About: I have grown up having various pets, but mostly dogs my entire life. I have a love for all types of dogs and pets in general. I have a dog that I have raised since he was a puppy. I have trained him to do multiple tricks and to obley not only me, but anyone who tells him a command. I have dog sat for many friends and family members when they have been away. About: I’ve loved animals my entire life. I’ve always been drawn to animals in some way. I have a 3 year old dog and a 2 year old cat. I volunteered at Kcpetproject as a dog walker and helper, which they required me to take a dog handling class. I also had an internship at a vet clinic where I shadowed and treated animals. However, I have flexibility and can leave work to let your dog out and my husband will sometimes be home while I’m working. Most of the time I am home all day on weekends. I will treat your home and pet as my own! When walking your dog I will pick up after him/her and give them lots of snuggles after! About: My passion for animals started ever since I had my first dog when I was around 5 years old. She was a shih tzu and we named her KeKe. Ever since then I knew that I wanted to be around animals as much as possible. Animals are very special than most people realize. I appreciate being in their presence! Between the hours of 6am - 4pm I am at work. If you just request drop in times I will always make time to check on them before work. I have an hour window of a lunch break to check on your pets between that time too. After work your fur babies get my full attention. I am also available on weekends full time! I love to go running/walking so I can always incorporate that with your fur babies! Making sure that your pets have a calm and comfortable environment while you’re away is important. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; Lori is the best! We were out of country and our sitter fell through and Lori jumped in to help at an hour’s notice so that our pup could have care and a familiar, friendly face for the rest of our trip. If you need someone that you can trust implicitly in your home, look no further. I promise your fur baby will thank you for it too! I can’t say enough great things about Lori.
Casey was great I’ll use her again. The only complaint I have is the Rover app is not user friendly to me. It had me keep going back to do insurance and so many places for each day and hr of the day to specify everything. I’m glad for the service Rover supplies and we need but they need to simplify in this day and age things should be easy not hard going forward. Life is hard enough
Paige did a good job visiting my cat and taking care of all the things I asked her to do while I was gone. He definitely looked well taken care of and was in a good mood. Paige was also very good about communicating and being available despite the time zone difference we had.
Maria is always focused on the animals, which I appreciate! When I returned, my cats were happy to see me but not aggravated that I'd been gone. That means that they were well cared for and got a lot of attention! I also value Maria's flexibility and her help with things like bringing in my mail, etc. I think she's great! Will definitely have her back!
Caitlin is great with our boys and an excellent communicator. She really goes above and beyond. She is our go-to when we need a sitter and appreciate her getting us in on short notice. She leaves our place very clean and from her report cards, we can tell she takes time to hang out with our boys and ensure they have enrichment.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
