced yard so I would generally take pets out on a leash but it is a non-busy road and very safe - the lawn is freshly mowed and we have a playground your dog can weave around! I also have a cute little neighborhood that we can circle around that is far from the highway and if your pet loved car rides, we can always go to the park and get ice cream! Occasionally our neighbor’s dog likes to come over unsolicited but he is always very gentle and friendly! My cats are also used to my mom’s boyfriend’s rambunctious dogs coming in and out from time to time and we have plenty of doors and rooms in the house and baby gates if we ever needed to keep pets separate! We also have a spare pet bed if needed that was gifted to us - we always want to make sure your pet is comfortable sleeping at night!

About: I've lived with dogs nearly my whole life, and cats for half of it. I have taken care of said pets for years and been an in-family pet sitter on numerous occasions. My mother frequently cares for other pets through apps like this/through friends, and I assist her with that when needed. At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.

About: I'll be honest, I am doing this because I need extra money. But I want to make extra money spending time with your pets because I love being around animals and I want to spend actual time with them giving them love, exercise, and a good time. I am able to spend actual time with them as I am a teacher and do not work during the summer. Animals deserve to be shown affection as much as possible throughout the day especially when a lot of their time is spent waiting for owners to come home. Don't let your pets wait around for you, give them someone to hangout with in the meantime! I love taking dogs on walks and hikes!
