About: I grew up taking care of my family’s dog. Additionally, I have assisted friends in taking care of their animals whilst growing up and through to the present. One of my favorite skills is I can take the silliest photos of any pet I have a full time job, but I am pretty flexible with my mornings and evenings. I work in downtown KC, so I am not too far from anywhere in the metro I have to cats of my own, and they live in a lovable environment where they have full reign. I pour my love into any animals that I am near. I give the attention animals needs whenever I do a drop-in.

About: **Cats-only boarding + Dog walking + Drop-ins** Adopted my fur baby over 2 years ago and have been in charge of pet sitting for my friends, since! I know the stress of leaving my pet in others’ care too well, so be prepared for daily proof-of-life pics from me 🤗 I’m also a type a med student, so you best bet my place is cat-proofed and i quadruple check anything that will come in contact with the pets ‼️ Pets will receive personalized attention based on need, but I will have my own cat here as well!! She’s very social and sweet, so she enjoys company. I have a room for your baby to acclimate slowly if need be :) My apartment has a pet elevator and areas to walk dogs, as well. I have a pretty flexible schedule this year, so I will be available at home for most of the weekend and weekday afternoons-evenings. I might skip breakfast if I wake up late, but keeping pet food out is non-negotiable ‼️ I clean litter boxes, groom, brush teeth daily. No cat-toxic plants in environment and all cabinets with household supplies are pet-proofed. Have a cat tree, cat tunnels, and plenty of places for cats to perch and scratch. I use Feliway Multicat calming diffusers to ease introduction between cats. I have experience giving my cat oral medications, training her to use an inhaler as well. My place is kept clean with a cleaning robot and weekly deep cleans.

About: I have had many animals over the years. As I child, we had so many breeds of dogs. From Saint Bernard, Great Dane, and Bull Mastiff. To sheep dogs and small mixed breed dogs. We currently bace 1 cat, who is the chillest, sweetest cat I’ve ever known. We have 5 kids, who LOVE animals. Your sweet fur baby won’t even know you are gone, with all the love they would get at our house. I was laid off in 2024, so I am currently home with our toddler, while the big kids are at school. So your fur baby would have someone with them all day! We have a big fenced in yard, and a great neighborhood for walks! Your fur baby would be well loved in our care. I am currently home with our 1 year old daughter. My oldest are in school. We go to the gym a few times a week, and do some reselling on the side. But we are never gone for very long and can give your fur baby lots of love and attention. I have a fenced yard, with a 6 foot fence. So your fur baby will be safe! We have plenty of space to crate if needed. We also have a cat tree and lots of good hiding spots for more timid kitties.

“Taylor did a fantastic job with my kitties! They both came out for her. She spent lots of quality time with them. My home looked and smelled clean when we got home from vacation, which never happens. She refilled my auto feeder when it got low and kept on top of the wet food and water refills. She even ran the vacuum and swept up litter kicked out of the box by my crazy young one. 10/10 recommend!”

About: I care for a mini golden doodle for one year since a puppy now I care for a calico cat that’s one years old thanks. I work for KCFD and have some much extra time and would love to take care of your animals I work two days on two days off every other weekend I love playing around the house with the dogs and love going on runs and walks being outside when the weather is nice is everything

About: I grew up with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 birds; Big animal lover! I have experience being around previously abused dogs, particularly anxious cats, and blood-thirsty parrots. I’m a firm believer of taking everything at the animal’s pace. I work from home with flexible scheduling, so I can be available any weekday between 7-10am, noon-1, and 4pm onward. I just need a day’s notice for timing. I live in a small apartment with my two cats, so I will not be offering boarding. However, I’m happy to walk, check-in, or house sit your pets in their safe space!

About: Hello! My name is Kate. I have owned dogs from shizus to pit bulls and loved them all. I believe all dogs need the most care and affection while also having a space to run free and play, which is why I currently do not own a dog due to living in an apartment. Sadly, not having a dog, has left me with a void that needs to be filled by longs walks and many belly rubs. I care for my family and friends’ dogs when they are away. I enjoy walks with dogs and playing fetch. I am free on weekends and at night. During the summer, I will be home full-time as well. I also have two cats of my own that I've raised since they were kittens. As of right now, I am off work all summer and go back on August 9 as a teacher. This means I will be available anytime after 4:00 pm during the week and am free all weekend. When housing another animal, I always separate them when leaving the house. I believe in meet and greets with the pet and owner to ensure that the pet trusts me and the owner feels safe with leaving their animal with me. If you have a strict diet or routine for your animal, know that it will be followed to a tee. I know how easily an animal can get off its routine, so I hold it in high regard.

On days I’m home, your dog will have consistent attention and regular breaks throughout the day. When I’m in the office, I come home over lunch to let dogs out and check in. I primarily offer boarding on weekends but am open to weeknight stays as well, depending on your dog’s needs. Your dog will be cared for like part of the family while staying in my home. I have two playful, friendly dogs who enjoy making new friends and can help keep your pup entertained and socialized. I focus on maintaining routines, providing regular walks and potty breaks, and making sure every dog gets the attention, exercise, and comfort they need to feel at home.

About: I am new to Rover but I have watched my friends and families dogs over the past few years. I live with my girlfriend and am a dog dad to 2 senior dogs named Roxy and Andrew. As a UMKC business student, I'm hoping to start my own doggy daycare business in the future with my girlfriend and figured Rover would be a great place to start! My dogs are 2 of the most important things in my life and I make sure they know it. At my home your pet will be no different and I hope to become part of their extended family away from home. At my home I will be making sure your pup is comfortable, happy, and enjoys their stay. They will get plenty of potty breaks and exercise in as well as all the R&R that their heart desires. My pups love meeting new friends that they can lounge around with as well. My house is always dog safe and I will always make sure to keep you updated. I currently live with my girlfriend and I've had a dog since 2010. I have 2 senior pups named Roxy and Andrew who are currently living their best life. I make sure that they are fed twice a day with some snacks or treats in between. On nice days I make sure they get enough exercise in the back yard or at the park. I have plenty of dog toys for your little one to play with. We can do a meet and greet as well to make sure everything is perfect during your stay.
