About: I've grown up with pets my entire life and understand the basic of animal husbandry. My passion for animals mixed with my background in veterinary medicine allows me the opportunity to service clients who have pets with medical needs. I posses skills and knowledge about animals that can directly be applied to the wellbeing of your pets while they are in my care. As vet med student- my schedules are given to us in advance. Therefore, I am able to offer availability to clients that will not change once confirmed. Rest assured, once booked, your family member(s) will be well taken care of and you will have peace of mind to focus on work, your vacation or a weekend out! Working in vet med we pay very close attention to detail to ensure we are caring for our patients to the best of our abilities and this will directly apply to the safety of clients animal's. I will be sure to follow any instructions and directions of owners while they are gone to help ensure their pet is in good health and safe while owners are away. Animals will never be left unattended unless specified by owners or they will be placed in a crate. Pets will not mingle with any other animals (including my own) unless permission is granted by owners prior to event. I am fully accessible if the owners have any questions ,concerns, or just want updates on how their furry friend is doing.
About: I’ve grown up with animals since I was five and have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I’ve helped raise three puppies, so I’m comfortable with training basics, routines, and high-energy care, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for older dogs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like my own. I play volleyball at The university of Central Missouri - down in Warrensburg I have lots of free time to help take care of your babies! Whenever I’m home from break, in KC, I have loads of free time and would love to take care of your pets! I have experience with crating animals, grooming, feeding medicines, etc. I love to walk dogs and get exercise with them! I am comfortable spending the night at others homes and bringing dogs to my house if needed! I do have three dogs and one cat right now!
About: I have been in the animal field since I was 16, completing a veterinary assistant program during high school. During Covid, I helped my aunt foster 3 rescue beagles as well as caring for her other two dogs. Since then, I have worked at multiple doggy daycare and boarding facilities and have pets of my own! I work 6am to 6pm every Tuesday-Friday so ideally, I’d need flexibility on drop-in visits for those days, but I have open availability on the weekends + Monday I am currently only providing drop-in visits which means your pet/s will stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was young. In middle school my mom started my cat obsession (bathe, feed, cuddles of course, changing litter box, administer medicine) and although I still love them, dogs definitely tend to be more theatrical. : ) I have lots of patience for pups and stubborn older dogs (let's be honest, we can all be a little stubborn) (feeding, walks, baths, administering medicine, belly rubs) I have a theatrical dog named Owen (sometimes I think he was an actor in his past life) to keep your pups company throughout the day. I currently work from home full-time and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to take dog park/walking breaks, or check-in on your pets when needed. My apartment has a long walking trail (we walk in the morning and evening) and a dog park that we go to twice a day as well. *My apartment does not have any breed restrictions, I understand that some breeds get bad reps, but I was raised with a pitbull that is truly a teddy bear.* When dropping in on pets I like to ask lots of questions at first, because I want to make sure the care is consistent to their daily routine.
About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a child. Ive seen it all. And many times I’ve taken care of friends and family’s pets and cared for them just like my own. About: I have personally cared for dogs since I was a kid, whether that be caring for my own or helping neighbors and family. I also worked at pet smart as a dog bather for some time! I also volunteer at KC Pet Project! I am currently a college student, so my weekends are very open! I have class daily but am available after class to pet sit. In order to care for pets I make sure they are walked so they can get their potty break and as well as get plenty of energy out. I make sure they are well fed as needed. Of course the necessity’s will be taken care of but I will make sure to love on them as they are comfortable and make sure they are getting plenty of enrichment while their owners are away!
