I currently work full time at Travelers Insurance with a hybrid schedule that allows me to work remotely two days a week. I am in the office Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but I am home the majority of weekends and available to stay full time while caring for your home and pets. About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life and currently help care for a high-energy Border Collie/Sheltie mix and three cats. I have experience caring for senior and special-needs pets, including administering transdermal and liquid medications and helping manage ongoing medical care for a cat with hyperthyroidism. I also helped care for a dog with hypothyroidism, pancreatitis, and liver disease, giving me experience following specialized care routines and monitoring pets with chronic health conditions. I’m comfortable reading cat and dog body language, handling multi-pet households, and caring for cats who are skilled escape artists. I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, and needs, and I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine. I work part-time Tuesday through Thursday from 3–6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM–3 PM. Outside of those hours, I have flexible availability for drop-in visits and house sitting and can provide feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and medication administration as needed. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to cat and dog body language, take extra care with pets who may try to escape, and make sure doors, gates, and other safety measures are always secure. I’m also comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets and administering medications according to owner instructions.
“Tiffany is wonderful. Very proactive, lots of communication, so attentive with our girls, and she is really fun to talk to. A great added bonus! We will definitely have her with us again.”

“Annie was AMAZING! She took such great care of our babies. Patches has anxiety, and unfortunately gets sick sometimes from it, and Annie went above and beyond on making sure she was OK. She also sent us pictures and a video while we were away. Highly recommend this young lady!!”

“Susan did an excellent job taking care of my cat and home while I was away for two weeks! She and my cat were fast friends and I returned to a clean home. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: Since I can remember I have always been around dogs and cats in my life, mostly rescues, who needed training and caring for. I currently pet sit for my family when they are away, and walk dogs for family friends. When I was a professional cleaner I encountered all breeds and ages of cats and dogs every single day so I am very comfortable around all types of pets. I especially love and have experience with pitty breeds as well as experience with some reactive cats and know what to do to gain their trust. When not taking care or animals, I am a freelance dancer and choreographer! I take dance class some evenings and may have a weekend show or rehearsals. Other than that, I am readily available especially during the morning, afternoons, and later in the evenings/overnight for your furry friends! Before we officially book, I will make sure we have a meet and greet so that your pet can get to know me as we talk about all your needs for my visit! Along with any of your pet's special needs, I will ask you to leave me with any emergency contact information just in case anything were to happen, as well as my personal contact info. I also will send you updates for your peace of mind as well as some adorable pictures of your pet(s)!
“Grace stayed with our cat, dog and fish in our home for five nights. Our dog has major separation anxiety and our cat is older and has medical needs so I was nervous to leave them but quickly learned I had no reason to be. Grace provided the best care for them. She was responsible, met all their individual needs, was communicative, and respectful of our house. We highly recommend Grace. Our pets miss her already!”

“Cierra was extremely awesome to our dogs and cat. The communication and meet and greet went seamless, and she spoiled them during her watch. She even stayed composed when my dogs acted up beyond what a dog sitter should have to deal with. I would 100% recommend her to watch your companions as well, and would reach out again if I needed a sitter.”

“Claudine is simply the best! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable leaving our dog in her hands. Her warm energy was so appreciated and she provided us with tons of updates (and great photos). Our dog seemed very well taken care of, relaxed and happy when we returned. She was also a very good communicator, thoughtful, and left detailed notes about bathroom breaks and other behavior. We felt at ease having Claudine in our home, and will use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life. Since 2013, my family has had a German Shepherd, and I was actively involved in his daily care and training as he grew up. Through that experience, I became comfortable with everything from basic obedience training to managing routines, walks, and general behavior. I’ve also helped care for my brother’s two dogs on multiple occasions, including feeding, walking, and spending extended time with them. I’m confident handling dogs with different personalities and energy levels, and I’m used to adapting to their needs and following specific care instructions closely. I currently work as a Graduate Assistant in the Philosophy Department at UConn. Over the summer, I’ll be continuing my research from home. I may need to be on campus once or twice a week, but otherwise I’m generally available throughout the week. I also spend a lot of time outdoors trail running or going on long walks, so I’m happy to give active dogs plenty of exercise if needed. I’m available for boarding any day of the week and can usually accommodate bookings with very little advance notice. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I provide a calm, attentive environment where pets are supervised and cared for consistently throughout the day. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walking routines, training cues, and any special care needs such as medications or behavioral considerations. During walks, I am very mindful of surroundings and keep dogs safely leashed at all times. In my home, dogs are treated as part of the household and given a comfortable, low-stress environment with plenty of attention and exercise as needed. I also make sure to provide regular updates so you can feel confident and informed while you’re away.
“Palma was great and took good care of the house and our three pets. I would have appreciated a little more day to day communication but I didn't ask for it so it is difficult to fault her there. Otherwise, our pets and house are in perfect health and they were well taken care of”
