About: I went to Highschool at Edwin O Smith where I took animal science class for four years. I then went to UConn and took a livestock animal class for a year. I have pet sitted for all types of animals from dogs and cats to goats and horses. I owned a small goat farm for 5 years as part of an FFA project learning to be an entrepreneur. I know basic veterinarian technician skills from my animal science classes. I have personally owned dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, hamsters. I have the experience to deal with more difficult animals. I will make sure your pet is in an environment that's stress free and full of cuddles. At the moment I am a stay at home mom doing online courses for accounting. Since I’m always home it’s perfect for watching pets 24/7 or going out and feeding, walking, etc.. for periods of time. At my house I have an empty barn with a huge fenced in area for pets to enjoy running free, being outside, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the shade. I also have a fenced in porch where I like to sit outside and watch the day go by with furry friends.

About: I’ve had large breed dogs since I was a child. I currently own a German shepherd. have experience with cats and ferrets as well. My home is very clean and organized. Your pet will be super safe and loved I work part time early mornings. Your baby will be cared for and walked before and after my 4 hour shift. I’m free everyday by noon I have a big yard surrounded by hedges. I am very careful and would never endanger your pet because mine is like my child. I have been trained to the De-escalate situations.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

About: I've been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I used to tell my parents that one day I'd have a house FULL of dogs, and that dream definitely came true! Many years ago, I was a CKC-registered Boxer Breeder, and today I am an approved foster with Paws Rescue League. I share my home with 3 wonderful dogs, A livestock guardian that lives outside protecting our goats and sheep, a puggle named Santa, and a lab-mix rescue we got 3 years ago named Maple. My family and I also take in rescue fosters until they find their forever home. We live on a peacefull farm surrounded by 60 acres of woodland trails- perfect for long walks, playtime, and fresh-air adventures for every pup in my care. Alongside my work in pet care, I run a licensed daycare program for children, where patience, attentiveness, and nurturing come naturally. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies & growing a wonderful partnership that you can trust for years to come. I offer care Thursday after 5pm into Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'm available to tend to all of your precious pooches needs during their stay. I have 3 very friendly dogs that are used to new dogs coming around because of the foster program I am a part of. My home is set up in a way where I can keep the dogs together or separate them if needed. We have a large property away from the road, but I do keep new dogs leashed on our walks together to ensure safety.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 25. I’m currently 43. I love all animals. They will get lots of love and attention under my care. I currently stay home full time. So I have plenty of time to give my attention to all animals. I will follow all of your routines that you have with your pup. I will take plenty of walks with your pet. They will be able to use the potty as often as needed. And they are welcome to cuddle with me and my two small pups on my couch.

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting I’ve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, “Your dog does have a sense of time — and misses you when you’re gone. If you think your dog knows when it’s time for dinner or a walk, you’re right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.” I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, that’s why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is.
