About: I grew up with dogs and cats and currently have 3 cats of my own. I cared for my dog through all stages of life and was able to teach her some simple commands. I love animals and pets so much and I will care for your pet as if it was my own. I currently work a full time job so its hard for me to check on them around lunch but i can do early morning and early evening walks and drop ins. On weekends I am more open and can give more attention and play/walk/love for your fur baby! With me already having pets of my own I wouldn't be able to bring your pet to my house, I don't want to stress my pets out. But I will give the same level of care you do in your own home. And I believe it will be less stressful for your pet.

About: My name is Madeline Leonard. I am experienced with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats and have been caring for them since I was a young child. I worked at a boarding and daycare facility for 5 years and was animal safety and care certified. I am also comfortable giving a wide variety of medications. I work remotely 3/5 days a week and love caring for dogs and cats. I care deeply about making sure they get the best care possible and have lots of fun while their owners are away. It’s important to me that people are able to enjoy their time away without needing to worry about their furry loved ones. Don’t hesitate to contact for more information. I work remotely 3/5 days a week so I am available for boarding Thursday-Tuesday. If your pet is comfortable being left in a crate during a normal work day, I am open to boarding on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well. I have a large fenced in back yard and 3 dogs of my own. My largest is shared with my parents so is frequently not at my house, but all three are friendly and neutral with other dogs. I have several baby gates set up within my home to keep my pets separate from guests until proper introductions can be done and everyone is comfortable with each other.

About: I don’t have any official experience, but I’ve watched neighbors and family pets before. I have also owned 1 dog and 2 cats, so I understand aspects of taking care of animals I currently work a part time job that takes up most of my weekends, but I have plenty of time during the week to provide pet care. About: As an ER vet med worker, I understand that pets deserve to be treated with care and compassion. I have worked in the field for over 4 years and have experience with an array of behaviors and sizes. I own a german shepherd who is quite reactive, so I have special interests in caring for reactive and hard to handle pets. I do german style training with my own dog, and love to focus on obedience training. I am comfortable giving a variety of medications as needed and providing the best care for your fur babies. I work at an emergency veterinary hospital, so I do pet sitting on the side. I am familiar with the different lifestyle needs for each pet and willing to accommodate and provide:) Being a veterinary worker and student, I am very knowledgeable on pet care, illnesses, and many other aspects. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs who love attention. Life gets busy- I’m excited to walk and play with your pup when you need help! I’m a full time nurse. I work 3 12 hour days a week, so I have plenty of time on my 4 days off to walk and help care for furry friends! About: Raised with dogs and always been around them for the past 29 years of my life. I've also pet-sat for cats since 2012 and have lived with them since 2020. I currently have 4 cats, and a dog I share custody of with my parents. I love parks, going on walks or hikes, and always follow hygiene procedures. Cleaning litter is no problem. I have minor dog training experience and will always ask what commands you want me to remain consistent on. I have experience giving cats and dogs oral medication via syringe and pill, and am familiar with specific dietary and medical needs. If your pet needs extra mobility help I am here for them, too. What sets me apart is that I am reliable, calm, and enthusiastic about all animals. I have recently returned to university, so my schedule is very flexible. Most of my classes are online. Every week I check what needs to be done for the next week so that I can plan the best patterns for work, study, and life. Staying up late or Waking up early is no problem. The first thing I do in respect to any client is get to know what expectations are and a brief history of the pet and their needs. Setting firm boundaries while expressing deep compassion and care is my go-to. I adore playing with active pets and giving them plenty of cuddles and attention - but if a pet is skittish of strangers or doesn't like being touched I will always give them the space they need to be themselves. Trust is a two-way street and as a human it is my responsibility to bridge the language gap with patience, love, and consistency. Making sure pets are safe and accommodated for in weather is a priority, whether that is in the form of hydration, giving them a coat, or assuaging their fears.

About: I've been fostering and taking care of others' dogs as long as I can remember. I have a huge home with a lot of open area to run and play. It has a fenced back yard. The fur babies sleep in my bed and yours will be welcome as well or they can sleep in other rooms. I work during the day but I get home around 530 pm. In the evenings, I'm home with the dogs. If its nice weather, we can go to the off leash parks and run around or go on the trails. I've owned, babysat, nursed back to health beagles, dachshunds, mastiffs, pit bulls, dalmatians, cocker spaniels, border collies, mixx breeds...they are all special to me. I don't give injected meds because I am TERRIFIED of needles! I am willing to travel to the dog's home if they are more comfortable there then outside of their own home. I will have to go home and check on my own dogs but I'll spend as much time as possible. I'll also bring treats from Treats Unleashed. I work 85% at home during the week but I can stop by for morning visits and evening visits. on the weekends I can be there as much or as little as possible At my house I have a husky who's pretty big and when he 1st meets a dog he barks a lot but then they become friends. At your house If you have a skittish dog or cat I know how to be present without being in their face or in their space. And if you have a loving dog I love to cuddle too. If you're going on a trip I don't mind getting your mail or packages and putting them in the house or whatever else you need done I am 85% working from home so I would be available more often. On the days that I am at the office, it will be about 4-6 hours between checkins during the day I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. They have so much room to run and play inside and outside. We have great treats and toys. They will have a lot of fun.

About: I’ve been known through my family and friends as a “dog whisperer”, and have had dogs in my care all my life! I’ve owned and taken care of my own senior dog for years, and am currently working with my new puppy. I have detailed experience with elderly dogs and dogs with medical needs. I can administer medications involving needles, and fulfill special food requests. Currently, I am a university student and I have a small part time job. However, I miss working with animals and my class schedule tends to be very flexible! In caring for a pet at your home, I treat it as if it was my own. I always emphasize to follow directions perfectly, and to treat your things with respect.

About: I am blessed with a sweet boy of my own and have had dogs in the house growing up. I have always had a natural touch with animals. For instance, my neighbor has a Saint Bernard who is not sure of humans in general but especially human males, however this dog becomes a giant puppy when I come around. I am a full time student doing school online so pet care can be done anytime in the mornings and afternoons and on any day except for Sundays. I have a fenced in yard at home, though I keep a watchful eye on my dog when he is outside. While inside, I keep anything that might catch his eye out of reach, and make sure he is always properly entertained. This happens to be easy for my dog since he loves antlers to chew on.

About: Hi, my name is Autumn and i have worked with dogs and other animals for over 15 years. My experience comes from working in animal hospitals, pet stores, daycare, boarding, and rescue facilities. I've also been a dog walker for about 3 years. I worked for a dog walking company for 2 years and then started my own pet care/dog walking business called Road Dogs Pet Care and Transportation. I am a single mother of two daughters (5 & 11) and dog mom of 3 older (13,13, &15), very sweet dogs. They are all very social and well behaved. I have a large fenced in yard. I also have experience doing nail trims and offer in-home nail trims. i also have experience bathing and administering medications. I take care, safety, and love very seriously and will always do my best to make sure your babe feels as comfortable and happy as possible! Profile update: Hi, a lot has changed since I first joined Rover. I no longer have my three elderly babies as they have all passed away due to old age. We now have two new additions to our family, Six and Pepper. Six is my 2 year old Border Collie/Heeler mix. She's very spunky, sweet, and playful! Pepper is our 2 1/2 yr old 7 lb. poodle. She is basically my daughters little sidekick and spends almost all of her time with her. She sometimes thinks she's a Doberman, but she's harmless and warms up quick. Once she warms up she's ready to run with the big dogs! They're both great girls and are used to new friends and visitors often. 😊 I'm home full-time and take care of my two kids, two dogs, and our aquatic turtle. Aside from running occasional errands or appointments, I'm able to give your dog or dogs all the love, attention, and playtime that they need. I'm also available for daily dog walks if needed. I have a large fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. They are all inside and outside frequently throughout the day as needed or as they please. I'm happy to cater to any individual needs. 2/23/25 Update: Hi, so its now been about 23 years of working with all these amazing beautiful babes! Im still available for boarding, home drop-ins, and daily walks or potty breaks if you don’t have time or need any extra help. We have a new family member now. Marley is our newest baby girl. She is a two year old Dalmatian and she is super sweet and full of playful sweet energy! She gets along with everybody. :) So our household currently consists of Me, my partner, my two daughters (10 & 16), Six, Pepper, Marley, and Mr.B (Turtle). Also just to clarify, my name is Amber Autumn Hays. I went by Autumn when I first started my Rover Act.
