“We had never left Hazel with anyone before, not even family or friends, because she was always able to go with us, or either me or my husband was with her. But we needed to travel out of town and wouldn't be able to take her. We didn't have any family or friends available to keep her, so we talked about taking her to a puppy resort but after thinking about it we didn't think it would be the best for her. Our neighbor had told us about Rover and that they take their dog to Cathy and she was really good with their dog.....so we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did. Cathy was so great with Hazel -she treated her like her own. Cathy knew we were going to miss our baby and she would send us pictures and updates. When we picked Hazel up she was happy to see us but you could see that she had been well taken care of. We are so grateful for Cathy. Ashley and her girls were so amazing with our Koa! We were definitely nervous leaving him, but they immediately put us at ease and made us feel so much better about the whole experience. The biggest thing for us was how comfortable they made him—he actually ate while he was there, which is huge because he usually has a hard time when his routine or environment changes. It was clear he was really cared for and felt safe. He came home happy, relaxed, and we could tell he had a great time and made lots of new friends. We’re so grateful for Ashley and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Koa will definitely be back!
Christina was far and away the best multi-day sitter I have used, through any service, at any time! Genuinely can’t recommend her enough. Communication was great and she was patient/flexible with my travel schedule. I always do this truck with all my dogs - after I take them to the truck I walk them back towards the front door; if they resist and turn back towards the truck, they didn’t love his time there. My pup walked back to the door with excitement. 💜
