“Kristen was amazing ! I found her to be highly responsible, reliable, responsive with outstanding communication skills. Most importantly, during her first meet up with Baby, I could tell that she was outstanding with animals because even my very shy kitty felt at ease enough with her to make a connection at once! I could also see straight off that she was caring about him, not only as a client, but that she has a genuine love for and ability with animals. And when she shared with me that she has four kitties and a dog she adopted from a person who had terminal cancer and adopted all the kitties bc she could not decid which one, well ..that was it for me! She has such a heart for animals that upon hearing that story I felt such confidence in entrusting my sweet kitty to her while traveling to visit my daughter even though my cat has health issues and is just special in every way as she is. Do not hesitate to hire this girl ..you will not be sorry ! And with that said, on that note, when I returned I could see the bond that had former between her and my handsome boy ! I just can't give her high enough marks! Thanks oh SOO MUCH Kristen .. About: There’s always been a dog in my house ever since I was born. Sparky, Bobo, Patrick, and now my Delilah. I’m a big fan of every kind of dog and love meeting new ones! I’m usually home all day, helping my mother take care of my grandmother. I have plenty of time to pop out and drop in on your dog! I’m capable of letting your dog out, either in a fenced yard or on a leash. As well as feed and make sure their water bowl is full!

The first time we've left our dog home while on vacation, as she tends to get sick after a kennel stay due to nervousness and very shy. Such a relief to come home and have her be happy and not sick. About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. You want pictures? You got 'em! You need updates? Expect a detailed text! You want someone to reassure your babies to not worry and their mom(s)/dad(s) will be home soon? I will be as clear with them as if they were a human child! I get it, you worry they will feel scared when you aren't home. That's why I am here. Food, walks, and playtime are all well and good, but I believe it is just as important to make them feel as comfortable as I can with as much reassurance as I can give. I am a weekly volunteer at Kitty Harbor in Griswold so when it comes to cats, I am experienced in all sorts of mishaps- litter accidents, dirty butt, scratch boo boos, and more. I am also experienced in administering medication. Of course, if you're kitty has a way that works for them, then that's how we'll get it done! As for the pups, I am always excited to get a chance to go for a walk or even a full on hike! Exercise is always more fun when a four legged friend is involved. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?

About: I live in the Norwich area with a mostly fenced in yard which our two GSDs love. We also have 3 cats and a pet snake. I love dog sitting and walking because I am full hearted animal lover, I will play with your dog non stop until they get tired and reward their wonderful behavior with all the love and belly rubs possible. I spend hours outside with my dogs and while also taking them to our favorite field and swimming. I want to give other dogs the same opportunities. I have been dog sitting since I was 12, so for over 10 years. I am also comfortable with other pets as well! Weekends can be discussed, but not advertising for booking to spend time with my family I follow your instructions to keep everyone safe, as well as leaving items where you left them so you don’t have to look for them later. About: I have volunteered with a dog rescue for the last years working with a variety of different dog breeds, ages, sizes, and behavioral issues. I also have 2 years of basic obedience dog training through that rescue, especially working through behavioral issues such as fear and reactivity. I also currently work as a Doggie Daycare Attendant. I currently work part-time as a doggy daycare attendant. I have 3 of my own dogs, as well as a foster dog. My mother in law lives with my family so there is almost always someone home, especially so for potty breaks. All of my dog remain crated while unattended. Potty breaks as as frequently as needed, especially with my senior dog. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have long leads for outside and dogs are never left unsupervised outside.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I will take care of yours as they were my own. I love being outdoors so they won’t ever be bored. I will make sure your pup is taken care of while you are away, I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving them so I will send updates and pics to put you at ease if needed. I will adhere to rules and training that you are working on with the dog. I will ask questions to see what exactly you and they need. If needing overnight care you can be assured I will look after them and they will not be lonely. We will socialize and play until it’s time for them to go home. I can’t wait to meet all of the new paws! I work part time and very flexible. Off sat-Monday and during the week I’m off at two! I walk my dog everyday after work and we love going to places where he can run around and have some fun! My dog is a part of my family. He has a very comfortable life and his choice of space on the couch. We go for walks everyday and he loves playing in the yard

About: Hey! I have worked with animals for over 10 years from farm animals to fur babies. I’ve done pet sitting and foster for the majority of my life and it is a great passion of mine. I have also helped train numerous dogs in potty training, cage training and leash training. I am lucky enough to work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I am also available around holidays as well to help out when needed. I treat all animals as if they’re my own, a part of my family. I have multiple places within my home and outside of my home to create a safe place for your pet if they need down time, play or love.

About: i’ve have many types of breeds. i currently have two border collies and love working with animals. i can’t wait to meet yours, im excited it’s in my everyday routine , i have a very hyper breed so they are very active. i wake up and my dog is the first thing i take of , and i do the same throughout the day. i make sure she’s taken care of before other things. i do what is more comfortable for the dog , if they are hyper i’ll play with them until they are tired. if they are calm dogs i’ll feed them and make sure they are cared for either way.

About: I always grew up with at least 1 dog. Ray wasn't the friendliest, so I got a quick introduction to being careful with walks and strangers. Kalie was friendlier, but also liked her independence. She was the first dog I was actually able to "train". After I moved out, my parents got Sammie and Thurman, and I've been able to teach them a few tricks when I visit. I am currently off for the summer (teacher) and have almost every weekday completely free. I'm good about scheduling and organizing my time. When school starts back up, availability would change. Safety is my number one priority. I am very aware of body language in animals, and would never force an uncomfortable situation onto a pet. I would go at the animal's pace to make sure it's as pleasant of a visit as possible.
