About: I have 10 years of experience dog walking for an animal shelter as a kid/teen. From that, I have learned how to interact with many different types of dogs and cats with different personalities and behaviors. I have been walking dogs, pet sitting, and caring for animals for over 10 years now. I love all animals and am very responsible. I will be very dedicated to taking good care of your pets! I have house sat for many families including dogs, cats, and birds. I enjoy large dogs and cats, but am open to caring for any and all animals. I am willing to walk dogs as far as they need. I aim to provide a sense of normalcy for animals when they are away from their owners. I am currently working 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday), so I have Friday and weekend availability to help care for pets! I also have some evening availability depending on the day. About: I've taken care of my neighbors dog for five years. I take make sure the chores for keeping the dog happy and healthy is succeeded in the end of the time or day. I also love dogs to do whatever for them to feel safe and sound! Im currently working part time at two jobs and going to college full time. Yet I still make time to care for pets as every pet deserves some love even while their owner is gone. I live in a fourplex in parkville MO with a gated front porch. I do have my parents house in Leavenworth KS with a gated backyard but they do have 2 cats and 2 dogs. If you arnt comfortable with any of those options then I am happy to care for your dog in your home! I am a very flexible person!

About: I’ve never known a time during my life when I didn’t have a pet. My family had several dogs and I even owned some exotic pets. My current doggo is Kali, a five year old Bernedoodle. As somebody who is highly empathetic by nature, I connect really easily with animals. For this reason, family and friends always trusted me to take care of their loved fur friends. I work well with young to old pets, and am accustomed to very gentle training and care with lots of love. This is my full time gig. I’m autistic, so being around animals is both therapeutic and what I enjoy as I find it to be much less stress inducing than work that requires socialization. I also have a special connection with animals as I’m a very empathetic person and read energies well. I have a yard and a friendly, trained bernedoodle that works very well with other dogs. She’s been in training and daycare since she was a puppy. Your pets are more than welcome to have a playmate if they’re friendly as well. I also have a large crate if your pet needs kenneled. I give pets constant attention and honestly spoil them, so to me they are just another family member.

“I was really nervous to find a pet sitter through Rover, I've never had to leave my dog with a "stranger" before. My dog is also a giant breed, which can intimidate people or make them nervous. Alyssa was great from the very start, my dog loved her right away which put me at ease. She didn't even care about his drool lol Alyssa is great with keeping in communication, providing updates and pictures after each drop-in. I was able to actually relax while being out of town knowing my baby was in good hands. I would recommend her 1000% and will def. book her for any future trips.”

About: I always insure that pets are comfortable! I’ve taken care of old cats and dogs, and I when they are old like that it’s important to meet their needs first, as most of the time they need a lot of guidance and help. I am currently going into online college, so most of my day is free! I often sit down and watch TV or play video games, but I mostly enjoy writing and drawing in my free time I personally like to ask owners how there pets are in the company of others, as well as if any weather bugs them! The comfort of my pets, and owners is always my number 1 priority! I want to make sure that they are comfortable around me, and I never approach any animal until I’ve let them sniff me, it’s important that they trust me to be around them.

Your fur baby will be treated as part of our family! My husband and I work full time, some days from home. My work is just few minutes away so I am able do potty breaks and walk during lunch. Our schedules are flexible and we can adapt to your needs. We currently don't have any pets at the house. Our yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is very dog friendly with a little nature trail for walks.

About: Howdy there & nice to meet you, I am a kindred soul who has experience working in doggy day cares/boarding camps as well as volunteering hours at various local animal shelters. I am an aspiring pet groomer and will be taking classes for that soon as well. I turned my passion to vibe with furry friends into paid play dates. I am a natural care giver and would love to meet your little (or big) one! I work a hybrid remote job so my schedule is super flexible. I have to already incorporate my schedule around my rightfully spoiled only child (Lincoln, my 8-year old Husky mix). I also combine pet care time with my self-care routine for exercise/physical activity. (Work smarter not harder). I have a fenced yard/porch, as well as a doggy door built into the door that leads to said yard/porch and security cameras that cover the yard so we can always see what's going on. As well as various toys, treats, and walking equipment always available to all our furry friends.
