About: Hi, I'm Ellen. Dogs have always been my number one. Nothing makes me happier than getting outside with them- whether its a long walk around the neighborhood, a hike in the woods, or a relaxed stroll for some fresh air. I spend a majority of time training and adventuring with my own pack of heelers so I know how important daily exercise and enrichment are to a happy dog. I'm patient, reliable and attentive to each dog's unique needs-whether that means a gentle pace for the seniors or extra playtime for the high energy working dogs. With plenty of experience balancing schedules and managing books in my professional life, you can trust that your pets are my priority. I'd love to help keep tails wagging and paws moving. I am currently self employed with afternoons and evenings available for walks and drop ins in the greater New London area from East Lyme to Stonington/Westerly. I am available for client home visits only as I have a pack of my own dogs that do not travel during my work day.

About: I've had cats since I was about 4 years old, and trained my own service dog (adopted as a senior from a pound) from 2016-2023, when she sadly passed. I've taken care of a range of pets belonging to family, friends, and family's friends and coworkers. I can handle pets of all ages, from kittens/puppies to senior animals, as well as working on training and house-breaking. I'm currently only working part-time with very few hours, so pet care is honestly how I'd like to spend my spare time and make my income. I'm very focused on the details of individual pet's care. I always make sure I understand the feeding schedules and amounts, how often the animals need to go outside, whether they can be off-leash in a fenced in area or if they need to be on an outside line or on a leash, whether or not cats go on walks, and I'm very careful to not leave human food around for them to get into. I always ask as many questions as possible to make sure I provide the best care for the pets I'm looking after.

About: I’ve had large breed dogs since I was a child. I currently own a German shepherd. have experience with cats and ferrets as well. My home is very clean and organized. Your pet will be super safe and loved I work part time early mornings. Your baby will be cared for and walked before and after my 4 hour shift. I’m free everyday by noon I have a big yard surrounded by hedges. I am very careful and would never endanger your pet because mine is like my child. I have been trained to the De-escalate situations.

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals. If they have four legs, I pretty much enjoyed to be around. Zoos are my place to experience all breeds of life. I currently work from home. This has allowed me to have all the time needed to bond with pets. I also enjoy my 3 acres of space. I want to have it used by any pet who loves to roam outside. Just alot of space to entertain pets. My yard is not all fenced in. However its away from any sort of traffic. Very quite and alot of pet friendly homes. I can assure to put safety first at all cost.

About: I have always been an animal lover, having multiple cats, dogs, chickens and taking care of the animals on my aunt’s farm since I was a child. I work at a doggy daycare which has enhanced my knowledge of different breeds energy levels, mannerisms and needs as they grow older. I would love to give your furry kids all the fun, love and care they would otherwise miss while you are away! I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to give your furry kids lots of love and attention! I’m available on the weekends, mornings 7-11am and at night after 6:30pm and offer overnight care everyday. I will follow any instructions or suggestions you give me and always respect your home. If you have a fenced in yard I will let your kids run wild, if not, I will happily take them on a 30 min walk minimum and play with them lots afterward so they get a good exercise! I will give them lots if attention and kisses and send you pictures of them living their best life!

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals. I’ve had 1 bird, 1 ferret, 5 cats, and 6 dogs. I’ve trained 2 Dogs to obey basic commands and good potty habits. Im available for boarding on Fridays through Sundays. I work from home on Friday and I don’t work the weekends at all. I can also be flexible during week days as needed. I take my dogs for walks every 3 hours or at their request. We play fetch and tug-o-war in my backyard. My basement is a complete doggy daycare.

We respect your home (lights/locks, tidy bowls/litter) and can bring in mail or water plants. You’ll get an update after every visit with pics and notes, and we happily tailor care for shy or special-needs pets.

About: My family has always had animals and there’s not one I haven’t been a part of taking care of. I promise you I’l treat you’re animals like my own and I treat mine like my kids I’m currently unemployed and will be putting all my time into any animal that comes my way. I have 2 cats that are good with any animal you put in front of them and if your animal doesn’t like my cats that’s perfectly fine to live in a 2 story house so I can separate if needed I look forward to working with you and you’re pets My yard isn’t fully fenced but it’s a big yard and your dog will be having to much fun to try and run away will never leave my eye sight

About: I'm very good at leading dogs on walks and getting them to like me as well. It's important to have a balance in that sense. I can walk dogs or feed pets before and after work. I usually work 7-3 Monday through Friday at EB with weekends off for fun walks and hanging out. I feed pets, get them water, walk dogs on a leash and pick up after the dogs followed by a nice pet and maybe a little treat :)

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of my own pets since I was young, for about 8 years now as well as dog sat my older sisters two dogs and my oldest sisters three cats. I’ve also house sat for my cousins and grandparents various animals over the years and I love it. Meeting new pets warms my heart and brings me comfort as i’m not from the area it would be nice to get to meet some people from the area and make some new furry friends. I currently work nights so i’m free to pop over in the morning or afternoon and check in on the pets when needed or give them a walk! I love going on walks with my pets so if you want your pet to get a good walk in i’m your gal! I also really enjoy trying to teach pets new tricks with treats and positive reinforcement, and bathing animals so I offer bathing/groom services if needed.
