Social distancing during your free meet and greet. Free Video call meet and greets upon request. Please continue reading for more info about me and my pet sitting services below! Thank you and be well. I love dogs and cats! My love for animals started early in life, growing up always having pets and even making some of my first few bucks dog walking for neighbor’s dogs. I come from a family of care-takers, nurses and teachers, so naturally, I love taking care of people and what better way to do that than ensure their pets are cared for, too! I will make sure your precious doggies and pets are loved and taken care of just like it was my own dog or pet. There’s nothing like the peace of mind, knowing your beloved fur-baby is getting the attention, food, water, bathroom breaks, belly rubs, butt scratches, and exercise he or she deserves while you’re away or at work. I’ll be sure to give your dog and/or cats lots of love! One of my proudest memories is when my dog graduated “Puppy Manors Class”. I am happy to know what you’d like to work on with your dog in terms of behavior and training, and help in any way I can - or, follow any commands and training strategies you already have in place. Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting I’ve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, “Your dog does have a sense of time — and misses you when you’re gone. If you think your dog knows when it’s time for dinner or a walk, you’re right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.” I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, that’s why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you! Please message me first for your free meet and greet. Thank you!
About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.
“This was my first time ever leaving Ange. I was a little nervous, but everything went great over all. Carolina text me through out the day and made me feel so comfortable with me leaving Ange. I will definitely use Carolina in the near future.”

“Our Roo had a wonderful time. We picked him up and he was a very happy and tired boy. Suzanne has a great fenced back yard that is perfect for dogs. She’s very responsive and we so appreciated her taking Roo on fairly short notice. Thank you Suzanne.”

About: Hi! My husband and I are home full-time with our sweet dog, Susie—she loves having friends over. We’re in a duplex in Norwich with a private yard for safe play and potty breaks. Your pet will get attentive care, a comfy routine, and frequent photo updates so you can travel worry-free. We’re animal lovers who’ll send frequent updates and follow your instructions so your pet’s routine stays as normal as possible :) Any questions? Please reach out anytime! We’re home full-time; our schedule is flexible: walks, feedings, playtime, and meds fit easily. We can mirror your pet’s routine and send updates throughout the day :) At our home: We start with a slow, supervised intro with our dog, Susie, and can offer separate spaces if needed. Pets enjoy our private yard for supervised potty/play and neighborhood leash walks. Meals and meds follow your schedule; crates are welcome if that’s their routine. Expect calm naps, toys/enrichment, and frequent photo/text updates. In your home: We mirror your pet’s routine exactly—feeding, meds, walks, crates/litter—while prioritizing safety with harness/leash checks and weather-aware timing. We respect your home (lights/locks, tidy bowls/litter) and can bring in mail or water plants. You’ll get an update after every visit with pics and notes, and we happily tailor care for shy or special-needs pets.
“I came into the area for the day and Elizabeth was so wonderful to watch my dog Daisy. She has such a lovely home and family. I would absolutely 💯% recommend Elizabeth. Daisy had a great day in her care!”

“Shelby was wonderful!!!! She took such great care of Flash and I felt comfortable with him on her care the entire time. She sent plenty of pictures and was super communicative. Flash was tired and happy when we picked him up!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets in many settings, including messier households! (Not a neat freak so it does not bother me!) I trained my Doberman on Couch to 5k, running through all the trails in RI. I’ve taught my cat how to shuffle cards, play piano, and spin in a circle on command, and my mom’s old cat would always practice Pilates with us at 6 in the morning. Recently I dropped in for a friend’s 2 cats, even the shy one eventually warmed up to me! They required medication in their food so she left detailed, neatly handwritten notes on the table, which helped a lot! She allowed me to eat lunch there so of course I’d always ensure the kitchen was clean and the way I found it. My aunt’s sister’s cavapoo loved fetch, although I think she had ADHD like me, but I always got her to refocus! I also used to bathe my mother’s rag doll cat Dory every now and then and I would help trim minor mats in her fur. Even my photographer’s cat sat in my lap randomly during our meeting when she had to step away for a call! Growing up, I often took care of family and friends’ cats and dogs, playing fetch with them, and of course, playing music for them. I usually help my mom trim my cat’s nails. Growing up around my friend’s horses, I’ve always had a connection with animals. I always tell people, I sold my first CD because a German shepherd fell in love with it, and wouldn’t let his owners continue walking until he heard the end of the song. (I play acoustic guitar, piano, and sing). We taught my friend’s Dobermans how to sing, and made sure he didn’t eat anything he wasn’t supposed to as he was a troublemaker! We also always took my dogs to nice restaurants and kept them well-mannered and quiet. Outside of pet sitting, I enjoy walks in nature, going out to eat, teaching music lessons in the evenings, and watching comedies. My cat’s latest hobbies include watching the birds, and he apparently likes the music channels as he cries when I turn them off. On Sundays I often visit my boyfriend’s mom’s German Shepherd, Bruno. His hearing is sensitive (even reactive to splashing in the pool!) so we make sure to approach him very gently and warmly, and he loves fetch and “chase the ball!” I also am used to visiting people’s homes, both when I was a case manager as well as an independent music instructor. Outside of work, I very much enjoy meditation, reading about nutrition, writing music, yoga, and painting. My cat Fin Fin also loves to try to help me paint, often nearly dipping his whiskers in as he says hello! Nowadays we tend to simply cuddle on the couch. If you choose me for your pet’s care, I intend to give them an amazing experience per your expectations and frequent photo check-ins, just like our pet sitter did for us. I’m very adaptable and have flexible availability, just ask! One of my favorite activities is running, I can always walk or run with your pet, or if you prefer us to lounge, I have lots of great pet-friendly shows on our nice TV. I love driving so I’m happy to drive to you if it’s further away - as I am regularly back and forth between Westerly, RI and Uncasville, CT. Outside of teaching in a formal studio, I’ve worked in client’s homes for therapy-related meetings as well as for music lessons - and believe it or not often times there are pets who love to sing along to the music! I usually stay home in the morning so I can easily take care of your pet between 7 am and 2 pm. I used to have an office job but found it too sedentary and draining; I discovered I thrive in outdoor and home environments. I’m excited to enter this new chapter and care for animals! I have a partially fenced yard so I would generally take pets out on a leash but it is a non-busy road and very safe - the lawn is freshly mowed and we have a playground your dog can weave around! I also have a cute little neighborhood that we can circle around that is far from the highway and if your pet loved car rides, we can always go to the park and get ice cream! Occasionally our neighbor’s dog likes to come over unsolicited but he is always very gentle and friendly! My cats are also used to my mom’s boyfriend’s rambunctious dogs coming in and out from time to time and we have plenty of doors and rooms in the house and baby gates if we ever needed to keep pets separate! We also have a spare pet bed if needed that was gifted to us - we always want to make sure your pet is comfortable sleeping at night!
“Karen was a great dog sitter for our little guy. She sent photo updates, was kind, & we knew our dog was in good hands. We would definitely book with Karen again. Thank you.”

About: I’ve taken care of family friends and neighbors dogs and cats for over 10 years. Love being able to spend time with them and the opportunity to see them happy. I currently work remote so have time during the day and nights to take care of all animals. Usually busy from noon to four to try and enjoy the back half of a ski day I enjoy taking dogs for walks or playing fetch. I am a very energetic person and feel well suited for any environment with all kinds of pets
“Isabelle and Zachary took our dog Shea. I’m very short notice because we had to attend a funeral. She felt very welcome and went on a nice long walk with Isabelle and the other dogs. She seemed to settle in right away with everything and felt very comfortable. I was a bit late in returning from the funeral and the they were very gracious about it. We will be sure to trust Shea here when we return to this area. Awesome experience!”

“Molly has severe separation anxiety and can’t be left alone, which limits what we can do during the week. We have been looking for someone to watch her regularly for church on Sundays though and I’m so glad we found Madelyn! We drop Molly off in the morning and pick her up a few hours later and we know she’s in good hands. Madelyn provides prompt communication and takes good care of our girl!”

“Erica, Thomas and the kids were great with Lenny. When I went to pick him up, he looked happy and was definitely tired from a full day of fun. Erica was very flexible with drop off time, I had to drop Lenny off really early to leave for work, and I also had to book his stay last minute, and they were able to accommodate it. I received photos and updates from Lenny all day during his stay. Lenny will definitely stay with Erica and her family again.”
