About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to gerbils, hamsters and fish. Even as a young child I was primarily responsible for most of the routine daily pet care. I'm a trained CNA with applicable caregiving skills. I also have extensive experience as a shelter volunteer having walked the dog and played with them as well as socializing the cats. I'm currently self employed as a home care aide and wish to take care of animals in between assignments or during days off. I do not have any responsibilities that would interfere with me taking care of your fur babies. I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a yard stake. I live in a townhouse with an open grass backyard. I regularly take my dog to The Liberty, MO Stockdale dog park and can take yours there too if that's your preference. If you wish I can walk your dog as many times per day as you prefer. My neighborhood has paved sidewalks and walking paths that I routinely use to walk my dog daily. I have one cat and one dog and each get along with other cats and dogs very well but should there be any unforeseen issue, I can put your pet in my spare bedroom. I also own a wire dog crate for large dogs. I can crate your pet in your home or my home if you wish me to. I will take care of him or her in whichever way you prefer. I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. I can do everything from long or short walks, taking them outside for potty breaks, administering food or medicine, playtime, etc.

About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, small mammals, horses, fish, and some reptiles. I am an animal lover through and through, so whatever kind of pet you have, I promise to care for them as if they were my own. I am great at following instructions, so even if it is a new type of critter I haven't met before, I will provide care exactly as you direct. I have extensive experience with senior dogs, diabetes management, blind and/or deaf animals, and other medical care. I am not deterred by special needs animals. If you can show me how to perform the necessary tasks, I can do them. I will ensure that your babies get their special diet, their meds (pills or injections), their specific bedtime routine, or even just their exact required number of belly rubs and forehead kisses to keep their routine as steady as possible. I love sending photos and updates so that you know your pet is happy and healthy while you are away. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work fulltime Mon-Fri. I can visit before I go to work in the mornings, anytime during evenings and weekends, and I can do midday check-ins for a quick potty break or medications on my lunch break. I am currently only offering services in the client's home. I will care for your pet carefully according to your instructions and will be respectful of your home and privacy. I will make sure everything is locked up behind me before leaving and if you want me to turn the porch light on at night or bring in your mail, etc. just let me know!

About: My mom has been a trusted Rover sitter for several years now, so I grew up around this — it’s kind of in the blood. I’ve personally owned and cared for dogs, cats, birds, turtles, you name it, so I’m comfortable with just about any animal you bring my way. I have a large fenced backyard, a clean and pet-friendly home, and a very playful environment. Every stay includes treats, toys, and whatever adventures we can get into. I also have three dogs of my own — a Beagle, a Chihuahua, and a Shar-Pei — so your pet will always have company and will feel right at home within minutes. Your pet will be in good hands — I take it seriously and genuinely enjoy it. I have one of my own that’s stays in a consistent schedule and never forgotten or goes without attention (constant potty breaks included) , have all the free time in the word and have years on years of experience with all pets massive and small obedient or not, your pet will be looked after enjoy the time an my little fur baby loves to keep them company wherever they decide to adventure I have a big gated backyard plenty but enough for multiple dogs to do their own thing including own free range to sleep jump and lay on furniture including beds and free range to the entire house and back yard,Very used to medicating if needed, crating, training, all an etc whatever special treatment they may need I’ve delt with it all and nothing to difficult to stay or keep up on if needed

About: Hi! I’m Lauren! This is my first time using rover but not my first time loving pets! My sweet dog loves with parents in AL and I really miss that special connection that comes with having a furry friend around. I’m also available on weekends and can be more flexible with scheduling then. Alternatively, if you’re located near the plaza I could drop in before work, during lunch, and after work! I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to provide potty breaks, walks, meals, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of attention and cuddles. I’ll also send updates and photos so you know how your furry friend is doing! I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you leave for your pet, including their feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and routines. About: Hey y'all! I'm a looooong time fur mom and lover of all animals. We have a 3 goofy rescues Innu, Brodie Lee and lil sis Alora, but we want to help 'em make more friends! They are SUPER dog friendly and so are we. We take them on walks through our neighborhood and local parks which can lead to off path walking, so I may have to give a bath to your fur babies. We live in a hard wood floor house so accidents are no sweat to us! Our home is well kept and very animal friendly. I've worked in shelters, rescues, and have had many rehabilitated and injured fur babies throughout my life. My kids are my helpers as they are ready for new dogs with different levels of activities and have learned basic training methods from following me. We're here to be the safest and BEST sitters in the metro! I work remotely from my office which looks out into the back yard and allots me a great deal of time to really bond and have a good time sitting others pups! With all to do in the city I just know your pups will enjoy us as much as ours do. I have a oddly terrained fenced yard with a flat patio and tons of shady spots for the dogs to lounge for as long as they please (weather permitting). I leave a big ole' water bowl out there as well - holds 2 gallons and I fill it every day at the beginning and throughout the day.

Once again I am not disappointed, she is prompt, very good with the dogs, stays the length of time she says she’s going to, in the best bit is, she leaves the house better than she left it! My dogs brought some mud in from the backyard since it was raining. Brittany found my swiffer and took care of the kitchen floor! I can’t say enough good about her and I will be using her again.”

About: Grew up with dogs. Had a cat. Love animals. Babysit my daughter’s dogs. Don’t have any of my own animals right now, so I can take care of other people‘s dogs or cats! I’m available all days from morning till three in the afternoon or for overnights and boarding . I can be flexible with my schedule because I am retired. I love walking dogs. I watch my daughter’s dogs quite a bit. We’ll go on walks. Have a big back yard so they can run and play in the backyard. They can sit in my lap in the house, we can play with their toys! I have a fenced backyard. I live on a quiet street. I enjoy going on walks with dogs. I don’t have any animals right now so I can take care of other people’s dogs. I used to have two dogs and a cat. They all lived to old age.

About: I loved animals ever since I was a kid and raised and trained my dog Zephyr since he was a year old. I adore all animals care for two rodents of my own named Orchid and Meadow. I often petsit for my family and friends and have taken care of a wide variety of animals. I've taken care of pets of all ages from puppies to my senior dog who currently has from dementia. I am very patient and licensed CNA so I know how to handle a mess. I am a freshman in college though my classes are very light. I'm free after 9am on Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm free after 12:15 though I can come in earlier anytime before 9, Fridays can vary for me but I'm typically free after 9-10 am though sometimes if I have an exam it might be an hour or so later though I can always make arrangements if necessary. I care for pets by following their routine, spending lots of time with them, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m respectful of my client's homes and always clean up after the pets and leave everything as I found it. I After a procedure my dog needed to be crate trained so I know how to handle that.

About: Growing up I always had some sort of pet whether that be my bearded dragon, leopard gecko, cats, dogs, birds, all of it. I recently lost my disabled kitty but he taught me lots about medication administration, accessibility, and so many more things that are needed when working with a disabled or any kind of medical condition in pets. I now have a kitten and thankfully my childhood dog is still alive which I’m very grateful for. I’d love to spend time with your babies too! I live in Columbia because my boyfriend goes to Mizzou, but I currently am not working anywhere, so I can help you out anytime, anywhere:) I am very careful when it comes to pet safety. Like mentioned earlier my baby, Theo, is disabled as well as special needs. He takes medication and has to have certain accommodations around the apartment just for him. Making sure he is safe is a big priority as well as a big priority for your pet too!

About: I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years, walking, feeding, and watering the cats and dogs. My main task was to take care of and make sure the pets were comfortable. I have two large dogs of my own who are the craziest dogs ever, so I believe that I can take care of the craziest of pets. I am also an Animal Science major in college, so I have some knowledge on how to treat and take care of animals. Also, I have a passion for animals and will do anything to take care of them so they are happy. I believe that I am responsible and mature to be able to handle the most playful of pets. And one of my favorite past times is playing with my pets, so being able to play with any pet is something I strive to make fun. Pet care will fit in around my work schedule. I work everyday during the week until 4-5pm. I am available on most weekends and most weeknights if needed. I know the importance of taking care of someone's pet. They are your family member, like my dog is mine. Therefore, I will take care your pet to the best of standard.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I got my first dog (not including family dogs) when I was 18. I currently have a house full of dogs and volunteer at the local shelter in my free time. I have fostered dogs, taken dogs on dog days out and walk dogs at the shelter. I find myself happiest when I am around fur babies! Because of this love for dogs, I have been exposed to all types of dogs. I use Rover myself for our pups and know it is a great community focused on taking care of our four legged friends My dogs at home are a huge part of my everyday schedule. About: I love getting to know new people and their pets. I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and they’re a huge part of my life. I’ve worked at an animal hospital for over 4 years and have lots of experience with all kinds of pets! I work full time during the week. I’m available before and after work, and most days on lunch breaks as well. Weekends I have more flexibility. I have an adult dog who enjoys the company of other dogs and would love to go on walks with new friends if they’re a good fit together.
