I was a little nervous dropping off our 8 month old Siberian Husky because it was our first time sending him off for boarding while we went away on vacation. Heck, it was our first time separated from him for any amount of time lol. Kristina had excellent communication from the first time I reached out and really put my mind at ease while we chatted as I dropped off our pup. She sent daily updates, either texts or pics, or both, and was quick to respond anytime I reached out. Our pup loved it there and even be-friended her German Shepherd. I can tell he misses his new buddy too by his body language after picking him up lol. He's happy to be home, but definitely bummed to part ways with his new BFF. Will absolutely make plans for Odin to stay with Kristina anytime we need boarding in the future.”

“I can't thank Gail and Dog Vacay enough!! Right from the meet and greet I knew I had picked the best. Our 12 year old Aussie/Collie mix Sydney felt so at home immediately. Gail's comfortable home let Sydney keep up with her daily pastimes: sleeping on the sofa and looking out the window! :) Sydney takes daily meds which were administered with no problem. Gail sent updates and even pictures to us that made my vacation more relaxed too. Gail's other little border gave Sydney a fun friend. I'm not sure Sydney wanted us to come home! “We had a definite need for a reliable sitter who could take our 3 cats into her home, medicate two of them including with injections for insulin and other meds for an extended period of time (nearly two weeks), and Chigorzirim provided that to us. Because of the sensitivity of our cats, we also appreciated that she only accepts one client at a time as she describes. She followed through the schedule that I prepared for when to medicate 2 of our 3 cats as needed, and we appreciated her time on keeping us informed and sent along pictures. We are planning some future travel later this year and would look to her to help us with our cats.”

“Nelson stayed with Noreen over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. She sent pictures of him in the morning, afternoons, and evening each day of his stay. She was very communicative and I didn't have to wonder how he was doing. Noreen was very accommodating to Nelson's diet. He stayed with two of his toys, his special food bowl, treats, and leashes. Noreen had a bed for him to sleep on and water bowls. Pictures showed Nelson enjoying being out in their backyard, going for walks, and playing with the other dogs. It appears he had a great time and I am very grateful that he got to stay with such a nice family over the holiday weekend. I had booked his stay on short notice because it had slipped my mind in preparation for my upcoming trip. All of the local kennels for boarding were booked. Noreen made it very easy for me to book his stay. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend using her services and would definitely book again.”

“Amazingly kind. She has one small dog diva. Our frenchies are not dog aggressive but nosy. We felt totally at ease leaving them. She has a good sense about dogs and wasn’t overwhelmed by our nosy Frenchie. Home was well established to accommodate two dogs. When we went to pick up they had company. We were excited for a chiefs win so we all talked about the game. They were very personable. Our frenchies were so tired. With all of the activity the dogs were more than well entertained. We picked them up around 7 and they slept for 14 hours straight. They were exhausted which just means they stayed busy didn’t sleep a lot cause there was always something going on. Highly recommend and will use again. Thank you for the day service. It met our needs perfectly. Their location was close to i~70 and easy to find.”
