Animal Welfare Experience

Hi, I am Tricia and i have had dogs all my life. I love pets very much and have worked at local animal shelters. Working in animal welfare has graced me with all sorts of experience with all types of animal behaviors and personalities. I also have lots of animal medical experience. I have worked with animals with aggression, separation anxiety, seizures, deaf, shy and fearful and much more. I can also medicate animals in any way needed. I am experienced in giving shots and pilling animals. Basic training is something I like to work on with all animals as I believe it helps them not only build their confidence but also keeps their mind busy and wears them out! Please let me know if I can help you out!

Our dogs had another great stay at Patricia's. They always act excited when we drop them off and seem to love her backyard play space. We'll definitely board with Patricia again.

We had a last minute trip out of town the following day and needed to find a sitter last minute for our two dogs. Patricia was great and agreed to meet with us and watch our dogs for a few hours. We wanted to give them time to acclimate to her before we left them for a longer period the following day. Our dogs loved Patricia's backyard and all the play time. They seemed very happy when we arrived and even eager when we dropped them off the next day. We would definitely recommend Patricia because she's very accommodating, a great communicator, and has a lot of experience with taking care of dogs. We will for sure ask her to watch our dogs again.

A typical day

Basic training is a great activity that we will do. Sometimes it's a better workout for a dog to work on training than taking a long walk. But some dogs need to be worn out before training! It's all up to the dog!

I will work with any breed! I would like to know how they generally are with other animals, if there is anything we should avoid and I would like to know what words you use for commands.
