About: I have years of animal training under my belt and have had dogs my entire life. I have currently have an old Jack Russell and a cat! They love other dogs, so it’s been fun hosting over the past 10 years! We like to go on frequent walks, hikes, swims and anything else your pup enjoys. I do have little kids in the house, so the dog must have experience with children. Please note the following; **I do not accept puppies to board in my home** ** I require a meet and greet prior to accepting any new clients!** **MUST be cat friendly- This means has been around a cat** Any pick up that is more than 45 minutes late will incur an additional late pick up fee. I currently work part time- so I am home most of the time. I can let your dog out every 2-4 hours in our yard when I am not working. Daily walks outside. I have a dog friendly cat and a pet friendly house! I have a gated dog area with an open door crate for a safe space or quiet area.

About: I have volunteered with a dog rescue for the last years working with a variety of different dog breeds, ages, sizes, and behavioral issues. I also have 2 years of basic obedience dog training through that rescue, especially working through behavioral issues such as fear and reactivity. I also currently work as a Doggie Daycare Attendant. I currently work part-time as a doggy daycare attendant. I have 3 of my own dogs, as well as a foster dog. My mother in law lives with my family so there is almost always someone home, especially so for potty breaks. All of my dog remain crated while unattended. Potty breaks as as frequently as needed, especially with my senior dog. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have long leads for outside and dogs are never left unsupervised outside.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals. I’ve had 1 bird, 1 ferret, 5 cats, and 6 dogs. I’ve trained 2 Dogs to obey basic commands and good potty habits. Im available for boarding on Fridays through Sundays. I work from home on Friday and I don’t work the weekends at all. I can also be flexible during week days as needed. I take my dogs for walks every 3 hours or at their request. We play fetch and tug-o-war in my backyard. My basement is a complete doggy daycare.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I will take care of yours as they were my own. I love being outdoors so they won’t ever be bored. I will make sure your pup is taken care of while you are away, I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving them so I will send updates and pics to put you at ease if needed. I will adhere to rules and training that you are working on with the dog. I will ask questions to see what exactly you and they need. If needing overnight care you can be assured I will look after them and they will not be lonely. We will socialize and play until it’s time for them to go home. About: I absolutely love going for walks and runs with dogs! Please see updated photos for some of my previous pet clients. Recently took care of a few hairless cats as well as a big dog! I’ve taken care of pets in many settings, including messier households! (Not a neat freak so messes do not bother me!) I trained my Doberman on Couch to 5k, running through all the trails in RI. I’ve taught my cat how to shuffle cards, play piano, and spin in a circle on command, and my mom’s old cat would always practice Pilates with us at 6 in the morning. Recently I dropped in for a friend’s 2 cats, even the shy one eventually warmed up to me! They required medication in their food so she left detailed, neatly handwritten notes on the table, which helped a lot! Known for my positive and caring energy as a music therapist (who works alongside a pet therapist!) and music teacher, and with a mom with a college degree in animal science, I have a passion for animals in general. She is now dating a farmer and we now have a baby cow named clover who I help take care of occasionally on Sundays. Generally I am available in the middle of the day most days of the week for one-off visits. My boyfriend is a biologist and also has a small dog who I walk frequently in the mornings and at midnight (she’s a night owl like us!) Available to do drop-ins at your home within 45 mins of Montville - please message me at least one week before your trip to solidify the booking! Please be kind, respectful, and professional in your requests - I do not take last minute visits but would love to help you out with your furry friend. Not a veterinarian, just an animal lover with a lot of compassion!! One of my favorite activities is running, I can always walk or run with your pet, or if you prefer us to lounge, I have lots of great pet-friendly shows on our nice TV. I love driving so I’m happy to drive to you if it’s further away - as I am regularly back and forth between Westerly, RI and Uncasville, CT. Outside of teaching in a formal studio, I’ve worked in client’s homes for therapy-related meetings as well as for music lessons - and believe it or not often times there are pets who love to sing along to the music! I usually stay home in the morning so I can easily take care of your pet between 7 am and 2 pm. I used to have an office job but found it too sedentary and draining; I discovered I thrive in outdoor and home environments. I’m excited to enter this new chapter and care for animals! I have a partially fenced yard so I would generally take pets out on a leash but it is a non-busy road and very safe - the lawn is freshly mowed and we have a playground your dog can weave around! I also have a cute little neighborhood that we can circle around that is far from the highway and if your pet loved car rides, we can always go to the park and get ice cream! Occasionally our neighbor’s dog likes to come over unsolicited but he is always very gentle and friendly! My cats are also used to my mom’s boyfriend’s rambunctious dogs coming in and out from time to time and we have plenty of doors and rooms in the house and baby gates if we ever needed to keep pets separate! We also have a spare pet bed if needed that was gifted to us - we always want to make sure your pet is comfortable sleeping at night!

About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. Having every animal from cats to dogs, birds and guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, turtles, and birds! I have experience training dogs as well as training service dogs. I can care for animals from birth to their senior years. I can safely bathe animals, feed, administer medication, and give souch love to them! I have a very flexible routine that allows me to accommodate the needs of many pet parents! I can make adjustments as needed and am happy to spend time with your loved four legged friend! I keep a clean, safe space for the animals I visit with. Unless otherwise noted, I keep a variety of treats and toys on hand and keep a large gravity water bowl available at all times.

About: I've had at least one dog in my house since I was in first grade. My first dog is no longer with us however, I currently have a 9-year-old black lab and a 7-month-old silver lab. My dogs love to go on hiking trails, and with your permission, I can also take your dog to new locations. I unfortunately don't have experience with other people's dogs except for friends and family. I'm currently working part-time, so I'm very flexible with times. I will put my dogs' needs first, however, making sure I have time to give them the exercise and attention they deserve. My dogs are my best friends. I always show love and respect towards them. I also understand how a dog's life can be boring sometimes. Giving them a new environment to sniff out creates a happy and exhausted pup. I try to take my older dog on a new walk/hike every week to give them an adventure and something to look forward to. I'm hoping to provide the same for your dogs. I am also a runner, so I wouldn't mind running alongside your dog. Walking/hiking/running, whatever you prefer.
