Laura and her family turned out to be the perfect people and place. With a beautiful, safe home out in the country, a deck and fenced in yard where he could play, a open-plan house where he was visible at all times, Laura’s place was perfect. And the bonus: three little girls who adored him and lavished attention upon him, much to his delight. Laura, herself, was wonderful, caring, professional, delightful. She took him on long walks which he loved, texted me photos and updates on this progress during the stay, saw to his every need and even made some recommendations to me as to feeding bowls which might slow his eating down (he snarfs up his food in seconds!). I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. But I think he knows he can go back and stay in this home away from home which he will definitely be doing the next time I need to go away without him. I can’t tell you the peace of mind that all this brought me, knowing that he was happy and being well-cared-for and loved.”

About: Cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I currently have three of my own — all with very different personalities, because of course they do. About: I’m pretty much a full-time stay-at-home dog mom to my two large dogs, so caring for dogs is already a huge part of my everyday life! I’ve spent months working on training with my own dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with different behaviors, routines, and personalities. About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. Having every animal from cats to dogs, birds and guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, turtles, and birds! I have experience training dogs as well as training service dogs. I can care for animals from birth to their senior years. About: I've taken care of animals since I was very little. I used to live on a farm and had responsibilities for feeding, walking, and caring for various animals. I am currently a full time online student in college and a stay at home mom with my 1 year old, therefore, I am free all day to care for your cats or your dogs! With that my dog is on a good routine, 7am-7:30am she goes potty 8:30am-9am breakfast 10:30am-11:00am she goes for her first walk for about 30mins to 1.5hours depending on the day Between 12:30pm-4pm we do about 5-10mins of mental stimulation training 5pm-6:30pm she gets dinner and an after dinner walk 7pm-the rest of the night we chill I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run around! The doggos can run around and play with each other or train.

About: I've lived with dogs nearly my whole life, and cats for half of it. I have taken care of said pets for years and been an in-family pet sitter on numerous occasions. My mother frequently cares for other pets through apps like this/through friends, and I assist her with that when needed. At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.

About: I’m pretty much a full-time stay-at-home dog mom to my two large dogs, so caring for dogs is already a huge part of my everyday life! I’ve spent months working on training with my own dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with different behaviors, routines, and personalities. I have a fully fenced-in yard with plenty of room for dogs to play and two dogs of my own for company. I always prioritize safe introductions and will make sure your dog is comfortable with mine before their stay. Pets are welcome to make themselves at home, and I can easily separate or crate dogs when needed. I’ll follow your pet’s normal feeding, sleeping, medication, and care routine as closely as possible and provide plenty of updates and pictures so you can feel comfortable while you’re away.
