I've cared for my own and other people's dogs for about 13 years. I've completed a year of dog training at an apprenticeship program and cared for dogs of all ages and sizes! Along with that, I also worked at a doggy daycare where multiple dogs would play together. I've cared for dogs as small as a 5-pound chihuahua to as large as an 85-pound German Shepherd. I can handle different energy levels, whether that's lazing around and short walks, or as long as 2-hour walks! Let me care for your dog and go on mini adventures!

Safety, trust & environment
In your home, I will follow your instructions exactly. I can be flexible and am a great communicator. If I ever have any questions or concerns about your pet's safety or care, I will message or call you immediately. As for walks, if there is a specific park or place you would like your dog to walk around within a reasonable distance, I will go to it! If there are also special instructions for walks, such as not letting other people pet your dog, if your dog has certain ways to greet people, etc, I will follow those as well!

Jennifer did a great job taking care of my dog for a last minute work trip. I loved the photos she sent each day! Blaze was instantly relaxed around Jennifer at the meet and greet (she can be a bit nervous around new people at first), so I knew it would go well while she was house sitting.
Jennifer was wonderful! She was so great at communicating and being responsive! She sent pictures everyday and it was clear my dog and 2 cats were really comfortable and well cared for! When I got home the house was clean and she had followed all the instructions we had left her!! We’ll be hiring her again for sure!
We were traveling for nearly two weeks and were understandably nervous about leaving our pets, but Jennifer was amazing and quickly put our minds at ease. She was responsive, communicative, and regularly sent photos and updates throughout our trip. What stood out most was that her daily updates included thoughtful observations about our pets' personalities and behavior, which made it clear she was spending quality time with them and getting to know them. It was so reassuring to know our senior dog and crazy cat were comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were away. Jennifer also took great care of our home while we were gone, including watering our plants, which we really appreciated. We will absolutely be reaching out to Jennifer for our future pet-sitting needs, and highly recommend her to other anxious pet parents.
Jennifer was wonderful! She took Oso on walks, played with him in the backyard and snuggled with him when watching TV. She was great in letting Oso set the pace and activities they would do! Her communication was great! I will definitely be scheduling her to care for Oso in the future!
Jennifer was fantastic! Bill had a blast with her and she kept the house in great shape. Would highly recommend having Jennifer watch your pets / house!
Jennifer was so good with my dogs! I felt very comfortable with her staying with them. We already have her scheduled for our next trip. 🙂 I would definitely recommend her!!!

Schedule
I am currently looking for a full-time dog-training apprenticeship, and I think this is the perfect opportunity to continue interacting with animals! I love being able to enjoy a pet's goofy side and seeing their different personalities.
