She starts circling the door and she’ll just sit in front of the door until he shows up and after he leaves she keeps going to the door just to make sure he’s not coming back, he’s been a godsend since I broke my hip and can’t take her on her 7 mile walk anymore. I’m so grateful to have somebody that Hannah attached to so quickly. Thank you so much Sam for being Hannah‘s new best buddy.”

About: I have a pet of my own, specifically a cat. I have taken care of many of my families dogs and cats when needed. I play soccer at UMKC and am able to keep up with high energy dogs. I am currently going to school at UMKC and will have lots of time in my morning and throughout the day to come by and check on your loved ones! I am not in season at the moment, so I will be available on weekends. I will be respectful to your home by taking my shoes off and being calm and quiet when entering the home. I will lightly call for your pet while cracking the door open to let them know I am not a threat.

About: I have a huge passion for animals! I have 4 of my own. I’ve worked in a verity of animal industries to a daycare & boarding to a vets office. All together I have over 6 years of experience. I’m available on Mondays and Wednesday all day and weekends. I can do at home boarding or just a walk whatever works best for your fur babies! I would do whatever you normally do so we don’t disrupt there routine. I will always follow whatever rules and training you have set in place.

About: Hi. My name is Keele. I love animals. I admire pet parents who use these services to provide their loved one/s the opportunity to have their own vacation while they are on theirs. Our guests can play, run in the yard, enjoy walks, squirrel watch, and take couch naps. All of those activities offer enrichment which has a positive impact on keeping your pet healthy and happy while you are away. That is why I am committed to delivering that vision so clients can have peace of mind and enjoy their time away knowing their loved one is having the best care. To answer some commonly asked questions: ANXIETY: Walks. After drop off they will get a walk. This helps decrease their initial bout of anxiousness. I also try to keep them engaged as to not allow boredom to creep in and breed anxiety, confusion or worry. DOG PARKS: I do not take client’s pets to dog parks. This is for their safety from other dogs. SLEEP: Pets have full roam. Most guests jump in our King bed and snuggle on us and our two dogs, but they are more than welcome to cozy up anywhere please. I make my own schedule. Pet care is top priority with an emphasis on exercise. Once we work out the details I adjust my schedule accordingly. Fenced Yard is first on the list for physical safety. For emotional safety and wellness we respect guests personalities and can read their mood. We do not force petting or engagement. We do not yell, spank or boss animals around. Enforce physical boundaries when needed. If my dog wants to play and we can see our guest is tired we will take our to another part of the house where either me or my husband are and put the door so they can stay in the room we are in to give your pet a break.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10. I’ve always been around dogs and have enjoyed their energy and company. I am also a cat lover. I have two of my own and a lab pup. I have helped my parents raise 4 dogs who are now almost 16 years old! I am a professional dog watcher with experience at a local dog park. I will spoil your pets just as I would my own. I am currently a substitute teacher that works whenever is needed. My availability is very flexible and I have time to visit animals mostly in the morning and evening. On my off days I am available all day. I have experience with various breeds of dogs. You tell me what I need to do and I will make sure the job gets done.

About: I was born in Romania and adopted at age six. Since I can remember as a kid and growing up, my passion for animals always played a huge role in my life. I've had three dogs, two Australian Shepards (Blue/Red Merel) and one medium sized mixed breed in which we rescued at a gas station attached to a chain. I also was a cat person with four cats and loved them just as much as dogs. Throughout the years, I also developed my love for smaller animals like hamsters and betta fish! My fish obsession led to my future career goals of becoming a marine biologist, where I traveled for a summer to Mississippi and enrolled in a Dolphin and whale behavior class. I also managed to work at Petland in Blue Springs where I was a pet counselor and assisting customers with finding different pet care products. Although I'm not currently working on my Marine Biology major, I managed to find a way back to helping animals in one way or another by later on working at an Animal Hospital for 3 years, a Pet boarding facility for about 4 months and a Pharmaceutical Company which produces a vaccine that helps and saves Chickens. Crazy right?? Went from Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, dolphins to Chickens. Anyways now that you've read my story I know that you can count on my love for animals to make sure I can provide the best care for your passion and family member. I'm very active for any animals who need a walk including my own 12 pound neutered Shihtzu who does great with other pets. I like to also be organized and communicate with people who are trusting my experience with their baby's. I am off every week day by 2:30pm, and always off on weekends! I do have an extra crate in case any Pet feels more comfortable in their own space but all are welcome on beds and furniture. We even have a big fenced in yard for extra play time and excercise.

About: With not only taking care of my two dogs (Lab German Shepherd Mix & Yorkie) who are two different type of dogs not only in physical features but personalities too! I have experience dog sitting for my aunts dog who was a cockapoo who sadly became blind but needed just as much and maybe even more attention than any other dog. I currently work 4 days a week so I have Thursday-Saturday off giving me nothing but time and opportunity to meet and play with your pet as well as making sure I take care of my own! (If need be I’m available after 1:30-2pm Sun-Wed) With having two pets of my own sadly I will not be able to have your pet come to my home BUT I can come to yours. I have experience getting dogs in and out of the cages, harnessing them, and letting them in and out.
