About: I really enjoy getting to know each cat’s personality—whether they’re shy and like to observe from a distance or full-on cuddle bugs who want attention right away. I try to meet them where they’re at, giving them space when they need it and affection when they’re ready so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m also comfortable with the more practical side of cat care, like giving medications when needed and following detailed instructions so everything stays consistent with their normal routine. And yes—I don’t mind litter boxes at all. I actually make it a point to keep them very clean and fresh because I know how much cats appreciate that. About: I work from home so I have lots of time to dedicate to the pets I care for. I have three dogs all of which are friendly and used to having new friends come to stay as we have done rescue, foster, pet sitting for years. I love to meet new furry kids. About: I have loved and owned animals as long as I can remember. I was raised with dogs, and other small animals! My daughter and I lost our Ollie in August 2022 at 4 years old to lung cancer and would love to care for your pet until we are ready for our next family member. I am comfortable taking care of pets of any age. I can provide food and water bowls, blankets, dog beds, stuffed toys, and I have a medium size kennel. All you need to bring is food, treats, leash/harness and any special comfort items. My daughter loves to go outside every chance she gets so they will have a lot of outside time when the weather permits. They will be allowed to roam the house as they want and are allowed on furniture – like I said- spoiled. I love to send pictures while you are gone to share their adventures while they are here. I have cats as well, the are allowed to freely roam around with little latches that keep bedroom doors open just enough for them to go in and out, they are also fed twice a day with wet food and have dry kibble out for free feeding through the day, since they have smaller stomachs they eat more frequently, howver the dry food is only filled once it runs out completely, the cats also have a running water fountain as well as other water bowls on elevated surfaces. About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I’ve gone through obedience training with each of my own dogs and love incorporating it into walks. I’m a substitute teacher and love spending my time walking dogs. “We had a definite need for a reliable sitter who could take our 3 cats into her home, medicate two of them including with injections for insulin and other meds for an extended period of time (nearly two weeks), and Chigorzirim provided that to us. Because of the sensitivity of our cats, we also appreciated that she only accepts one client at a time as she describes. She followed through the schedule that I prepared for when to medicate 2 of our 3 cats as needed, and we appreciated her time on keeping us informed and sent along pictures. We are planning some future travel later this year and would look to her to help us with our cats.”

Lori was easy-going and open to my instructions for the pup. Elwood and one other dog were guests to Lori and her two small dogs - I could tell that my dog loved being with other dogs. We picked up our dog this afternoon and he didn't want to leave! Thank you Lori for taking such good care of Elwood!”
