Meghan took great care of our two aussies!

As much as we appreciated Meghan’s flexibility and willingness to work with our leasing office to gain access to the residence in our absence due to a malfunctioning garage door keypad, we were deeply concerned by a number of things that occurred in our absence that we saw both in the app and on our Ring doorbell cameras. We had set up a meet-and-greet prior to our departure to ensure the dogs were aware of her and her scent to make the visits smooth. On our cameras, we saw 3 other individuals enter and exit the home that were not previously authorized to enter. 2 of those unauthorized individuals were young children making this rather concerning since our younger dog does not always respond well to kids. We also were disappointed that we paid for 2 full hour drop in visits per day for a total of 12 visits. Out of those 12 visits, only 8 of those visits approached the 55 minute mark and 8 of the 12 visits did not occur at the scheduled times - many times between 45-90 minutes late.

Meghan did a great job taking care of both of our did while we we're out of town! She did all of the necessary things plus she played, loved on and sent us great reports and pictures! 10/10 I would definitely recommend her and use her again next time we go out of town!

Meghan is kind, caring and loving. She made my Tia feel happy and comfortable and gave her lots of attention. I appreciate the peace of mind she provided and her time more than anything in the world.

Meghan is a compassionate and caring person who has always loved animals. You can tell she takes good care of her own pets and sees the significance in caring for others' as well. She is definitely someone i have trusted to care for my animals in the past and will continue to in the future as well!
