About: I have taken care of many different kinds of dogs and cats my whole life. In my neighborhood I am the trusted pet sitter and pet walker! I currently am a student I only have 2 classes a day so I will have plenty of time to take care of your animals. I always follow the ground rules set by the owners. I do my best to make sure the pets do not get into anything that could cause them harm.
âCarolina was amazing with our dog! When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and exhaustedâwhich tells me he got plenty of attention, playtime, and care. Communication was great and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Weâll definitely be using her again. Thank you!â

âKayla was amazing with my dog! Each time I picked him up, he was happy, and clearly well cared for. She took amazing care of my pet even though he has a broken leg and has restrictions. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Her services are absolutely worth every penny.â

âDani was amazing! Took my dog to her 3x and she was excited each time. Photos and updates were sent without asking. I would definitely book anytime to take care of my fur baby. I highly recommend.â

âOur Roo had a wonderful time. We picked him up and he was a very happy and tired boy. Suzanne has a great fenced back yard that is perfect for dogs. Sheâs very responsive and we so appreciated her taking Roo on fairly short notice. Thank you Suzanne.â

About: Iâve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! Iâve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I donât think iâll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. Iâm more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.
âWe were in town visiting from Virginia and needed to find someone to watch our baby Jax for a day. So glad we found Elisa! She was very responsive to our request and was able to accommodate our change in pick up time. I can tell her and her family treated Jax like one of their own because he adapted so quickly! And I can tell he had a lot of fun because he instantly went to sleep. Weâll definitely book Elisa again if we need another sitter when weâre back in town!â

About: COVID19 & my services: Special precautions I am taking **Upon Request by you** - wearing gloves, spraying items Iâve touched with my Lysol before leaving (such as door knobs), wearing a face mask. Social distancing during your free meet and greet. Free Video call meet and greets upon request. Please continue reading for more info about me and my pet sitting services below! Thank you and be well. I love dogs and cats! My love for animals started early in life, growing up always having pets and even making some of my first few bucks dog walking for neighborâs dogs. I come from a family of care-takers, nurses and teachers, so naturally, I love taking care of people and what better way to do that than ensure their pets are cared for, too! I will make sure your precious doggies and pets are loved and taken care of just like it was my own dog or pet. Thereâs nothing like the peace of mind, knowing your beloved fur-baby is getting the attention, food, water, bathroom breaks, belly rubs, butt scratches, and exercise he or she deserves while youâre away or at work. Iâll be sure to give your dog and/or cats lots of love! One of my proudest memories is when my dog graduated âPuppy Manors Classâ. I am happy to know what youâd like to work on with your dog in terms of behavior and training, and help in any way I can - or, follow any commands and training strategies you already have in place. Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting Iâve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, âYour dog does have a sense of time â and misses you when youâre gone. If you think your dog knows when itâs time for dinner or a walk, youâre right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.â I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, thatâs why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, Iâll be looking forward to hearing from you! Please message me first for your free meet and greet. Thank you!
âShelby was wonderful!!!! She took such great care of Flash and I felt comfortable with him on her care the entire time. She sent plenty of pictures and was super communicative. Flash was tired and happy when we picked him up!â

âElizabeth and her family took such good care of our dog for the day. They provided a wonderful home with spacious backyard for him to run around with their golden retrievers, AND took him hiking in the snow (which our dog loves). We really appreciated Elizabeth accepting our booking request with pretty short notice as well. We definitely recommend Elizabeth!â

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 434 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Bozrah. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your petâwhether thatâs early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Bozrah commute.
If your schedule changes, itâs best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dogâs fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0â7 kilograms and/or 7â18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pupâs socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dogâs pack, check the sitterâs profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dogâs vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitterâs care.
Many sitters in CT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, youâre adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justiceâs National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Roverâs commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 434 sitters in Bozrah, 89% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
