What started as a simple task of looking after our parrot, soon evolved into us having to ask her to water our plants outside and to open a window when our A/C stopped working in the middle of our vacation. Each time, Kourtney happily obliged. She went above and beyond her pet sitting responsibilities. If that were not enough, for each visit, she came over during the designated time, provided us with updates and sent pics. And, whenever we did reach out to her, she was always quick to respond. About: Hi All!! I have personal and professional pet care experience! Not only have I had the pleasure of owning a variety of my own animals (dogs, cats and small animals such as chinchillas) I also have spent many hours volunteering at the humane society preforming all different types of animal care for whatever was assigned to me! I love learning and expanding my knowledge of animals regarding different behavior types based on breeds and I think working with Rover will provide me a fun experience and help me do that! My availability is semi-flexible depending on the location of your home, as I do work Mon-Friday at Backus Hospital. In my own personal free time, I enjoy staying active and traveling with my friends, but I also enjoy staying in with a glass of wine and a good book! I currently work full time at Backus Hospital, do depending on location of your home, I could provide a mid day potty break! Unfortunately, anything outside of the Norwich area, makes mid day check ins challenging. I have one chunky orange cat named Murphy! He roams the house freely but is mostly found on the back of the couch! I have a lot of experience with free roaming pets, crated dogs, and other small caged animals and have the space to house them!

About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician who graduated from Becker College in 2021. My passion for animals is my drive. I currently work at a non-profit veterinary clinic with low-income cost options. I truly feel like I am doing a great thing! Because I’ve been a technician for 5 years, medications etc. are no issue! I also have experience with training! I am a veterinary technician who works 4 days a week so I’m always looking for more animals to fill my other three days of downtime with! I choose to make pet care fit, because it’s my passion. I want owners to be able to vacation worry free! I care for pets in clients homes the way I am asked to. For example, if you ask for your dog to be crated, I will make sure that is done before heading out. The same goes for mealtimes and medication times. I work with the dog’s personality in it’s preferred environment.

About: I’ve had large breed dogs since I was a child. I currently own a German shepherd. have experience with cats and ferrets as well. My home is very clean and organized. Your pet will be super safe and loved I work part time early mornings. Your baby will be cared for and walked before and after my 4 hour shift. I’m free everyday by noon I have a big yard surrounded by hedges. I am very careful and would never endanger your pet because mine is like my child. I have been trained to the De-escalate situations.
