About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience with both training and senior care. I trained my own dog, who is now 12 years old, and I currently care for him as he experiences arthritis. This has taught me how to recognize signs of discomfort, adjust activity levels, and provide daily massages to keep him comfortable. I understand that not every dog needs long walks, and I prioritize each pet’s individual needs, safety, and well-being. I’m currently a senior in college, which gives me a bit more flexibility in my schedule, and I truly enjoy spending that time caring for pets. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m able to plan my days around pets and give them the attention and consistency they need. I live in an off-campus house with a front yard that does not open onto a busy street, which helps provide a safe and calm environment for pets. About: I've surrounded by domestic animals since I was very little growing up in a farm. As an adult I always had a pet and took care of family and friend's pets. I run an online business and I am home most the time. I will have plenty of time to watch and take care of your pet. I lived with my husband in a very large house and a fenced backyard. Plus a have a friendly medium side dog who loves other pets. He would be a great companion for your furry baby.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

I’ve raised two dogs from three months old, so I know the structure and routine dogs need. My pups play outside at least three times a day, so visiting dogs can expect a similar rhythm: regular outdoor time, a calm indoor space with toys, and attention. **As long as they’re good with cats,** they’ll fit right in. I work full time, but mostly from home, and my schedule is very flexible. I can easily adjust my hours with a bit of notice, which allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. About: I went to Highschool at Edwin O Smith where I took animal science class for four years. I then went to UConn and took a livestock animal class for a year. I have pet sitted for all types of animals from dogs and cats to goats and horses. I owned a small goat farm for 5 years as part of an FFA project learning to be an entrepreneur. I know basic veterinarian technician skills from my animal science classes. I have personally owned dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, hamsters. I have the experience to deal with more difficult animals. I will make sure your pet is in an environment that's stress free and full of cuddles. At the moment I am a stay at home mom doing online courses for accounting. Since I’m always home it’s perfect for watching pets 24/7 or going out and feeding, walking, etc.. for periods of time. At my house I have an empty barn with a huge fenced in area for pets to enjoy running free, being outside, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the shade. I also have a fenced in porch where I like to sit outside and watch the day go by with furry friends.

About: Ever since I was a child I had a connection to pets. I understand them and they are drawn to me. I am also a Reiki master and can provide services to your pet. I have a fenced in backyard and can also go for walks around the neighborhood. I am currently between jobs so I am home most of the day and able to spend a lot of time with whomever I am sitting. I recently lost my dog who was 12 years old and 13 pounds. He always slept in bed with me and was allowed on my couch.

I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

About: I'm a kind, responsible, friendly, well organized, calm & honest person. My husband and I both like dogs. We own a smart, friendly golden retriever who love to play and run around our large yard. Our dog is healthy, understands basic commands (we trained him ourselves), house trained, and up to date on shots/vaccinations. We take good care of our dog and we'll take good care of your dog. We are living in country and close to dog park, Coventry and Bolton lakes. I can take your dog on a leash to walk there upon your request. I would like to board a friendly and house trained dog. We accept only crate trained dogs. I am working from home. So, I can provide potty breaks and plenty of exercise for your dog. I like to walk and have experience with dog who have anxiety. Safety is priority. I prefer to keep dogs separate because they may not get along. Your dog will be on a leash if outside the house. I would never feed my dog your dog kibble. Crate trained dogs only.
