My name is Jessie and I currently work a remote part-time job in education. I am located in Columbia, CT. I’m a huge dog lover and have experience with in-home pet sitting, dog walking, feeding, playing, and providing plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I’ve cared for mostly medium and large dogs, but I truly love dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’ve also lived with several different breeds of dogs over the years, including a Pomeranian, Australian Cattle Dog, mini Schnauzer, and Lab mix, so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of temperaments and needs. I previously worked with Rover and am excited to be back! Because I work remotely, I have flexibility throughout the day and can give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I care for pets in their own home by keeping them comfortable and sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. I’m happy to handle walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and make sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re with me. I also understand that every pet has a different personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and will leave everything clean and just as I found it.

Very smooth and easy short notice planned booking. Jessie was very easy going and willing to ensure everything was as I left it. My dog is 13 and I didn’t want to board her. Jessie took very good care of my dog and 2 rabbits. Will definitely be using her services again!
Jessie was great with our dogs, we have a senior dog, who wasn't doing great health wise and she took such great care of him. Both our dogs were in great spirit when we got back from trip, which says a lot about how awesome she must have been with them. She is very articulate and detail oriented and respectful of our space, would totally recommend her and plan on using her again. Thanks again Jessie, who have done a great job:)
Jessie is an extremely responsible person and would undoubtedly take the best and kindest care of any dog. Her thoughtful demeanor, maturity, and past experience with animals makes her the perfect candidate for the job. I know she has had past experience caring for animals, and dogs specifically, while a former boss was out of town. He was thrilled by her initiative and how she cared for his dog as if he was her own. If Jessie watched your dog, you could be put at ease that he/she is in the best care possible.
I felt totally at ease knowing Jessie was caring for my fur babies while I was away! Jessie has petsat for my dogs and cats several times and is a very trustworthy and responsible caregiver. During the initial get-to-know-you visit, Jessie asked lots of good questions about my pets' health and habits and took notes about their feedings and routines. While I was away, Jessie sent me updates each time after she visited my pets and always let me know that everyone was healthy and happy. I would recommend Jessie as a friendly and responsible caregiver who will look after your fur babies as if they were her own.

Schedule
Since I work remotely part-time, my schedule gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. I’m able to work pet care into my daily routine with plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I enjoy having pets as part of my day and am happy to work around their usual routines and needs. I’m also able to provide more frequent check-ins and attention due to my flexible schedule.
