About: Grew up with dogs. Had a cat. Love animals. Babysit my daughter’s dogs. Don’t have any of my own animals right now, so I can take care of other people‘s dogs or cats! I’m available all days from morning till three in the afternoon or for overnights and boarding . I can be flexible with my schedule because I am retired. I love walking dogs. About: Hi, my name is Philip and I love dogs. Through my life so far I have always been jealous of my friends whose parents allowed them to have a dog. But I take every opportunity that I can to play and care for dogs That being said, I have helped care for a couple of neighbors dogs and take them on many walks. One of them was German Shepherd puppy that I even was able to train and I grew quite attached. Whenever I am able to move out I plan to get a German shepherd for myself because of how much I loved my neighbor's puppy. I am currently working part time so I have a good bit free time on most days. I can walk or dog/cat sit weekdays and weekends most of the time until I get a full time job! I was nervous to have a stranger take care of my cats for the first time, thus far I have relied on exploiting friendships. Laurie came and met my cats as well as providing photo/text updates while I was gone. Her attention and thoughtfulness regarding my cats who have very different personalities was excellent. And she even managed to ensure they got their daily meds ( even the one that hides).
Kamila does a great job with our dog when we need to be away. She is responsible, conscientious, friendly and reliable. She did a great job communicating, kept us updated and asked questions as needed- which helped us to relax and know our dog was in great hands. We would definately recommend her and really appreciate how dedicated she is to doing a thorough job. She exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using her services again!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; Lori is the best! We were out of country and our sitter fell through and Lori jumped in to help at an hour’s notice so that our pup could have care and a familiar, friendly face for the rest of our trip. If you need someone that you can trust implicitly in your home, look no further. I promise your fur baby will thank you for it too! I can’t say enough great things about Lori.
It took Sebastian barely a moment to get comfortable with Samantha! From the meet and greet, immediately demonstrated confidence and competence in knowing how to approach and interact with him, and watching him warm up to her more and more with each visit reaffirmed that I made the right choice as a first-timer to Rover! I will be requesting her services again without a doubt.
Meghan did a great job taking care of both of our did while we we're out of town! She did all of the necessary things plus she played, loved on and sent us great reports and pictures! 10/10 I would definitely recommend her and use her again next time we go out of town!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
