About: I’ve volunteered on and off since I was eight working with cats and dogs! I’ve always had a bond with them and I love working with them. Over covid my mom and I decided to start fostering so I was able to really get a first hand experience with having a dog live with us. All of them required different needs and TLC so I feel like I have lots of experience with working with all animals with different backgrounds. I also have a cat and a dog of my own! The last couple of pictures is Marshmallow, my high school science teacher’s pet bird that bonded with me! Now I go in every April and take care of her when he brings her in. I love all animals from walking to flying! I work part-time right now and I have availability any time Saturday and Sunday. During the week I’m available after 5:30! I get my schedule every Sunday so I can be super transparent to you about what my schedule looks like! I walk my dog 2-3 times a day. When I’m not at school I make sure to feed her at her dinner time and take her on her after dinner walks. With my cat, I make sure he’s well fed and happy and clean his litter box at least once a day. I have lots of experience with variations of personalities in cats and dogs and would treat your pet as if it was my own. To make sure your pet receives the ultimate treatment, I would want to make sure I know their needs and may ask for a list of the things he/she needs. I cant wait to look forward to meeting them!

About: My veterinary assistant experience with small and large animals sets me apart as I keep a close eye on your animal’s health and well-being. I am not easily spooked, but I want your pet to receive the best care I can give. I am not a trainer, but I am comfortable dealing with some pets with behavioral issues. I want to create the safest and most comfortable environment for your pet, your sanity and myself! I currently work four days a week and have a three day weekend. I am looking to pet sit for people who are going on a short trip or need routine weekend care. I can be flexible with week nights, but it will need to be established well in advance. I am looking to house sit in the owners residence. My cats would not be happy to have any new comers to our family. I am very punctual with breakfast and dinner time, and I am typically one to spend time wherever the pet would like to whether that be indoors or outdoors!

About: I am new to the Rover app but I’ve taken care of animals my entire life and have a wide range of availability! I just want to be able to help those who need their fur babies taken care of without the added stress of boarding them. I have experience with lots of different animals, sizes, diets and medicine administration. I only have one pet in my house and he’s a small 20lb dog named Koda. He LOVES other animals and even has some cat bffs! I am home most week nights and weekends so i have pretty open availability! I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a very yard with a leash that is on a run with plenty of room to get the zoomies out! I am comfortable around all dogs and cats, and I am more than willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal in particular. While I do not have a fenced yard, there are several parks around my apartment where I can consistently take your dog out on long walks. In my home, animals are also allowed on beds and couches! About: My name is Jessie and I currently work a remote part-time job in education. I am located in Columbia, CT. I’m a huge dog lover and have experience with in-home pet sitting, dog walking, feeding, playing, and providing plenty of love and attention while you’re away. About: I have taken care of many different kinds of dogs and cats my whole life. In my neighborhood I am the trusted pet sitter and pet walker! I work part time during my summer so I can focus on the pets I am hired to take care of. During the school year I do have some longer days so only certain days I can take care of dogs that require less than 4 hrs of alone time. I always follow the ground rules set by the owners. Over 5 mile radius requires a 45 minute or an hour walk or drop in! I have experience with senior dogs & cats. I have experience also administrating insulin to older dogs & other willing animals. About: I am an animal science student at UConn and currently ride on their equestrian team. I have trained my own two dogs while learning from a professional trainer and now I train and sell horses along with house sitting dogs and cats here and there. About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. Even through college and grad school, I had roommates with pets. Now I’m living in a rental that doesn’t allow animals, so I’m hoping to find some local pets to care for and spend time with! I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages and activity levels since I was young, and I enjoy taking dogs for walks any time of year! I’m a middle school teacher, so I have a pretty consistent schedule from August-June. Most days I’m able to leave work by 3, so I have all afternoon and evening to care for pets. In the summer and on breaks, I have a lot more flexibility with my schedule. I do have a small fenced in yard in case I had a client’s pet in my home, though I’d more than likely care for the pets in the client’s home. I have experience feeding, bathing, crating, giving meds, walking, and snuggling dogs of all ages and activity levels, as well as feeding and giving meds to cats.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

I'm currently working full time but I can always do drop in visits and dog walking after work hours during the week and on weekends my availability is pretty much wide open on Saturdays and Sundays (typically when I take my own pet for adventures so if you have a busy dog who loves walks/hiking im your girl) We have an open yard, our own pup is well trained on her boundaries however for any pets not my own they stay on a 20 foot long line and walked around the property. Inside they are free to roam the house, however if needed crates are available for use. If ever unattended dogs will always be in a crate for their safety.
