“Casey was great I’ll use her again. The only complaint I have is the Rover app is not user friendly to me. It had me keep going back to do insurance and so many places for each day and hr of the day to specify everything. I’m glad for the service Rover supplies and we need but they need to simplify in this day and age things should be easy not hard going forward. Life is hard enough”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life with different needs and personalities, I've also had family and friends come to me to take care of there pets. I'm currently working part time at a jackson animal clinic, i work 5-6 hours a day about 4 days a week. My schedule changes every week. I have a fenced in yard with two cats that are very friendly. Trust i will have full attention to your pet and make sure their needs are met.

About: I've taken care of my neighbors dog for five years. I take make sure the chores for keeping the dog happy and healthy is succeeded in the end of the time or day. I also love dogs to do whatever for them to feel safe and sound! Im currently working part time at two jobs and going to college full time. Yet I still make time to care for pets as every pet deserves some love even while their owner is gone. I live in a fourplex in parkville MO with a gated front porch. I do have my parents house in Leavenworth KS with a gated backyard but they do have 2 cats and 2 dogs. If you arnt comfortable with any of those options then I am happy to care for your dog in your home! I am a very flexible person!
“Rio was wonderful with my 2 doodles. One of my dogs is a huge (100 pound) fraidy cat - afraid of everything but Rio showed patience with her and took the time needed for her to warm up. I appreciate her dropping in for a last minute booking. Prompt response time and great communication- Highly recommend!”

“We highly recommend Michelle for your pets. Michelle took care of our 15 year old cat who is not the friendliest cat in the world. Michelle visited us prior to our departure to get all the information I wanted her to have before we left. We found Michelle, extremely responsible, very organized, dependable and willing to go out of her way to make us feel good about leaving our cat and our home in her care. This was our first time to use the Rover app and we couldn't have been more pleased with it. Thank you Michelle for everything!”

About: My passion for animals started ever since I had my first dog when I was around 5 years old. She was a shih tzu and we named her KeKe. Ever since then I knew that I wanted to be around animals as much as possible. Most of my friends have pets and I'm always playing with them. One time my friend's dad had their dog tied up to the tree for days and I spent an hour trying to get the knots out so that we could take him for a walk, he deserved it. I am aiming to become a veterinarian when I finish school but until then, I hope to get as much experience as possible. I am currently working part time and I go to school afterwards. I am available before 9 am to check on your pets and available anytime after 5pm to take your pets out or check on them. I am also available on weekends ! I love to go running/walking so I can always incorporate that with your fur babies! As much as I love animals, I do not have any dogs of my own. I live in an apartment complex, although there is no backyard we do have a fenced area for dogs to run around and I could walk them around the neighborhood
About: I’m always the go-to for pet care for my family/friends. I love animals deeply and want them to be taken care of as best as they can be. I have a deep love for animals! I have a full time job but work from home a lot with a lot of flexibility. I recently lost my dog to cancer so I have too much time on my hands in the morning/after work and would love to help others with their dogs until I get another of my own. I would want all of my things/my home to be taken care of when using a pet sitter so I of course would do the same for others.
“Abigail is amazing! Our old soul Yorkie (Ellie) and our sweet happy Havanese (Hera), really enjoyed their visits from Abigail!! We really appreciated her check-ins and text messages with updates! It was obvious she truly cared for our girls when we were away for the weekend. We will not hesitate to book Abigail again!”

About: We have been pet owners all our lives until recently. We have experience looking after dogs and cats. We would love to fill the gap by helping you out with pet sitting needs. Your fur baby will be treated as part of our family! My husband and I work full time, some days from home. My work is just few minutes away so I am able do potty breaks and walk during lunch. Our schedules are flexible and we can adapt to your needs. We currently don't have any pets at the house. Our yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is very dog friendly with a little nature trail for walks.

“Holly was great at communicating with me and was flexible with how to care for my dog while I was gone. She was patient and kind with my spirited dog. I would definitely seek out her services again.”

“Laura has been amazing! I have booked her a couple times now and she has been a lifesaver! She is great with my fur babies, she is reliable, and always on time! We appreciate her so much!”

“Karen took such good care of Maxwell. I appreciated the photos and notes on how Maxwell was doing that she sent to me each visit. I will definitely book her again to take care of Maxwell.”

“Sarah was incredible. She gave us lots of updates and even brought over her steam vac to clean the carpet when one of the dogs had an accident. She also brushed the dogs without our asking which was going above and beyond. We never had any worries as we knew the pups were in great hands. Highly recommend for any dog sitting duties.”

I would give Shannon 10 stars if I could! She went above and beyond taking care of our girls. She even had a last minute emergency and was still able to complete the booking. She really paid attention to our pets behavior and acted according. She communicated very well and sent lots of pics. I will definitely be using her again in the future!

Casey was great I’ll use her again. The only complaint I have is the Rover app is not user friendly to me. Definitely would book Karen again! We reached out to her last-minute and she was very responsive and accommodating and even squeezed a meet-and-greet into her morning for us. During our trip, she was always on time for drop-ins with our pups and sent pictures and updates with each visit. We were so relieved on our trip to know we could rely on her. Thank you so much Karen!

Amanda is an amazing sitter! She went above and beyond for our Luna, sending updates and pics, and even dealt with a crazy windstorm that took down our gazebo! Her care and attention to our home and pup were top-notch. We're so grateful for her! Highly recommend on Rover. 5 stars isn't enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾"

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
