“My first impression of Billie Jo was amazing due to good communication skills and eye contact. Plus she anticipated my need so I’d feel safe leaving the cats in her care. Billie Jo did an awesome job dropping in on time all 3 days to care for kitties. She also sent photos each day and took time to pet their bellies- they love a good belly rub?. I’d hire her again without any hesitation at all!”

“Misti is great. She's very attentative to my shy pup, making she she's comfortable, and keeping her comfortable. This was only our first visit with her, but I'm glad we've got found our go to sitter going forward ❤❤👌”

“Gabriella is absolutely awesome. With every stay or drop in visit she sends pics and lets us know if how our fur kids are doing. One of ours has a seizure disorder and Gabriella keeps us informed on her state. Great sitter! Very communicative!!”

“As usual, Laurie took great care of our dog while we were away for a few days. She always provided extensive details regarding the dog's daily activities, as well as her overall health and well-being. Laurie has always been very responsive, and we have never had any reason to think she has not given our dog's care top priority.”

About: I grew up on a farm with many types of animals and hard work. I have worked in veterinary clinics as a kennel attendant and now a veterinary assistant for over 10 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I'm comfortable caring for elderly and sick pets as well as giving medications. I live and work in the Liberty MO area. I am an early morning person and can do early morning drop in visits and walks before 7 am (including weekends and holidays). I typically get my lunch break between 12-2 pm. I can come and do a drop in visit or do a short walk over my break. Evenings are a possibility but are less flexible and open. I can offer enrichment with treats, playtime and exercise. I like a good cuddle session as well as a hyper wrestling match, or active fetch game. I enjoy being out in God's creation and am open to more nature based walks if you have an active curious pup (like my own dog). I think cats should also be enriched and loved. I like playing games with cats and helping them feel comfortable and spoiled. I have owned a lizard of my own and am not afraid of reptiles or rodents. I think exotic pets need enrichment, entertainment, and love as well.
“Our dogs love their visits from Kyle and we love knowing we have someone we can trust popping by to take care of them. Kyle is a great communicator and really helped us navigate our care needs.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better, Pet Sitter! Leaving my cat while I was on vacation is never easy but from the moment I met Theresa, I knew they were in excellent hands. She is attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring. She really took the time to get to know my cats, so they were comfortable around her. And I was so thankful she was able and willing to give insulin injections to my diabetic cat. I especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and little notes about how each visit went. It gave me so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief to find someone who treats your pets like their own. I would absolutely trust Theresa again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate, and top-notch Pet Sitter!”

“We have used Sara’s services twice this year. She is wonderful. She is always on time and is dependable. She plays with our husky and keeps him happy while we’re out of town. Highly recommend Sara!”

“Jeremy was great with Bear! He kept us up to date on the weather because Bear spends a lot of time outside. He spent quality time with him which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommended and ask him again if he’s available.”

“Chigozirim did a great job coming and taking care of my cat. She gave him lots of cuddles and did everything I asked. I would recommend her, if you need someone to drop in on your pet 😊”

“Erin takes great care of my dog Buddy, she sends me a lot of good pictures of my dog when she visits. In all the pictures she sends, you can just see in his face how much joy he has being around her and I think that’s a pretty good indicator of the quality pet sitter she is!”

“Madeline has a heart on what she’s doing. She took really good care of our babies while we were out for vacation. She gives timely update. She even noticed the rash on our dog’s belly and got us notified right away.”

“Riley does a fantastic job with Cooper. He is always excited to see her. Most people Cooper is stand offish with but instantly is drawn to her. Riley is very good at keeping me informed of everything that is going on. Thank you so much!!”

About: Hi! I’m Angie, and I have over three years of experience caring for dogs and cats. During this time, I’ve developed skills in establishing routines, teaching basic commands, and assisting with potty training. I’m passionate about animals and i understand just how important they are to us. I have two dogs and one cat who are friendly with other pets. I take pride in providing a clean, safe, and loving environment where your furry friends will feel right at home. I currently work full-time from home, which allows me the flexibility to walk or play with your pups! I’m available on weekday and weekends. I have a spacious three-level home, perfect for caring for your pup, along with a large, fenced backyard for plenty of outdoor fun. I also have two friendly corgis who love making new friends and will happily keep your fur baby company. For pups who are still potty training, I provide a kennel to ensure their comfort and safety. If your dog or cat prefers not to be around other pets, no problem! I can section off areas of my home, giving them plenty of room to roam while maintaining a stress-free environment. To ensure the health and safety of all pets, I do require that they are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Cleanliness is a priority—I keep all toys and areas spotless!

“Aubrey is the best!! She was so patient with my dogs, who can be really distrusting and a lot to deal with if they don’t know you. She was tolerant and took great care of them, easing my mind while I was on vacation knowing they were in great hands. 10/10 recommend!!”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 12 years old. I started off taking care of household pets (i.e dogs, cats, gerbils, fish, turtles) and discovered a true passion for looking after these amazing creatures. Not long after, I got a job as a kennel attendant at an animal hospital. I gained two years of experience feeding, walking, bathing and medicating many different kinds of animals. I was then offered a position as a veterinary assistant at my current animal clinic. I have worked at my clinic for about 6 1/2 years and 4 years as a Registered Veterinary Technician. I can provide excellent animal care and will treat your baby as my own I am in school twice a week and work the rest of the week! I work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7-6 and school Monday and Wednesday 8-5! I am used to waking up early so I would have no problem taking care of animals early in the mornings, in fact it is preferred! If you have any special requests, I am also flexible and can find a way to work around any roadblocks! I love to take dogs on long walks and play tug of war and of course playing fetch! While I don’t offer my services in my home, I will treat your home with the utmost respect and treat your baby as if they were my own!
Pleasant Valley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sara H is great. Walter seems relaxed and would probably be content if Sara took care if him all the time. The pictures she posted were perfect - he looked happy and he often seems concerned around new people so this is a real plus. I will certainly book Walter's care with Sara the net time I need a pet sitter She is Five Stars!

Jeremy is incredibly dependable and always on time. Asher and Mitten are always well cared for when he’s watching them, and I truly appreciate his reliability and kindness. It’s not easy finding someone you can fully trust with your pet, but Jeremy has been wonderful. I highly recommend him!
Jawonia was amazing. I recommended her 1000 times over. She was very communicative about our animals while we were outta town for a week. She loved on them a little extra so they didn’t feel so lonely. She took away all worry I had about leaving them behind while we traveled. I definitely will be hiring her in the future when we need help again!!
