“Angela was wonderful. She posted pictures of our pups and kitty cats regularly for us while we were on vacation . We highly recommend her for your pets while you are away.”

“I am so grateful for the wonderful care Chandler gave my two very shy and finicky cats while I was away for the week. It takes a special kind of patience and kindness to win over cats like mine. Knowing he came by twice a day to feed them, water them, and keep everything clean gave me such peace of mind. I was truly relaxed knowing they were in such caring hands. Thank you again for going above and beyond for my furry family members! I’ll definitely be asking for you again when I go out of town!”

About: I bring 13 years of hands-on pet care experience and a lifelong passion for animal welfare. I’ve cared for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, exotic pets, and farm animals, and I’m confident handling pets with varying temperaments, ages, and medical needs. My professional background includes working at a Pet Hotel and Resort, where I supervised playgroups and provided overnight care for both dogs and cats. I’ve also completed one year of Vet Tech training, giving me a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and medication administration. I’ve volunteered for years with organizations such as NoCo Humane Society and Animal Friends Alliance, where I worked as a walker, enrichment volunteer, and trainer. I frequently took dogs on structured day trips to support confidence-building and behavioral enrichment. Additionally, I served as a long-term medical foster for Pima Animal Care Center, caring for pets with ongoing medical or special needs. Beyond shelters, I’ve been a horse handler through TRAK, a therapeutic ranch for children with disabilities, where I also helped care for other farm animals. I’ve consistently managed pet sitting for multiple households at once, safely and reliably caring for several dogs and cats at the same time over many years. My own dogs have been certified and/or are currently training for Canine Good Citizen (CGC), therapy, trick, and agility certifications, reflecting my commitment to positive, structured training and enrichment. I pride myself on providing reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable care, treating every pet as if they were my own while ensuring owners feel confident and at ease eith frequent daily updates. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I’m currently a graduate student at the Colorado School of Mines completing my coursework online, and I’m based in Fort Collins. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to plan my day around pet care needs. At home, I have a young dog and a very young puppy, so I’m already on a structured routine that includes regular feeding 3 times a day, potty breaks, training, and enrichment. Because of this, I’m reliably home at least 3 time periods a day and all night. I’m available for pet care up to three times per day for sessions lasting up to four hours each, which works well for walks, drop-ins, playtime, training reinforcement, and meals or medications times. I’m dependable, punctual, and attentive to maintaining each pet’s normal routine. Safety and trust are my top priorities in every home I care for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or my own, I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any medical or behavioral needs before care begins. I have extensive experience with young puppies, including potty training, crate training, supervision, and enforcing safe boundaries. I’m especially vigilant with pets who are known to swallow foreign objects, and I practice constant supervision, environmental checks, and proactive management to prevent accidents as I have had 2 dogs with issues eating non-edible objects. I’m also very comfortable caring for dogs recovering from surgery or illness. With my vet tech training and medical foster experience, I can confidently administer medications, monitor incision sites, restrict activity as needed, and watch closely for any signs of discomfort or complications. I follow all veterinary and owner instructions carefully and provide detailed daily updates. In clients’ homes, I respect the space as if it were my own maintaining cleanliness, following household rules, and ensuring pets feel secure and relaxed in their familiar environment. In my own home, I prioritize controlled introductions, safe separation when needed, and structured routines to ensure every pet’s safety and comfort. I use positive reinforcement, clear communication, and attentive supervision to build trust with both pets and owners, providing calm, reliable, and knowledgeable care at all times.
“Marlee and Apollo became fast friends. You can tell he is elated when she comes over to check on him. She makes sure he's a happy and well-cared-for puppy. I highly recommend Marlee!”

“Good care provided to pups and cats. They are also good communicators. They let us know when they were concerned about the animals. There was also the complication of our house being on the market to sell.”

“Briley was a very good listener which was important to me since I've got an elderly cat. She was friendly and easy to talk to, prompt with care and I appreciated her level of communication. Thank you Briley, we will rebook for sure!”

“Joni went above and beyond to take care of our dog for an extended period of time. We felt comfortable being away from home when we knew that she had everything covered at our house!”

“Courtney has done an amazing job watching all of our big and small babies (3 large dogs and 2 cats) two times now! Definitely will be sticking with her in the future!”

“Tamara is the best pet sitter we have ever had! Highly recommended. She goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness of our fur babies while we are away. Thanks Tamara!!!”

“I was really nervous to find a pet sitter through Rover, I've never had to leave my dog with a "stranger" before. My dog is also a giant breed, which can intimidate people or make them nervous. Alyssa was great from the very start, my dog loved her right away which put me at ease. She didn't even care about his drool lol Alyssa is great with keeping in communication, providing updates and pictures after each drop-in. I was able to actually relax while being out of town knowing my baby was in good hands. I would recommend her 1000% and will def. book her for any future trips.”

“Took on a last minute request for a drop in and was very accommodating. She took plenty of pictures which reassured me that my pup was taken care of. She even topped off her water before leaving her. I will definitely be requesting her services again!”
