About: I'm very detailed orientated and a loving pup owner, so naturally I like for others to feel confident leaving their fur babies with someone they can trust and easily get in touch with, and that’s me! Im home full time so I’m available weekdays and weekends to care for your pup! You can rest easy knowing that your pup will have a great time and be well taken care of. I love dogs and being able to make them smile/ have a fun time! For questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask! I’m currently at home full time so I am able to accommodate your dogs normal routine! I do have 1 dog and 2 young kids that love to be involved with taking care of (i.e. feeding them) and loving on dogs. I do have a dog named Brie who loves to play and can keep your dog company! Brie has a little separation anxiety as well as sound sensitivity so I’m keen to knowing how to handle that. Since we don't have a fenced in yard, all potty breaks, walks, and runs are on a leash. I do have young children so any dog would have to be ok with young kids and a playful environment. I am able to make sure the kids and Brie do give your pup a break when needed :)

“Erica, Thomas and the kids were great with Lenny. When I went to pick him up, he looked happy and was definitely tired from a full day of fun. Erica was very flexible with drop off time, I had to drop Lenny off really early to leave for work, and I also had to book his stay last minute, and they were able to accommodate it. I received photos and updates from Lenny all day during his stay. Lenny will definitely stay with Erica and her family again.”

“Becky is incredibly communicative and helpful! My puppy Bergy had an amazing time with your and the pack of pups this weekend. We will definitely be coming back!”

This has allowed me to have all the time needed to bond with pets. I also enjoy my 3 acres of space. I want to have it used by any pet who loves to roam outside. Just alot of space to entertain pets. My yard is not all fenced in. However its away from any sort of traffic. Very quite and alot of pet friendly homes. I can assure to put safety first at all cost.

About: I love to take care of pets! I am home working in our yard, garden, with our chickens, cooking, generally creating a millennial grandma cozy cottage. I always say there are a few things that make a house a home - animals, plants, and good kitchen smells. We have a dog and a couple cats running around, and, much like our kids enjoy having all the friends come to visit us so that our house is bustling with love! I have to say that I do not allow pets on furniture but worry not; all furry visitors have lots of soft spaces to snuggle, a large fenced-in yard to run about (maybe dig a hole to relax in the the sunshine?), love, attention, treats galore. I am not afraid of larger animals, and I can keep those separate that are either feeling feisty around new friends or shy until acclimation in our fenced patio within the yard. I keep a good eye on everyone, I'm patient with accidents, and its no sweat to accommodate special needs. Please let us enjoy hosting your family at ours, making our house a home. Other than taking my children to and from school, I am home. Additionally, my partner and children are six more eyes, hugging arms & throwing balls. I accommodate my clients' requests and always aim to over-deliver. I am happy to send photos and videos throughout our play date, and respond to questions in a very timely manner.

About: I have had dogs since I was 8 years old and I truly enjoy all the warmth and love a dog brings into a home. I have taken in senior dogs (10+) over the years and had extensive experience with blind, and deaf senior dogs. I have experience with incontinence, mobility issues, special dietary needs, medication injections, and palliative care. I also have experience with young puppies (under 6 months) along with experience doing dog training with my own dogs throughout my life. Both me and my husband have transitioned to remote work so we are home throughout the day, which is excellent for senior dogs who need extra care. I have a partially fenced in yard and live close to several hiking trails. Depending on your dogs needs, the amount of time between potty breaks can be adjusted as well as the amount of exercise given throughout the day. Dogs are all fed separately while water is available at all times. I do have a 3 year old rat terrier (19 pounds) who loves any and all dogs she meets - she has been around many senior dogs.

We have a partially fenced yard and all guests stay leashed and well supervised while out! Our pug Winston loves to play and snuggle with our guests. I am very good with animals and have very very rarely met one that wasn’t interested in being my friend. All of my repeat clients are always very happy to see me! 🥰 I am always cautious and respectful of your pets’ space and yours and always will leave your house cleaner than I found it! I go above and beyond to make sure your pets’ routine is disturbed as little as possible while you are gone and I make sure they are given extra affection (if they want it!) I will not hesitate to obtain emergency care (with your permission) if your pet needs it.

About: Hi there! Thanks for checking out our profile! We love playing with, walking, and being around dogs. Raelynn is a certified (CPDT-KA, FDM-T) dog trainer who pet sits with her extra time, and Sean is a full-time music teacher who is more available in the afternoons and in summer. We tag-team with the dogs that stay with us! We have a large fenced-in yard that your pets will enjoy and three playmates for your pups! We have cared for dogs of all ages and all sizes, and we'd love to hear from you. Even if we are not working on training with your dog, you will be comforted knowing that a trainer is not letting your pup learn or continue any bad habits while they are staying with us. For day-care, dogs will be supervised by Raelynn and will participate in small group play. This gives the dogs a great socialization experience with a certified trainer, ensuring that your pup gets positive socialization experience without being overwhelmed by too many dogs at once! Dogs need to be able to rest comfortable in a crate or pen in between playtime, or for in the case of an emergency and Raelynn needs to leave the house. We are happy to accommodate schedule for your pup! Raelynn is at home most of the day, so I can let dogs out for exercise/potty breaks as much as needed. We both wake up early, so we can accommodate most schedules into our own. We have a large yard that is fully fenced-in. In the home, We have crates and many doors/pet gates in order to keep your pet safe as needed. The only steps in the house are a half staircase leading up from our entrance doorway.

About: With being surrounded by family and friends who are vet techs & pet clinic staff, I have had experience with dogs & cats for a very long time. I absolutely adore animals and have always wanted to make it my job to go above and beyond and give all the love to fur babies so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. This is professionally my third year. With being an active girl, I love to go on walks, hike, go for drives & listen to music. Pet sitting is very compatible with my personality and routine. When I visit a home or stay with a pet, I make sure to follow every instruction to keep the dog, or cat, in the same routine so the animal is as comfortable as possible. It is important to me to not disrupt the normal for an animal and keep them feeling loved and safe. ♥️

“Stephen was awesome, kept Gracei happy and safe during her visits while I had to work. I felt very comfortable leaving her there for my first Rover experience and first puppy ever. He kept me updated throughout the day and is very flexible with time. Thank you and can’t wait to book with Stephen again!”

About: I have had pets my whole life ranging from dogs to reptiles to even birds! It is safe to say I am an animal lover. My family has always had dogs from young puppies all the way to seniors with special needs so my experience goes all the way back to childhood. In the past I have spent time volunteering training stray dogs and I also started a small pet sitting business in college. My mother-in-law lives in the apartment downstairs from us with her two older pups who we adore, especially my almost 2 year old son who can't get enough of them. I am a stay at home mom to my almost 2 year old son, so as I am not working I have a very flexible schedule and can make most arrangements for pet care work! Your pet will never be lonely in my home as we are mostly around during the day and always home at night. My home is in a wooded area on about an acre of land, plenty of space for your pet to sniff around and explore! My mother-in-law lives in our basement apartment with her two sweet dogs who I can easily keep separate from your pups, or if you think your pups would enjoy some company I can always introduce them. The house is large with lots of cozy nooks to relax in and plenty of space to play. Your pup would be well cared for and walked as much as you’d prefer. We'd love your pup as if they were our own, especially my son who is absolutely obsessed with dogs! We'd always make sure to honor and respect your wishes for how your pup is cared for and send you lots of pictures and videos so you never feel too far away!

“I highly recommend Chrystyanna! She was very sweet and my dogs had a lot of play time. They came home tired and happy after their day with her. I also received very funny pictures of them which I loved. I would definitely rebook!”

About: Hi, I’m Taylor! I'm an animal lover, Bengal cat mom, and experienced caretaker who understands that pets are family. I specialize in caring for cats of all personalities and needs, from shy seniors to high energy kittens. As the proud owner of a Bengal, I’m well versed in handling curious, clever, and sometimes chaotic felines. I’ve raised two dogs from three months old, so I’m familiar with the structure and routine dogs need & thrive on. My own pups go outside to play at least three times a day, so visiting dogs can expect a similar rhythm: regular outdoor time, a calm indoor space with lots of toys, and plenty of attention. As long as they’re good with cats, they’ll fit right in. I’m available for drop-in visits almost anytime: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented. Whether you need someone to stop in for feeding, meds, litter scooping, or just to give your pets some company and care, I’ve got it covered. I treat every animal like my own and always respect your home and their routine. I work full time, but mostly from home, and my schedule is very flexible. I can easily adjust my hours with a bit of notice, which allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day for drop in visits, walks, or keeping a calm, consistent routine for pets staying in my home. I keep things calm, clean, and consistent, whether I’m in your home or caring for pets in mine. I do my best to maintain your pet’s usual routine so they feel secure while you're away. In your home, I treat the space with care and respect, and I always double check doors, feeding instructions, and any special requests. At my home, pets have access to a quiet, structured environment with safe spaces to relax, regular outdoor time, and lots of attention.

“Great communication, very friendly and accommodating to my crazy schedule on my work trip. My dog seemed super happy. I definitely recommend.”

About: I have been a dog owner all my life. I've enjoyed caring for other people's dogs for the last 15 years. I am trained in dog CPR and First Aid. I live on a quiet cul-de-sac road with an ample acre yard to play. I'm happy to support any training efforts. I love to play outside. There are tons of trails nearby to walk/hike here in East Haddam (my dog is my geocaching buddy). My lab would graciously share her swimming spots. Fetch, training, frisbee, you name it! I am willing to transport your dog, if needed. There is usually 24 hour care here in the summer months. When you leave your dog with us, they will be treated like one of the family. Cassie cannot wait to meet a new furever friend, come play!

“Bev was great and mikes help an added bonus! She truly is a lover of animals as her profile suggested She was so kind to me in my angst over my emotional rescue dog and kept me at ease so I could visit with family up in Connecticut Truly a Christmas blessing!!thanks so much bev and mike!!”

About: Hello everyone, My name is Kristen, I'm an outdoorsy, fitness fanatic with a love and passion for animals! I grew up with lots of dogs, my experience in pet care is from years of caring for my own animals, friends and family's too, as well as volunteering at animal shelters over the years. My husband and I recently decided to start a family, so I decided to focus on animal care full time instead of my busy office job. On the side of watching pups, I am a personal trainer, I would absolutely love taking your dog/dogs on walks, runs, hikes. We have a beautiful house on almost 2 acres of land. I live near multiple parks (and dog parks) and scenic walking/hiking trails. I love animals and I can't wait to care for yours! As long as I have a day of notice, I should be able to accommodate your schedule. I'm an early riser as well, so early drop offs is no problem. I'll have eyes on your pup the whole time, I do not leave dogs alone. The dogs are more than welcome to sleep in my bedroom as well as long as they are behaved enough to do so, they are also welcomed on the couches and all areas of the home

About: I have been passionate about caring for animals since I was a child; when I turned 11, my parents got me a puppy and I raised and trained her to be the perfect family pet. This experience taught me to be very responsible and knowledgeable about an animal's needs at a young age. Since then, family and friends have asked me to take care of their pets when they go away, and now, at 26 years old, I own a house on a lake with a fenced-in yard where I have four pets of my own - a Puggle, a Golden Retriever, a Pomsky, and a cat. All of them I raised from puppies and each has their own needs. Additionally, I have fostered and rehabilitated a 13-year-old Golden Retriever suffering from Vertigo, who stayed with me for 6 months and needed lots of love, attention, medication, and patience. With my extensive experience taking care of different breeds of dogs from young puppies to senior dogs, you can rest assured that your furry companion will be in great hands when you entrust them to me. If your dogs are staying with me they will be sure to love this place as their second home. I am currently enjoying my summer off from my full time job as a second grade teacher. This means that my schedule is open to meet your dogs needs as I am home all day. I am very lucky to say this is my full time job over the summer. If staying with me at my house dogs will receive plenty of exercise with a fully fenced in back yard and taking walks around the lake. Dogs I am watching at other peoples houses will also receive plenty of exercise as I love going for walks and hikes. I will also make sure to send lots of updates and photos of your furry family member to keep your mind at ease while you are away. I know it is not easy to leave our loved pets behind and will be sure to give you every comfort in leaving them within my care. You will be sure to see how happy they are on their retreat while you are away at yours. Dogs will be loved and spoiled in my care. They will receive plenty of exercise and lots of love and cuddles. If they are staying at my house they will be treated as part of the family. They will be allowed on the furniture for cuddles as well as the bed. When staying here it will also feel like a dog's dream as they have a nice fenced in backyard to run around with other dogs who will love to play with them. So no need to bring them to doggy daycare they will have plenty of other friendly loving dogs to keep them company. I will not board dogs who are aggressive, as I have 3 dogs of my own. All dogs who stay at my house need to be fixed with shots that are up to date. Please ensure to let me know a little bit about your dog . Include their likes, dislikes, and anything that is important for me to know specifically about your dog and their needs to ensure they are having the best time and getting the best care.
