About: We’ve always had dogs, cats and other animals in our family. We have fostered over 30 puppies through Pawsafe Animal Rescue in the last two years. We also recently trained our one year old puppy. I work in an elementary school (8am-4pm M-F) but will be home full time for the summer June 15th through August 28th. Therefore, I’ll have plenty of time to devote to your animals. I can care for your animals in my home. Part of our side yard is fenced in and we have a safe, large, back yard to play with your dogs. We live at the end of a quiet cul de sac neighborhood.
8. Autumn M.
“Friendly, competent, safe! My pup had a happy day!”
9. Stephen S.
“Stephen was awesome, kept Gracei happy and safe during her visits while I had to work. I felt very comfortable leaving her there for my first Rover experience and first puppy ever. He kept me updated throughout the day and is very flexible with time. Thank you and can’t wait to book with Stephen again!”
10. Rebecca G.
“Becky is amazing! She's very accommodating and helpful and seriously takes care of my pup. Fig (My pup) is so happy to see and play with his new friends. He comes home exhausted, literally wants to go straight to bed. It makes me smile knowing that he gets out some time to take out his puppy energy with other doggies.”
11. Jessica M.
“Jessica is a loving pet owner that always puts animals first. She is reliable and responsible with everything she is asked to do. I have a reactive rescue boxer, and have always been anxious to introduce him to new people, which has made it hard for me to trust someone to care for him. But Jessica was kind, patient, and respectful of his boundaries, which was so refreshing! Now he can’t get enough of her! I've seen her volunteer at shelters, ensure the health of her own animals is a priority, and be responsive and attentive when dog sitting for others. She truly has a love for animals, so if this is something you are looking for, you can guarantee that she is the right choice to care for your pet!”
12. Ali H.
“Ali is a complete blessing. Our Rosie is the sweetest bulldozer ever and loves dearly with all 70 pounds! Ali was immediately willing to take her on and love her as we do! I could be any happier to have found this extension of our puppy family and know Rosie will thrive with this added love and support.”
13. Pantasy L.
“Pantasy takes really good care of Max and Sammie. She takes them out every 3 hours and they have become familiar with her home. They will sit comfortably on her couch. Sammie likes to jump up and down from the couch and they seem to tolerate the family cat. Pantasy will text back when we request status updates.”
14. Timothy F.
“Tim was great! Sent pics and videos throughout the day. My dog and his played all day long and she was pooped when I picked her up!”
15. Lindsay S.
“I have always known Lindsay to be very dedicated to any project she’s taken on, including raising her dog Zeke from a puppy. Zeke is very well trained and behaved, and extremely well taken care of. She even brushes his teeth every night! She also occasionally pet-sits my son’s cats, one of which has special medication needs, and he always talks about how great of a job she does with them. I believe she would be a great addition to your team of pet sitters.”
16. Awana "Trenux" M.
About: I think everybody has different callings and being around animals and watching them grow happens to be one of mine. All my life I’ve been around animals, my first horse was named Arastar and she lived to be 35. I was raised on a farm and I hope some day to build my own animal sanctuary. Because I work part time (from home) it’s made me have more time to do what I love which is write, pet sit, and go into nature. Before pet sitting a meet and greet is essential to make sure I understand the pets specific needs and properly prepare. I live in a loft with my cat KeyKey Luna. She is present in the home at all times so it’s important your furry companion(s) is kitty friendly.
17. Alicia G.
“My dogs love her! She cares for them like they are her own, and she’s attentive to their special needs like medications and specific dietary requirements. She puts my dogs first every time she watches them”
18. Laura G.
About: IG @lauralovesyourdog We love animals! Energetic young humans and 6 year old pug will play with your dog until we collapse! We have a large unfenced yard with lots of sniffing and exploring space. The yard is regularly treated by Tick Ranger (organic and pet-safe tick spraying). Our space for overnight is a large room- crated or uncrated, or are welcome to sleep in the human bed of their choice. Dogs are welcome throughout the first floor during the day. Your dog will feel completely at home at my house or yours! We walk, play and hug. Grooming services unavailable. Unfortunately we can not take pit bulls, pit bull mixes, or border terriers. I am also a caring and experienced cat owner/ caretaker! We have 3 cats of our own (our 17 year old angel Maddy went to the Heaviside Layer June 2021💙) and will care for your cat in your home or ours. Dependable loving care always! And if that wasn’t enough I am also very comfortable feeding/ handling and caring for small reptiles including snakes. We have had our Herman’s tortoise Shelly Clarkson for 2 years and love her to death! Available most days- flexible schedule and I keep my Rover calendar updated. About me: 42 year old single mom, works occasionally as a stage manager and at The Place in Guilford. We hope to care for your furry family soon! *Please note I do have 2 kids (ages 9 and 5). Both kids are very aware and cautious in how to approach new animals but if your dog is not 100% comfortable with kids we are not the sitters for you. Thank you! I build my schedule around my clients. We like to keep a predictable routine for our guests. I am home most of the day most days! We have a partially fenced yard and all guests stay leashed and well supervised while out! Our pug Winston loves to play and snuggle with our guests. My other part- time jobs are seasonal so I am home and available most days November through May. When my seasonal jobs are active I still am able to take 2-3 clients visits a day around them! I am very good with animals and have very very rarely met one that wasn’t interested in being my friend. All of my repeat clients are always very happy to see me! 🥰 I am always cautious and respectful of your pets’ space and yours and always will leave your house cleaner than I found it! I go above and beyond to make sure your pets’ routine is disturbed as little as possible while you are gone and I make sure they are given extra affection (if they want it!) I will not hesitate to obtain emergency care (with your permission) if your pet needs it.
19. Tracy L.
“Tracy was a great doggy day care host for our Finn - he enjoyed his day playing with Sunday (her chocolate lab). He came home nice and tired! Tracy shared updates and photos throughout the day and was very easy to coordinate with.”
