About: Hello! My name is Meghan and I have a love and passion for all kinds of animals. I am currently a part time veterinary receptionist/assistant and am available for walks and drop-in visits Sunday through Wednesdays. I have never known a life without pets. Growing up, my family always had dogs, including two German Shepherd police K9s and even a dog who used a wheel chair. I have also bred and whelped both German shepherd and Labrador Retrievers. My husband and I currently have two Labrador retrievers, four cats and four goats. I would love to take my passion for animals and turn it into a business one day, which is why I decided to start on Rover. We just recently fenced-in our yard, the safety and well-being of your pet are of utmost importance to us. To ensure their security, the back door will remain locked during their stay, and all entrances and exits will be conducted through the front door, where a leash will be securely attached to your dog. Unless specified otherwise, your pet will become just part of our family, granting them the freedom to roam certain areas of the house. Our couches and chairs are open for their lounging pleasure, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. To maintain a harmonious feeding routine, your pet will be provided separate mealtimes, distinct from our own animals and children. Rest assured that while under our care, your beloved pet will receive individualized attention, an inviting environment, and the utmost consideration for their comfort and safety.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals. I’ve had 1 bird, 1 ferret, 5 cats, and 6 dogs. I’ve trained 2 Dogs to obey basic commands and good potty habits. Im available for boarding on Fridays through Sundays. I work from home on Friday and I don’t work the weekends at all. I can also be flexible during week days as needed. I take my dogs for walks every 3 hours or at their request. We play fetch and tug-o-war in my backyard. My basement is a complete doggy daycare.

About: My experience includes working with horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens, fish, reptiles, birds and more. I have my own dog Paul, and I've owned dogs and cats in the past as well. My most recent certification is in wildife rehabilitation, and I work part-time as an educator at an aquarium. I surround myself with animals and I hope to do so for the rest of my life. I work on Sundays and Mondays, volunteer on Thursdays, and may be called in on other days. I am responsible for my own animals at home as well. As long as I have time to plan for animal care for others, I will make that care a priority. Clearly written instructions on specific care for your animals is appreciated, but I can use my knowledge and experience to make the right calls if anything comes up.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and have always loved being around them. My girlfriend and I have an Australian Shepherd of our own who’s a huge part of our family, so I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pup. I’m the go to dog sitter for friends and family, one of my friends even calls me the “dog whisperer.” I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, whether they love to play or just want someone to hang out with. I’m confident handling dogs on walks and keeping up with leash training and good habits. I’m also happy to feed, administer medication, and take care of any special routines or needs your furry family member has. I’ll treat your dog like they’re one of my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care while you’re away. I’m here for you and for your fur baby, whatever you need I will do it! With that my dog is on a good routine, 7am-7:30am she goes potty 8:30am-9am breakfast 10:30am-11:00am she goes for her first walk for about 30mins to 1.5hours depending on the day Between 12:30pm-4pm we do about 5-10mins of mental stimulation training 5pm-6:30pm she gets dinner and an after dinner walk 7pm-the rest of the night we chill I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run around! The doggos can run around and play with each other or train.

About: I've been taking care of animals my whole life! I have experience with dogs, cats, large animals, reptiles and pocket pets. I have the knowledge to handle emergency situations if needed and can administer injections, sub Q fluids, medications etc. I offers nail trimming for well behaved dogs/cats. Have a high energy dog that needs a little extra enrichment? No problem! I love to hike and can offer basic training as well! My animals are my life, so let me take care of yours like they're my own! I currently work full time in pet care services! I offer around the clock care for pets and their owners! I love what I do and have never been happier! I don’t offer in my home services due to one of my dogs being selective of others. In your home we could spend the day in many ways. Playtime, snuggles, walks or hikes. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up, my mother was (and still is) a doggy foster mom for our local shelter. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and any special care instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.”

About: I’m been volunteering for dog walking since colleges in North Carolina dog shelter. Since then, I fell in love with dogs. Personally, I had a husky. I took care of him and he is so sweet. Doggy, my love!!!!! I’m available throughout the week. Starting from 11:00 am to 7:00pm. Personally, I take care of my dog and I generally take a dog walk whenever I’m free in the afternoon or night I normally have a single room for my dog to play or sleep around there. About: I've lived with dogs nearly my whole life, and cats for half of it. I have taken care of said pets for years and been an in-family pet sitter on numerous occasions. My mother frequently cares for other pets through apps like this/through friends, and I assist her with that when needed. At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.

About: I am a dog lover who owns 3 dogs. One pit bull mix, one Dashhound mix, and a pit bull puppy! I am also a foster home for rescued dogs through East Coast Canine Rescue. I have one dog who is very high energy and needs to play outside daily! I will kick a ball for him, and he runs for it with his toy in his mouth. I have part of my yard fenced in for pups to run around like crazy. I am a stay at home mom- my time is very flexible. We have two crates if necessary. Treats galore! My dogs are like family- We love on them like our children. Your dog will be treated like our own. We can give baths as well. Your dog will be very comfortable at my house. It will be a pleasure to have them. I have a very relaxed schedule that will cater to your dog. My dogs live like kings. They are cared for very well. Your dog will also be treated as family. They are able to go out whenever they want.

About: I'll be honest, I am doing this because I need extra money. But I want to make extra money spending time with your pets because I love being around animals and I want to spend actual time with them giving them love, exercise, and a good time. I am able to spend actual time with them as I am a teacher and do not work during the summer. Animals deserve to be shown affection as much as possible throughout the day especially when a lot of their time is spent waiting for owners to come home. Don't let your pets wait around for you, give them someone to hangout with in the meantime! I love taking dogs on walks and hikes! I know how important it is for animals to be cared for meaning being fed, bathed, and given a good rubbin.
