About: I have taken care of many different kinds of dogs and cats my whole life. In my neighborhood I am the trusted pet sitter and pet walker! I work part time during my summer so I can focus on the pets I am hired to take care of. During the school year I do have some longer days so only certain days I can take care of dogs that require less than 4 hrs of alone time. I always follow the ground rules set by the owners. I do my best to make sure the pets do not get into anything that could cause them harm.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

I am available daytime and overnights! My schedule is flexible and will allow me to provide your pet with the the care and attention they deserve. My typical schedule is fairly flexible when I am not already booked, especially with advance notice. Please do not hesitate to ask me about availability! I like to be aware of how your pet usually behaves in your home, and what their typical weekday and weekend day is like. I want your pet to be as comfortable and feel that their environment is as "normal" as possible.

Growing up, my family always had dogs, including two German Shepherd police K9s and even a dog who used a wheel chair. I have also bred and whelped both German shepherd and Labrador Retrievers. My husband and I currently have two Labrador retrievers, four cats and four goats. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed.
