“Katie always gives the best care to our cats, including giving medicine to our two special needs cats. She is highly recommended by us for her promptness, dependability and care.”

About: Raised with dogs and always been around them for the past 29 years of my life. I've also pet-sat for cats since 2012 and have lived with them since 2020. I currently have 4 cats, and a dog I share custody of with my parents. I love parks, going on walks or hikes, and always follow hygiene procedures. Cleaning litter is no problem. I have minor dog training experience and will always ask what commands you want me to remain consistent on. I have experience giving cats and dogs oral medication via syringe and pill, and am familiar with specific dietary and medical needs. If your pet needs extra mobility help I am here for them, too. What sets me apart is that I am reliable, calm, and enthusiastic about all animals. I have recently returned to university, so my schedule is very flexible. Most of my classes are online. Every week I check what needs to be done for the next week so that I can plan the best patterns for work, study, and life. Staying up late or Waking up early is no problem. The first thing I do in respect to any client is get to know what expectations are and a brief history of the pet and their needs. Setting firm boundaries while expressing deep compassion and care is my go-to. I adore playing with active pets and giving them plenty of cuddles and attention - but if a pet is skittish of strangers or doesn't like being touched I will always give them the space they need to be themselves. Trust is a two-way street and as a human it is my responsibility to bridge the language gap with patience, love, and consistency. Making sure pets are safe and accommodated for in weather is a priority, whether that is in the form of hydration, giving them a coat, or assuaging their fears.
“We’re so grateful to have found Tiffany to care for Hank while we were away. She’s an excellent communicator, and we truly appreciated the detailed updates and photos she sent throughout our trip. Hank looked happy and well cared for in every picture, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. We will absolutely be booking with Tiffany again and can’t recommend her highly enough!”

“Jessica knows her stuff! She also booked with us last minute which was such a lifesaver during the holidays! Thank you Jessica!! We highly recommend her”

I have also taken care of dogs and cats young and old and I am volunteering at KC Pet Project. I’m currently a college student home for the summer and will have a part time job. I would be excited to take care of your pets in between! I feed, bathe, brush, and exercise my own dog and have since I was young. For the neighbors pets I have cleaned up and ensured they had the proper amount of food and water and giving them enrichment.
“Autumn has watched our dog over a long weekend at her home and dropped in to let our dog out while we were out of town for the day. She always sends us pictures and keeps us updated on how she’s doing. She does a great job!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. Always had a dog in the house growing up till I moved out. I used to dog/house sit for family friends who had really big dogs and small dogs. I’ve handled big dogs like Newfoundlands and St. Bernard’s as well as other dogs like boarder collies and golden retrievers. I’m currently off for the summer due to being a High School teacher. I coach in the mornings and evenings but my middle day and weekends are really open. Would be available anytime from 11am to 4pm regularly I live in an apartment that is right next to a dog park/fenced area. It is also near the little blue trail way which is great for walking and exploring.
About: I’m a responsible elementary teacher with a strong background in pet and home care, offering dependable Rover house and pet sitting services with excellent availability during the summer months. I’ve been dog sitting, cat sitting, and house sitting since I was 14 years old, giving me years of hands-on experience with animals of all ages and breeds. As a pet owner myself, I have cared for our family dog, a 10-year-old German Shepherd, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and attentive care. I bring the same level of responsibility, organization, and trustworthiness from my teaching career into every home and pet I care for, ensuring both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident. I am a elementary school teacher, so my summers are free! I have pretty open availibilty every day, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pet, take them for walks, and house sit. During the school year, I work 8am-4pm. I would be able to stop by after 4pm on week days, and open availibilty on weekends. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, clean, and structured environment where pets feel secure and cared for in their home. I closely follow all routines, feeding schedules, and any special instructions to keep things consistent and stress-free. I’m attentive to behavior and health, ensuring pets are supervised, taken on walks, and never put in unsafe situations. As a responsible and dependable caregiver, I treat every home with respect and every pet like family. I also love sending photo updates for pet parents who enjoy regular check-ins, so you can feel confident, connected, and at ease while you’re away.
“Caitlin was wonderful at taking care of my two spoiled enormous dogs! This is the first time we've used a pet sitter and we will be using Caitlin's services in the future. The dogs were more relaxed being at home and frankly I was relaxed on vacation. She gave them medicine they needed and kept us updated with lots of pics and it was truly a great experience.”

About: I have 8 plus years of dog/house sitting experience and have found a love for taking care of other's fur babies. Over my years of experience, I have loved to see the love families have for their doggies. You can trust that while you are away, I will send you pictures and updates on how your fur baby is doing! I also believe that one should always leave a space better than they found it. I will take care of your space and treat it respectfully. I am currently in college finishing it fully online. This gives me the flexibility to do it anywhere, like the comfort of a home while I am taking care of one's pup. I also have a part-time job that varies in days and times. I can provide you with that schedule upon request that lets you know the times I would be away from your pet:) Growing up we always had dogs in our home, from two chocolate Labrador retrievers to now a little Chorkie named Lilly. Living here I am away from her, by providing this service I get to love on other's dogs! I love to be outside such as taking walks around town or going on a beautiful Colorado hike. I am very flexible and realize every fur baby might need something different. I am happy to accommodate to whatever your pup enjoys. From cuddles and watching movies to playing fetch - we can do it all. For any overnight pet/house sitting, I will always spend the night so your dog will never be left alone for the night. I will also provide my schedule to you upon request so you know the time I will be spending with your pet/ at your home.

Independence dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica met with me a couple times for a meet and greet with my ATHENA before my trip. During my time away, she was AWESOME!!! She texted me pictures of my little girl and even took her on walks when she wasn’t required to! She was/is a very prompt, trustworthy, sweet and loving care taker! I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for care for their fur babies!!!!

We are so glad to have found Sam! Our babies love him. My husband is usually very uptight until we know the sitter has arrived. This time he only asked the first night, he didn’t give a second thought afterwards because he knew Sam would be there. Thank you Sam for being so sweet and dependable.
