“Jennifer and her family took great care of my precious old pup…I received updates and photos throughout my trip that relieved a lot of stress. Jennifer is communicative and responsive. You can tell that she and her family are animal people, my dog was comfortable the minute we walked into their home and she was happy as can be when I picked her up. 10/10 would recommend. THANK YOU!”

“Stay was awesome. They were super welcoming, accommodating, and were amazing with my puppy. She loved being there for the weekend and I loved the updates I got knowing she was ok. I love talking to them about better ways to train my pup and they are a great sounding board for a new puppy owner like me. I can't recommend them enough!”

“Jessica deserves a 10 Star rating for her amazing care of our boy Harry. Her compassion and timely attention to his needs are beyond what anyone would expect from a pet sitter. We will be forever grateful to her and Alex for the care they provided.”

“Thank you sooooo much for taking care of my Willow! You and your family did a wonderful job with her over night visit. I am so blessed to have found you. This is a super family and I would love have them care for my sweet dog anytime. Our communication was fabulous and the photos you shared are so appreciated THANK YOU❤️”

“Karen took our Poodle puppy on a last minute request and we’re so happy she did! She stayed in contact throughout, sent tons of photos and videos and was very flexible with pickup and drop off time. She even gave us a little parting gift! Would definitely recommend Karen if you are in the New London/Mystic area!”

“Star had such a fun time! It was so comforting getting pictures and videos of her while I was away. Knowing her mannerisms, she’s seemed very at ease the whole time!”

“This was my German shepherd, Evie's, first overnight stay with Laura, or anyone else for that matter. I was hoping it would go well and happily Evie had a great time running about and playing with three other dogs. Good to know I have a safe place to drop Evie off when I'm away.”

“Sabina is the best sitter ever! Her dog Alphie is such a sweetheart and plays so well with dogs of any size. Sabina was so patient with my Bear when he got homesick after a longer stay, took both boys out on walks daily, and made Bear feel right at home. 10/10 will book again!”

“We don’t leave our dog often and have been out of the area for a while so we were nervous. We were truly happy with Oscar’s care with Erica and her family. Erica kept us posted and sent pics to put us at ease. Oscar was very relaxed when we picked him up and not mad at us at all. Would definitely leave him in their care again.”

“I appreciated that Shelby was willing to do a meet and greet with our dogs on such a short notice. I ended up having to cancel last minute but she was very communicative, attentive, and I’d definitely look to book with her again!”

“Stephen was phenomenal with our pup!! Extremely communicative and friendly. We got multiple photos and videos each day! He took him on walks every morning and let him play with all the tennis balls he could find! This was our dogs first time staying with someone other than family and it seemed like a vacation - we were afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. Highly recommend Stephen and we will definitely use his dog sitting services the next time we go away.”

“Maggie had a great time staying with Shannon and her family! She had a great time and came home exhausted from all the playtime she got with the other pups. We'll definitely have Maggie stay here when we go out of town again!”

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.
“Amanda was amazing. She sent pictures daily and kept us updated on our pup. We have an older dog and have been worried about leaving her with someone we didn’t know but Amanda and family were absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be repeat customers!!”

“Ricky was excellent! He took care of my 85 pound Hound/ Husky. I always am a bit concerned when leaving my dog with someone but when I need to do it again, Ricky will be the first person I contact.”
