About: I have volunteered with a dog rescue for the last years working with a variety of different dog breeds, ages, sizes, and behavioral issues. I also have 2 years of basic obedience dog training through that rescue, especially working through behavioral issues such as fear and reactivity. I also currently work as a Doggie Daycare Attendant. I currently work part-time as a doggy daycare attendant. I have 3 of my own dogs, as well as a foster dog. My mother in law lives with my family so there is almost always someone home, especially so for potty breaks. All of my dog remain crated while unattended. Potty breaks as as frequently as needed, especially with my senior dog. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have long leads for outside and dogs are never left unsupervised outside.

About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. You want pictures? You got 'em! You need updates? Expect a detailed text! You want someone to reassure your babies to not worry and their mom(s)/dad(s) will be home soon? I will be as clear with them as if they were a human child! I get it, you worry they will feel scared when you aren't home. That's why I am here. Food, walks, and playtime are all well and good, but I believe it is just as important to make them feel as comfortable as I can with as much reassurance as I can give. I am a weekly volunteer at Kitty Harbor in Griswold so when it comes to cats, I am experienced in all sorts of mishaps- litter accidents, dirty butt, scratch boo boos, and more. I am also experienced in administering medication. Of course, if you're kitty has a way that works for them, then that's how we'll get it done! As for the pups, I am always excited to get a chance to go for a walk or even a full on hike! Exercise is always more fun when a four legged friend is involved. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?

About: I have been house sitting overnight since I was 14. I have experience working with dogs, cats, mice, and flying squirrels. Believe it or not, I have taken care of dogs who were indoor-trained only.I am also an experienced dog walker- not just with my own dogs but with friends' dogs that I've loved as my own. **serious inquiries only** please do not send me a booking request if you're going to ghost me after I respond or if you plan to book with another sitter. You'd be surprised by how often this happens. I abide by the safety precautions at the homes I stay at (fences, ring cameras, etc). When I stay with indoor cats, I take extra precautions when leaving the house to make sure the cats don't escape.

About: I currently have a family dog, the breed being a Belgian Malinois, a breed known for being high activity. I am able to keep up with all her needs and wants wether it is a long walk/run, playing ball, or keeping her mind going. I currently run a small business of selling chocolate dipped sweets, I mainly do orders on the weekends but overall will most likely be able to help fulfill your needs! I won’t interact with others or other dogs while walking your dog to ensure no negative reactions come from it. For cats, I'll be sure they stay indoors unless you request otherwise. Aswell as accommodating any needs.

About: My veterinary assistant experience with small and large animals sets me apart as I keep a close eye on your animal’s health and well-being. I am not easily spooked, but I want your pet to receive the best care I can give. I am not a trainer, but I am comfortable dealing with some pets with behavioral issues. I want to create the safest and most comfortable environment for your pet, your sanity and myself! I currently work four days a week and have a three day weekend. I am looking to pet sit for people who are going on a short trip or need routine weekend care. I can be flexible with week nights, but it will need to be established well in advance. I am looking to house sit in the owners residence. My cats would not be happy to have any new comers to our family. I am very punctual with breakfast and dinner time, and I am typically one to spend time wherever the pet would like to whether that be indoors or outdoors!

About: I'm currently the behavior manager for our dog team at Our Companions Animal Rescue. I work at our sanctuary where I manage a team of competent handlers and I work with reactive/aggressive dogs. I'm currently working on getting my CPDT. If you hire me, I promise your canine companion will receive the care, compassion, patience, and attention they deserve. I'm generally always free Sundays and Mondays. I do work full-time Tuesday to Saturday, so my availability is somewhat limited. I can provide my dog walking/activity assistance after 4pm on those work days, except Fridays. Due to my long history and experience working with dogs, I have the ability to read dogs very well to detect if they are anxious, fearful, or uncomfortable. My goal is to make sure your dog gets exactly what they need, whether it's a certain activity they enjoy, training they need, or a certain destination they love for their outdoor time. About: I'm single with no kids, so I can give them all the attention they need! Extra long walks pets treats belly rubs and whatever they need! I'm currently doing uber and rover !the more clients i get for rover will be my more preferred job .I'm single with no kids i love dogs i have 13-year-old husky myself I'm available for drop ins walk overnight stays i can also board if you dog gets along with a older husky. I have my dog crate trained hes a goodold boy never had an issue with him. Love dogs more than people! About: I live in Southold and I am available for dog walking and dog/cat sitting during the day and overnight in the area. I have taken care of dogs for 7 families so far. I have watched small dogs as well as large dogs. I also have watched two cats. I have a cat at home :) For many of the dogs I watch I take them on walks ranging from 15 mins to an hour. I have done jobs where I check in on a pet/pets during the day to let them out or feed them, but I also do overnight care. I am pretty flexible and available, I am available anytime after 7 am for checking in on pets/walks/etc. During the summer I will be available for pet sitting in the Southold area. During the fall I will also be available in the Southampton area as well. I am available to stay overnight with cats or dogs in my clients home. I am also available to stop in during the day/night to feed and check in on/hangout with pets.
