About: I treat every pet like they are my own and focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Over the past four years, I have cared for family and friends’ dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, which has helped me become patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s needs. I am comfortable caring for energetic puppies, including helping reinforce routines and basic behaviors, as well as older dogs who may need a slower pace, extra patience, medication reminders, or additional attention. I also make it a priority to keep owners updated with communication and pictures so they can feel confident their pets are in good hands. Pet care fits well into my routine because I have a flexible schedule throughout most of the week. This summer I would love to care for your furry friends before I move to start my first teaching job! I am organized, dependable, and able to plan my schedule to make sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they need consistently. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and care. I also keep the home clean and respect the owner’s instructions for routines, medications, crate schedules, or any special needs. I understand that every pet is different, so I adjust my care based on their personality and energy level. Some pets need extra play and activity, while others need a calm environment and patience. I also make communication a priority by sending updates and pictures so owners feel confident and connected while they are away.

“WOW! LAURA was amazing! First of all, I booked with a different Rover person who had to cancel last minute and Laura stepped up without hesitation. That took a ton of stress off of me. Second, she was so sweet with my babies and took amazing pictures while we were away which made me feel better while we were gone. She went above and beyond and even printed them out and had them waiting for us when we came home! IT WAS THE SWEETEST TOUCH EVER! I hate to leave my babies at home but when I do I will absolutely get in touch with Laura again! She was the best!”

About: I have always had a love for all kinds of animals. Ive enjoyed watching family and friends pets as well as caring for my own pets in my apartment. I'd love to get to know you and your unique pet and make them feel even more loved and appreciated. I have past background knowledge on pet nutrition,hygiene and behavior traits. I am currently starting school in March to gain my pharmacy technician certification, I would have open availability to provide assistance for you and your pets. I do have a dog with me, her name is Maze. Maze is a rescue, she stays in my room and going on walks multiple times a day as well as dog parks, she would love to have a friend. Maze eats 2 times a day once in the morning and once in the evening with a snack (can of tuna/shredded chicken) in the afternoon. Maze talks walks in a harness to provide safely,we do have an extra! I have cats as well, the are allowed to freely roam around with little latches that keep bedroom doors open just enough for them to go in and out, they are also fed twice a day with wet food and have dry kibble out for free feeding through the day, since they have smaller stomachs they eat more frequently, howver the dry food is only filled once it runs out completely, the cats also have a running water fountain as well as other water bowls on elevated surfaces. Their are plenty of pet beds,toys and treats, if their are any allergies please let me know!

About: Grew up with dogs. Had a cat. Love animals. Babysit my daughter’s dogs. Don’t have any of my own animals right now, so I can take care of other people‘s dogs or cats! I’m available all days from morning till three in the afternoon or for overnights and boarding . I can be flexible with my schedule because I am retired. I love walking dogs. I watch my daughter’s dogs quite a bit. We’ll go on walks. Have a big back yard so they can run and play in the backyard. They can sit in my lap in the house, we can play with their toys! I have a fenced backyard. I live on a quiet street. I enjoy going on walks with dogs. I don’t have any animals right now so I can take care of other people’s dogs. I used to have two dogs and a cat. They all lived to old age.

About: I have had many animals over the years. As I child, we had so many breeds of dogs. From Saint Bernard, Great Dane, and Bull Mastiff. To sheep dogs and small mixed breed dogs. We currently bace 1 cat, who is the chillest, sweetest cat I’ve ever known. We have 5 kids, who LOVE animals. Your sweet fur baby won’t even know you are gone, with all the love they would get at our house. I was laid off in 2024, so I am currently home with our toddler, while the big kids are at school. So your fur baby would have someone with them all day! We have a big fenced in yard, and a great neighborhood for walks! Your fur baby would be well loved in our care. I am currently home with our 1 year old daughter. My oldest are in school. We go to the gym a few times a week, and do some reselling on the side. But we are never gone for very long and can give your fur baby lots of love and attention. I have a fenced yard, with a 6 foot fence. So your fur baby will be safe! We have plenty of space to crate if needed. We also have a cat tree and lots of good hiding spots for more timid kitties.

I grew up on a nature sanctuary where I learned to care for animals at a very young age. Nothing brings me more happiness than to see an animal thriving in my care. About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)
