About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience with both training and senior care. I trained my own dog, who is now 12 years old, and I currently care for him as he experiences arthritis. This has taught me how to recognize signs of discomfort, adjust activity levels, and provide daily massages to keep him comfortable. I understand that not every dog needs long walks, and I prioritize each pet’s individual needs, safety, and well-being. I’m currently a senior in college, which gives me a bit more flexibility in my schedule, and I truly enjoy spending that time caring for pets. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m able to plan my days around pets and give them the attention and consistency they need. I live in an off-campus house with a front yard that does not open onto a busy street, which helps provide a safe and calm environment for pets. The house is spacious, allowing pets to move around comfortably and have their own space to relax. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I’m very attentive and focused on making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for. I take time to build trust, follow routines closely, and make sure pets feel safe and happy in my presence.

About: I went to Highschool at Edwin O Smith where I took animal science class for four years. I then went to UConn and took a livestock animal class for a year. I have pet sitted for all types of animals from dogs and cats to goats and horses. I owned a small goat farm for 5 years as part of an FFA project learning to be an entrepreneur. I know basic veterinarian technician skills from my animal science classes. I have personally owned dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, hamsters. I have the experience to deal with more difficult animals. I will make sure your pet is in an environment that's stress free and full of cuddles. At the moment I am a stay at home mom doing online courses for accounting. Since I’m always home it’s perfect for watching pets 24/7 or going out and feeding, walking, etc.. for periods of time. At my house I have an empty barn with a huge fenced in area for pets to enjoy running free, being outside, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the shade. I also have a fenced in porch where I like to sit outside and watch the day go by with furry friends.

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve been working with animals for as long as I can remember! From hamsters to horses - I’ve cared for nearly any animal you can think of. I attended Norfolk Aggie, majoring in Animal Science. Since then, I’ve worked as a vet tech, grooming assistant, assistant trainer, and in multiple barns and kennels. Aside from caring for pets, I currently work from home on my fiancé and I’s business, and do freelance photography (always happy to get some cute pics!) Training is a massive aspect of pet care. About: I’ve cared for pets, my own, and also those of friends and relatives, for several years. I have a large fenced in yard and my own playful pup to entertain your dog throughout the day. I am working full-time from home but have a beautiful fenced in yard for your dogs to play in and I’m able to take frequent breaks throughout the day to play alongside them. About: I’ve had my smaller dog for nearly 11 years (rescued her when she was 6 months old) and recently rescued a larger dogs who’s about a year and a half old. I’ve trained both dogs to perform simple commands like sit, stay, and paw alongside some more complicated tasks like loose leash walking and understanding thresholds. I work from home and while it’s a full time job, my hours are very flexible. I’m able to step away from my desk when needed to attend to my pets and allow them to stretch their legs in the backyard. Daily, I walk the dogs twice a day and am sure to offer enrichment on days we might have to stay indoors. When the weather permits, I like to visit the local dog park that’s 5 minutes from my home. Currently my backyard is missing a gate but I will be addressing that over the next couple of months. For shorter potty breaks, I tend to do leashed visits to the backyard and for longer ones, I prefer to give the dogs a proper walk. I have two dogs, one small and one large, who are friendly and crate trained and can offer crating to any dog that may need it. Since I’m home full time, no pets are ever unsupervised or left alone in rooms.

About: I have taken care of my own dog for about 3ish years and I have cat sitted for my neighbor. I love animals a lot I currently am unemployed so I can take care of the pet full time, so I am home all the time to take care of the animal I can crate your dog if needed, I do not have a fence in my yard but I will take them outside or take them to a park

About: I have been taking care of cats since my early 20s (20+ years) and I have experience with small to mid sized dogs. I can walk, feed, clean up after your pets while you are away. I am currently working part time from home, so I am easily made available, as needed. Please reach out and we can discuss our options. I have 3 cats and they are indoor cats. At my house I have a medium sized fenced in area for dog's to run and play.
