About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up, my mother was (and still is) a doggy foster mom for our local shelter. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and any special care instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.”

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

I come from a family of care-takers, nurses and teachers, so naturally, I love taking care of people and what better way to do that than ensure their pets are cared for, too! Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting I’ve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, “Your dog does have a sense of time — and misses you when you’re gone. If you think your dog knows when it’s time for dinner or a walk, you’re right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.” I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, that’s why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is. About: I went to Highschool at Edwin O Smith where I took animal science class for four years. I then went to UConn and took a livestock animal class for a year. I have pet sitted for all types of animals from dogs and cats to goats and horses. I owned a small goat farm for 5 years as part of an FFA project learning to be an entrepreneur. I know basic veterinarian technician skills from my animal science classes. I have personally owned dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, hamsters. I have the experience to deal with more difficult animals. I will make sure your pet is in an environment that's stress free and full of cuddles. At the moment I am a stay at home mom doing online courses for accounting. Since I’m always home it’s perfect for watching pets 24/7 or going out and feeding, walking, etc.. for periods of time. At my house I have an empty barn with a huge fenced in area for pets to enjoy running free, being outside, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the shade. I also have a fenced in porch where I like to sit outside and watch the day go by with furry friends.

About: I’ve had large breed dogs since I was a child. I currently own a German shepherd. have experience with cats and ferrets as well. My home is very clean and organized. Your pet will be super safe and loved I work part time early mornings. Your baby will be cared for and walked before and after my 4 hour shift. I’m free everyday by noon I have a big yard surrounded by hedges. I am very careful and would never endanger your pet because mine is like my child. I have been trained to the De-escalate situations.

About: Hi everyone! I am an animal fanatic (dogs>people) with an energetic and outgoing personality. I strive to provide the best possible care and have no problem with special requests or schedules! I'll run, walk, play, throw to your dogs content and my own. I've been caring for animals big and small since I was a wee kiddo, have vet experience inherited from my dad who owns his own practice, and overall a soft spot for all things furry. I have a cattle dog mix pupper who is a social butterfly and a bengal that acts more like a dog than a cat. He gets along GREAT with all animals he's been introduced to, just check out the photos! Put yourself at ease knowing that your pooch will be properly attended to at your own convenience! I am currently working part time as a nanny and am looking to expand my passion for animals into a full time career. I previously ran a small dog walking business in Boston and am hoping to do the same here in my home state of CT! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups to play with! If your dog is not friendly with others I do have a separate space for my pups if needed.

She's so sweet and caring, and is such an animal lover! After it went so well with the drop-in's and seeing how much Scout loved her, we sent him to Rachel's Doggy Daycare. He absolutely loves her sweet dog (no pun intended!) Sugar, and got lots of playtime and walks at daycare. Rachel kept me up to date with how Scout was doing during the day and made sure to send lots of photos and videos :) I am so happy we found Rachel and will continue using her services for our puppy!”
