About: Hi, I’m Caroline! I’ve had the joy of owning several dogs, and my friends often trust me to care for theirs when they’re away. I’m patient, energetic, and absolutely love going on long walks. Originally from Massachusetts, but live in North Park. When your dog is with me, you can be sure they’ll get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I enjoy visiting parks, walking paths, and trails, and I’m happy to match any dog’s energy level—whether they love staying active or prefer some cozy cuddle time. I’m here to provide loving care, including feeding, walking, playtime, and even light cleaning if needed. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’d love the chance to spend quality time with yours! During the week, I have a lot of flexibility working remote so I can be around in the mornings, afternoons or evenings. Additionally, on the weekends I am almost always available! I will treat your home as if it was mine. I am clean and professional and will follow any instructions provided for your dogs needs.

About: When it comes to pet care, I stand out from the rest in the area for numerous reasons. First and foremost, your beloved pet will be treated as a cherished member of our family during their stay with us. With a lifelong passion for dogs, I have been caring for these furry companions since I was just 10 years old. From energetic Corgis to playful Pit Bulls, from gentle Golden Retrievers to lovable Saint Bernards, I have experience with a wide range of breeds and temperaments. What truly sets me apart is my patience with all dogs, ensuring that your pet receives not only love and attention but also the grace they deserve. Rain or shine, daily walks are a staple in our routine, and I take great delight in strolling through the rain with a furry friend by my side. With my dedicated care, expertise in training, and unwavering commitment to providing a nurturing environment, I am the ideal choice for ensuring your pet's happiness, safety, and well-being. As a teacher, pet care seamlessly integrates into our daily and weekly routine. With the flexibility of our schedules, there is always someone present to attend to your furry family member even if one of us needs to step out briefly with the children. My commitment to your pet's well-being ensures that they are never left alone for extended periods of time. Whether it's engaging in playtime, administering meals, or providing comforting company, your furry friend will always have a loving presence by their side. We understand the importance of consistency and stability in a pet's life, and we strive to maintain a nurturing environment that seamlessly integrates into our daily and weekly routines. We just recently fenced-in our yard, the safety and well-being of your pet are of utmost importance to us. To ensure their security, the back door will remain locked during their stay, and all entrances and exits will be conducted through the front door, where a leash will be securely attached to your dog. Unless specified otherwise, your pet will become just part of our family, granting them the freedom to roam certain areas of the house. Our couches and chairs are open for their lounging pleasure, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. To maintain a harmonious feeding routine, your pet will be provided separate mealtimes, distinct from our own animals and children. Rest assured that while under our care, your beloved pet will receive individualized attention, an inviting environment, and the utmost consideration for their comfort and safety.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4, and then when I turned 12 I began taking care of other dogs around the neighborhood. I have had the enormous blessing of making friends of both human, canine, and feline through pet sitting & Rover. The profile says I had only one repeat client but I’ve had over eight families (in addition to many others by word of mouth) that have repeatedly used my loving care for their animals and homes. I had a very successful and full pet care business in multiple states including; Illinois, Utah, and California. I have house sat for more families than I can remember and all were happy and safe experiences for the pets, families, and me! I’m working a little part time and spend a lot of time taking care of myself and writing. Pet care has always worked into my every day and weekly schedule very easily and with excitement as I love to be around animals. I make sure to be aware of the environment and the animal before I make any big steps. I check for fences and make sure doors are closed. I have a cat right now that is very warm yet shy so when I get the chance to house pets in my home I know they will be separate and safe. I ensure that each animal is safe and seen in all environments whether it is outside on walks or in the backyard or even just in the kitchen.

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs and cats in my family! I grew up with 2 small dogs (10lbs), both living until 15 years old. Our one girl Lilly needed medication for congestive heart failure twice a day everyday for years. We snuck it in with peanut butter…to her it was just a treat! I also have pet sit for my sister who has 2 large dogs (50lbs doodle & 100lbs golden retriever/German Shepard mix), and my aunt who has a German Shepard. I now live with my 2 cats, and 2 other cats of my family (4 total). I love my cats more than anything in the world, and make sure they are as spoiled as can be. I am comfortable taking cats outside on a harness and a leash! That’s how my cats go outside. I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats, respecting their boundaries, and making sure that they are comfortable around me! I am a freelance makeup artist so most of my work is done on the weekends, leaving the weekdays almost completely open every week. I have plenty of time from morning until night! I have a lot of time for drop in visits, and walks, however because of my home situation with all of my cats, they would not be fond of other animals coming in, and I am too attached to leave my cats at night. I treat every pet that I meet like I am their favorite aunt that spoils them every time she comes over! I like to learn as much about them as possible so that I can respect them, their space, and their boundaries. I am very trusting when it comes to animals and rarely feel unsafe around them. It can be scary letting people into your home and caring for your pets and I understand that 100%, so I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. I want each pet to have the best quality of life possible, and if I can assist with that I would love to.

About: Hi I’m Espen! I’ve helped take care of dogs my entire life. I currently have 7 dogs. I help take care of each and everyone of them; including walking, feeding, playing with, and grooming. My family is also part of a foster care program that my mom helps run. We’ve had over 30+ dogs staying and get adopted from our house. We have also adopted 4 of them for ourselves. I currently work two jobs as an 18 year old to put into savings for an apartment and for daily life like expensive for gas and groceries. During my off time I’m fully capable of taking care of any dogs no matter the size. Currently I’m only available to walk dogs. I’m able to bring poop bags for walks and a reusable rubber dog bowl for water on the go.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, ten cats and one very cute Golden Retriever! I’ve cared for both my own pets and others, including a Chocolate Lab named Whiskey and two mixed-breed pups, Sam and Bruce. I’m very familiar with daily routines like walks, meals, and potty breaks, and I’ve even helped with the birth of a litter of Golden Retriever puppies, caring for all five with the help of my family until they found their forever homes. I’m friendly, dependable, and truly love animals of all kinds. Your pet will be in loving hands with me! I’m currently doing this full-time, so I’m very flexible, even on short notice! If you have questions about specific times or recurring visits, just reach out, I’m happy to work with your schedule. I can easily work around whatever routine works best for your pet. I’ve cared for many pets with different setups, some families prefer crating, while others allow their pets to roam freely while they’re away. I’m also very comfortable handling all types of feeding routines, whether that’s kibble, wet food, or a raw diet, and I will always follow your instructions to ensure meals are served safely and on schedule.

About: I've lived with dogs nearly my whole life, and cats for half of it. I have taken care of said pets for years and been an in-family pet sitter on numerous occasions. My mother frequently cares for other pets through apps like this/through friends, and I assist her with that when needed. At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.

About: Hello! My name is Meghan and I have a love and passion for all kinds of animals. I am currently a part time veterinary assistant and am available for walks and drop-in visits. I have never known a life without pets. Growing up, my family always had dogs, including two German Shepherd police K9s and even a dog who used a wheel chair. Having both working dogs and pet dogs in the house has given a firm understanding of the differences between them, as well as helped me to feel comfortable around multiple different breeds. I have also bred and whelped both German shepherd and Labrador retriever puppies. Currently, my husband and I have two Labrador retrievers, five cats and four goats. I would love to take my passion for animals and turn it into a business one day, which is why I decided to start on Rover. I am currently available for dog walking and drop in visits for socializing and potty breaks. Please contact me for any kind of pet care you may need! I am currently a part time veterinary assistant! I am available during the following hours for walks and drop-in visits: Monday 2pm - 6pm Wednesday 9am - 6 pm Thursday 9am - 12pm Saturday & Sunday 9am - 6pm I have reliable transportation, and will treat your pets as if they are my own. Their safety and happiness is the most important thing to me.

Great experience using rover for first time. I couldn’t walk my dogs because of ankle surgery. Ashlyne responded right away and came over on short notice and walked my two dogs, an 11yrs old black lab and an 1yrs old black lab / Belgian malinois mix. They both liked her and went walking with her with no hesitation. Plan to use Ashlyne again and highly recommend her.
