“This was our first time having someone come to our home to care for our two dogs. We decided to try this because both of our dogs, one Golden Retriever and one Yorkie-Poo, are very "home oriented" dogs. This was a short trip, only three days, so we thought this would be the perfect time to give it a try. Mackenzie did a fantastic job with our pets. She sent us very detailed reports of each visit, as well as several pictures of each visit. She walked our dogs around our large yard, sometimes twice with each visit, to make sure they went to the bathroom outside. She spent time petting them and playing with them. I could tell they were well cared for, which was a huge relief to us. When we returned home, there were no messes and our babies looked great. We will definitely use Mackenzie again, and I highly recommend her.”

About: I have always had a love for all kinds of animals. Ive enjoyed watching family and friends pets as well as caring for my own pets in my apartment. I'd love to get to know you and your unique pet and make them feel even more loved and appreciated. I have past background knowledge on pet nutrition,hygiene and behavior traits. I am currently starting school in March to gain my pharmacy technician certification, I would have open availability to provide assistance for you and your pets. I do have a dog with me, her name is Maze. Maze is a rescue, she stays in my room and going on walks multiple times a day as well as dog parks, she would love to have a friend. Maze eats 2 times a day once in the morning and once in the evening with a snack (can of tuna/shredded chicken) in the afternoon. Maze talks walks in a harness to provide safely,we do have an extra! I have cats as well, the are allowed to freely roam around with little latches that keep bedroom doors open just enough for them to go in and out, they are also fed twice a day with wet food and have dry kibble out for free feeding through the day, since they have smaller stomachs they eat more frequently, howver the dry food is only filled once it runs out completely, the cats also have a running water fountain as well as other water bowls on elevated surfaces. Their are plenty of pet beds,toys and treats, if their are any allergies please let me know!

It had me keep going back to do insurance and so many places for each day and hr of the day to specify everything. I’m glad for the service Rover supplies and we need but they need to simplify in this day and age things should be easy not hard going forward. Life is hard enough”

About: We have been pet owners all our lives until recently. We have experience looking after dogs and cats. We would love to fill the gap by helping you out with pet sitting needs. Your fur baby will be treated as part of our family! My husband and I work full time, some days from home. My work is just few minutes away so I am able do potty breaks and walk during lunch. Our schedules are flexible and we can adapt to your needs. We currently don't have any pets at the house. Our yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is very dog friendly with a little nature trail for walks.

I’ve helped raise three puppies, so I’m comfortable with training basics, routines, and high-energy care, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for older dogs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like my own. I play volleyball at The university of Central Missouri - down in Warrensburg I have lots of free time to help take care of your babies! At home, I have a young dog and a very young puppy, so I’m already on a structured routine that includes regular feeding 3 times a day, potty breaks, training, and enrichment. Because of this, I’m reliably home at least 3 time periods a day and all night. I’m available for pet care up to three times per day for sessions lasting up to four hours each, which works well for walks, drop-ins, playtime, training reinforcement, and meals or medications times. I’m dependable, punctual, and attentive to maintaining each pet’s normal routine. Safety and trust are my top priorities in every home I care for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or my own, I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any medical or behavioral needs before care begins. About: I decided to join Rover since I use and trust Rover for my Eva (furbaby) back home in Texas. I have a spoil and energetic White German Shepard (6yrs old) that I miss while I'm in the KC area for the next year. I will treat your furbabies like my own. Ensuring they get their potty and play breaks along with lots of attention. Since I am new to town, I have no other commitments other than my daily job. I am off on weekends and can extend to check ins in the afternoons especially if they are close by. I will meet with the owners prior to pet care especially for care in a client's home and find out if there are any special instructions.
