About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for quite sometime and even have experience with giving dogs pills as well. About: Recently graduated from Mizzou, I have spent the last 2 years helping to care for our house pets, including two cats and one dog. I worked to feed, walk, and engage with my pets during this period. Prior to this, I lived and cared for many animals back in my hometown: 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 2 parrots, and a turtle. Because of this, I deliver versatile care, and understand that every pet has its own unique needs! I work 2 part time jobs, both in healthcare, where my hours are stacked on certain days of the week. Shannon was great with our boys! We have a timid kitty and another who is pretty pushy with food. Shannon took extra care to ensure that Gary could get a full meal, which can be difficult at times. She made sure both boys got playtime and pets, and put the tv on a timer so that they would have some stimulation after she left. The detailed report cards with photo updates and description of their interactions was reassuring to us while we were away. She was very communicative and left our place looking great. When we got home they were excited to see us, but weren't frantic about us having been gone. It really seems like they made a friend in Shannon. We will be booking with her again!
I've never left my dogs for an extended amount time. Heather was amazing handling my boys and giving updates and pictures with every visit. I would and absolutely recommend and will be requesting her services in the future! Amazing experience, coming from a apprehensive dog owner.
Casey was great I’ll use her again. The only complaint I have is the Rover app is not user friendly to me. It had me keep going back to do insurance and so many places for each day and hr of the day to specify everything. I’m glad for the service Rover supplies and we need but they need to simplify in this day and age things should be easy not hard going forward. Life is hard enough
Took awesome care of my kitties! Apartment was left clean and it was awesome to come home and destress without having messes to clean up. I totally recommend her. She gave me lots of update pictures whenever she checked in and asked good questions to make sure my cats were well taken care of. I would love to book her again for my next vacation. 10/10! 🫶🏼💕
Definitely would book Karen again! We reached out to her last-minute and she was very responsive and accommodating and even squeezed a meet-and-greet into her morning for us.
