I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a young girl. I currently care for my grandmother's dog for grooming and vet visits. My family is complete with 2 cats, both spayed and neutered and very friendly. I also volunteer at the Cat House at Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter every Saturday evening for 2 hours and enjoy my weekly time spent there. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and have lots of experience around ~spicy~ and moody pets.

Liz was fantastic! She kept us updated on our pups while we were out of town. She even went above and beyond cooking scrambled eggs for one of our dogs who wasn’t interested in eating because she was too anxious.

Liz was amazing when she was house/dog sitting for us for 1 week. She handled a medical emergency with one of our dogs with competence and extreme care and went above and beyond to get him treated promptly at our vet! Also provided consistent and regular updates. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Schedule
I'm able to work from home and home has been where the Wi-Fi is! I have lots of time in my 9-5 schedule for breaks for walking, play, and taking care of your pets.

Safety, trust & environment
The way in which you care for your pets is exactly how I will care for your pets. I'll be sure to follow any instructions left and I am comfortable with giving medication/ointment as instructed. My apartment has space for play and I do have a kennel fit for small dogs/cats. My apartment is equipped with long walking trails and a dog park! When I'm at your home I'll be sure to give your pet the attention they deserve. I know they're missing their pet parents so I'll provide lots of play and pets to accommodate them.

A typical day
I want to make sure your dog has an awesome time during their stay with me. We'll go on long walks multiple times a day so they can get exercise and get in all the new smells of my neighborhood. My apartment complex has an awesome walking trail and I also love to walk by the pond and river front if your pet enjoys short car rides. The river front has a large dog park area if your pet is sociable and friendly with other dogs. Getting a pup cup from Starbucks is a must!
