About: I've lived with and taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. Starting off in apartments where they needed to be walked. I've had my own dogs for the past 16 years. From puppies to seniors on daily medications, I've taken care of it all with my own doggos. We recently lost our doggy siblings, Tegan and Sara in May and July 2022 at 15.5 years old. We currently have a 6 month old rescue named Oswald. I love all dogs! I do not breed discriminate! I live on 3/4 of an acre with a 5' chain link fence surrounding the back yard. I also work from home, so I'm always here. With your permission, I may even take your pups on adventures while in my care! We do have a cat, but she owns the 2nd floor of our house (2 spare bedrooms), so it will not affect your pups stay as we will stay on the first floor. I work from home 9-5:30 M-F. Your baby will get to go out whenever needed in my fenced yard and I will give them love in small breaks during my own work day. They will not spend their days in a crate as I am here to keep an eye on them. I have a fenced yard. I do have a very dog and person friendly pup of my own who will be happy to play with your pup, too, as his favorite place is the dog park. We have few stairs that need to be climbed, 1-3 off our deck (we have a few entrances on the deck) that can be adjusted by closing deck doors as needed for seniors.

About: My first experience was 5 y.o when I was selected to help train Fidelco search and rescue dogs. From then on, my whole life has been surrounded by animals of all sorts. From going to UCONN for large animal science, to always being the designated pet sitter for friends and family, to now- still doing that, running my own hypoallergenic cattery & working a couple horse barns! About: I am a stay at home mother looking for an active hobby. I have taken care of my own pets from a very young age as well as family members pets. About: I've lived with and taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. Starting off in apartments where they needed to be walked. I've had my own dogs for the past 16 years. From puppies to seniors on daily medications, I've taken care of it all with my own doggos. We recently lost our doggy siblings, Tegan and Sara in May and July 2022 at 15.5 years old. We currently have a 6 month old rescue named Oswald. I love all dogs! I do not breed discriminate! I live on 3/4 of an acre with a 5' chain link fence surrounding the back yard. I also work from home, so I'm always here. With your permission, I may even take your pups on adventures while in my care! We do have a cat, but she owns the 2nd floor of our house (2 spare bedrooms), so it will not affect your pups stay as we will stay on the first floor. I work from home 9-5:30 M-F. Your baby will get to go out whenever needed in my fenced yard and I will give them love in small breaks during my own work day. They will not spend their days in a crate as I am here to keep an eye on them. I have a fenced yard. I do have a very dog and person friendly pup of my own who will be happy to play with your pup, too, as his favorite place is the dog park. We have few stairs that need to be climbed, 1-3 off our deck (we have a few entrances on the deck) that can be adjusted by closing deck doors as needed for seniors.

About: Excuse the cheesy headline! I am a clinical psychologist at Hartford Hospital and absolutely love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have had dogs with my family my entire life (mostly Rottweilers), and now my boyfriend and I have three dogs of our own who run our lives. I have experience pet sitting both dogs and cats and most importantly, I have a huge heart for all animals. I understand how important pets are to families-they are more than just animals; they are actual family members. I will give your pets all the love, attention and care they deserve and will ensure that they have the best experience possible. Knowing first hand the struggles of wanting someone to love and play with my dog when I am not home, I want to make sure that people can feel comfortable and rest easy knowing that their pets are in my care. I work a full time job, so week day visits can generally only be mornings and evenings. My weekends are open and I am happy to come by any time! “We found Dawn by the advertisment on her vehicle. We are fairly new to the area and boarded our dogs elsewhere but weren't thrilled. Our dogs are our family and we want them to be treated the way we treat them when we travel. So we contacted Dawn after reviewing the website to set up our meet and greet. Dawn was so flexible as we changed our time for the meet and greet with no questions asked. After our dogs met her dogs Marley and Scooby we realized how welcoming they were to new dogs in their domain. We spent about an hour visiting with Dawn and she welcomed us into her home to show us where the dogs would be most of the time inside and their backyard is very large and fenced in. The dogs have a ton of freedom there. After our meet and greet we scheduled them with her for that upcoming weekend. We left very pleased and confident knowing we were leaving them in very loving, gentle hands. Later in that week our one beagle blew out her knee completely. She was only using her three legs and we contacted Dawn to see if she was comfortable taking her with limited play time and no jumping. Dawn wrote back immediately as she always does to say it was no problem at all, describing to us how she would take care of her. When we dropped them off to her for the weekend we were nervous just because of how our girl was feeling and now with three dogs. Dawn sent us updates all weekend and pictures too. It was very reassuring to get them. It made us feel so much better. When picking them up Dawn had everything ready for us and gave us the full update of the weekend. Our dogs came back and slept for two days after their weekend with Dawn and her two very friendly dogs. We will definitely be using Dawn in the future. She was wonderful!!! :)”
