About: Hi! I’m a third-year graduate student at Sacred Heart University working toward my doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, and I’d love to help care for your pets. I primarily offer dog walking services, but I’m also available for drop-in visits and overnight stays. I’ve had plenty of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats through pet sitting for friends, family and a multitude of Rover clients, as well as raising pets of my own. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, and I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. My schedule is very flexible with the next few weeks on a break from classes, so I can often accommodate a variety of needs throughout the week or weekend. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by and caring for all kind of animals (even monkeys). Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, have relied on me to care for their dogs, cats, and more for years; Knowing that I will love their pets like I love my own, my clients have confidence and trust when booking with me! As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention. I intentionally only accept one additional dog at a time so each pet receives plenty of supervision and individualized care I have one dog, Ollie, that loves to play and keep every guest company. I am in a two story duplex with a small unfenced yard, but have an outdoor lead for potty breaks and plenty of areas for walking in my neighborhood. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. There will be no instances where our pets are left alone unmonitored for the safety of both parties.

I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands.
