I’m willing to not only stay and house sit but ensure the animals have a good time. I work part time and have a lot of gaps in my day for side jobs. I live an active lifestyle so there’s no such thing as too many walks or too much playing! I make sure water is full all the time and food arrives on time with no fuss. About: I grew up on a farm, so I’ve always had animals/pets in my life. I’ve owned everything from small dogs to big dogs and cats. I’m a teacher so all pet care will have to be in the evening after school. I typically will finish the school day at 3:30. I own two cats and provide them with safe home environment with plenty of enrichment. I will make sure that your pet is well taken care of and they’ll have a fun time too.

About: Growing up I do not remember a moment that my family did not have an animal in our household. I used to always want to spend my time with animals and always had that option. My mom was just as obsessed with animals as I was. There was a point in time that we had two cats and five dogs in the household. I love the connection that people can build with animals and the care that there is for each other. With all of these animals in our house, I got pretty accustomed to washing, feeding, walking, playing, etc with them. My stepdad bought a Rottweiler puppy when I was a teenager, so I was able to watch how he trained the dog and the phases they go through as puppies. Although, I do not own an animal of my own at the moment, I always enjoyed the times when my life had an animal in it. I would greatly enjoy to help others contribute to taking care of their animals with the extra time I have. I currently work part-time as a server with a flexible, open schedule. I would love to spend my free time giving love to all animals. I have a schedule that would allow me to be available to give care to your animals with walks, attention, feeding, and much more! Currently, I live in an apartment complex that does allow pets, but do not have any of my own at the moment. I have dog sat my family's animals for over the past few years, dealing with multiple dogs at once, cats, senior dogs. I would love to expand beyond my family's animals.

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every pet. I know that trusting someone with your furry family member is a big decision, so I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to following your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. This is my only job at the moment so I am very flexible. Soon, though I may do some substitute teaching but that is a nice job too because it’s also very flexible. I care for every pet according to their individual routine and needs. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. Shannon was great with our boys! We have a timid kitty and another who is pretty pushy with food. Shannon took extra care to ensure that Gary could get a full meal, which can be difficult at times. She made sure both boys got playtime and pets, and put the tv on a timer so that they would have some stimulation after she left. The detailed report cards with photo updates and description of their interactions was reassuring to us while we were away. She was very communicative and left our place looking great. When we got home they were excited to see us, but weren't frantic about us having been gone. It really seems like they made a friend in Shannon. We will be booking with her again!
Took awesome care of my kitties! Apartment was left clean and it was awesome to come home and destress without having messes to clean up. I totally recommend her.
