About: I’ve never been without pets from the time I was born, grew up with German Shepherds and Saint Bernard’s and was in my twenties before realizing not everyone related or loved dogs the way I do. I’ve owned and loved cats that lived to eighteen. I live with two lovely teen kids, husband and rescue dog, Lulu. She’s almost eight! She arrived when she was two, unruly, unwalkable and barking non stop at us at the dinner table while we attempted to eat. Most people would have given that girl back, but not us! I trained her at home, had the entire family participate, and worked with two separate pros to ensure she grew into our special family dog. Lulu is now eight, and our little mama dog, she loves the kids so much! Daily exercise keeps her fit and her brain happy. I would love to help you with your dogs, cats or other pets for walks, cuddles or play time- they’re all right up my alley! My schedule is very open at this time. I’m a Mom of two teens but am able to maintain a flexible schedule. I value a high level of communication. I am very mindful and respectful of people’s property. I own an airbnb and understand the respect to show others. I am able to come at your designated time and am happy to follow house rules.

“My dogs love Reza!! Could not be happier to have found someone who clearly enjoys looking after them, and he is always flexible when I need, easy to book and communicate well.”

“Emma’s is a fantastic sitter! I had a delay in my cat food delivery which she navigated with ease. It’s a relief to know that the cats are in good hands when I’m away!”

About: I am an animal lover at heart! I grew up with dogs & cats although I don't currently have any, I will care for yours just like my own. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, nurtured, and happy as possible. I work hyrbid during the week & can walk your pet or stop by for some play. I am available to housesit during the week & weekends I will always ask about your pet's typical day & routine to try to create a similar environment. I will respect your home, keep it clean, & provide regular updates so you feel at ease.

“Sabrina was amazing! She provided excellent care for my 2 cats and managed around their eccentricities like a pro: they are typically very fearful of strangers but Sabrina had them responding to her from the outset. She also happily volunteered to water plants while we were away, and the house was in great shape when we got home - Sabrina kept everything cleaned up and even washed all the cat bowls for me. Having Sabrina cat sit for me provided great peace of mind - I will definitely use her again!”

“Erica was fantastic with my dog, Fauci. Her communication was fantastic, she sent me lots of photos, and even helped fix my sticky door lock. Really, really great dog sitter. Will definitely rebook.”

About: Are the dogs wild? Or am I wild? It has never really been clear. I have two dogs that are different in almost every way possible, from size to behavior. One an 80 lbs husky mix ready for playful rabble rousing and general chaos creator (as huskies are born to do), and the other a 14 lbs chihuahua ready to play referee if he thinks things are looking like they might get chaotic. I have read lots of different dog training books, but I am not a dog trainer. Just a normal human looking to improve my relationship with my dogs. Maybe your dogs too? I work from home and can hang out with your pet for most of the day as long as there is a place for me to work comfortably. Depending on their needs I can take them out. Tuesdays are heavy meeting days for me and I would be unlikely to take them out between 8-12pm if I am house sitting. I am still around for general pets and chit chat, but unable to leave during that time on Tuesdays. My overall philosophy is that I am a human treat dispenser, here for distractions and love. Pets, toys, words of affection, or food… I will use your dogs love language to distract them from the wild world around us, all while they distract me from the wild world. If you want me to watch your dog at my house, I already have two living here so they would need to be okay with the current residents.

About: Updated 2025! I am opening up my availability, please reach out with requests. I am experienced with dogs and cats. I have had my own dog for 8 years. I have experience training her on my own and through trainers. Before adopting my dog, I did several years of dog sitting for extended periods of time, 3-6 months at a time while owners were traveling. I have cared for dogs of different sizes and breeds. I have experience handling two dogs at one time. I love going on walks and/or playing with your dog. My dog loves to play ball and tug. I also have years of experience with cats. I grew up with a family cat and have done drop in care for cats as a sitter. I know how much our animals need our attention and care for their well-being and I am happy to help out as your sitter. I am available anytime. I can do routine walks each week or the occasional walk depending on your needs. I am not available for full time dog/cat care, just walks and drop in visits! I am able to care for your pet at your home. I will safely enter and leave your house as to not let any pet out of the door. I can put on different harness and leash styles. I will ensure we have the equipment we need to have a safe and fun walk and secure the door behind me. I do ask that owners leave all necessary gear such as harness/leash/poop bags, in one area by the door for easy access. I can crate your dog if needed. And can offer outdoor playtime in your fenced yard. I do not take dogs to the dog park.

About: Ever since I was a child I have loved animals and they love me. I often find myself being followed by cats when I 'm on walks or being approached and greeted by dogs at parks. They give me a sense of calm and I enjoy giving them and their humans reassurance that they are well cared for. I currently have one large Cane Corso and one small Persian Himalayan...guess which one is the boss? I hope you will entrust me with your furry family to provide them with what they and you need. My daily schedule is rather flexible so I am able to adjust according to your needs. Whether it's a consistent schedule or adjust depending on their needs, I can adjust as needed. As a guest in your space I always respect your needs and requests for the furry family! I'm happy to do walks, play in the yard or relax and play inside.

About: I began my love of dogs and training in high school when I worked for the premier boarding facility in Seattle for 3 years. I spent 10+ years breeding and raising purebred American Pit Bull Terriers. We competed in conformation and weight pull and I had several Champion and Ace titled dogs. In that time I traveled the US showing and often transported dogs and puppies for friends and acquaintances on my trips. Then, I worked as a Boarding Kennel Manager for Canine Comfort Corner in Bothell, WA for 3 years. Here I lived on site and took care of cats, dogs (50+ over holidays) and chickens. I also had my dogs and cat with me. I also provided dog training during my time in boarding. I've trained hundreds of puppies and adult dogs including a celebrity puppy! I am great at leash, potty and obedience training. While working in boarding select clients also had us house sit and take care of their dogs in house. I was tasked with this and took care of dogs, cats, small animals, birds and fish. Since early 2022, I have been house sitting on Trusted House Sitters and have decided to also offer walking and check in via Rover. I offer in depth training at additional cost, contact me for pricing. I am an IAACB member, committed to LIMA training principles, AKC CGC Approved Evaluator and I work with WA Therapy Dogs conducting training for future Therapy Dogs. I am a well-rounded pet sitter and will treat your pets and home like my own, with care. I work remotely M-F, as Operations and Finance Manager of a local nonprofit, so we spend the majority of each sit playing and spending time with your pets in your home. We take daily walks and enjoy visiting local parks. My schedule is flexible and I am able to adjust for your pets needs. I am very clean and ensure your home is looked after with the utmost care. My daughter and I attend sits together, so only pets that are kid friendly are a good match, however, she is responsible and loves to help exercise pets with me. I will arrive within 2 hours of your departure and leave within 2 hours of your arrival so pets are not left alone long. I can ensure plants and animals are taken care of to the highest standards. I can provide in home training during the visit for puppies who are still learning and ensure potty training continues without issue. I have done sits in the US and abroad with my daughter and before I had her. I can administer medication, and stick to a strict schedule or training regimen as needed. **Covid Vaxxed** **Non-smoking** **Alcohol-free**

Van P.
“Van is a phenomenal caregiver. She dutifully took care of her pet Chihuahua Jim, for 7 years after she adopted him from her aunt who could no longer take care of him. I saw the change in her Jim’s demeanor as he warmed up to her and became her dog in a short amount of time. Every time that I was over, she asked if I was interested in walking Jim with her. She was on top of walking, feeding and disciplining Jim throughout his life. Since he passed years ago, she has dedicated time to occasionally dog sitting for her friends, making sure that they are comfortable and happy. Van’s passion in caring for people as a health professional has only deepened her love for animals and she would be a fantastic caregiver to your pet!”

Angie is very knowledgeable of dogs, and goes out of her way to get to know each dog’s unique personality, quirks, and needs. Angie is reliable, friendly, and my dog has so much fun with her!”

Alana W.
“Alana is literally the best dog sitter we've ever had. She is extremely responsible and reliable, is loving and attentive to the dogs' needs, and will truthfully follow any instructions or requests you give to ensure the dogs health, happiness and safety. She promptly communicates if she has any questions or concerns, and she has a genuine interest in getting to know your dogs and cares about their wellbeing. Over the last several years, I've hired Alana on multiple occasions for both short term and long term dog care at our house while we were away, and each time we return, both our home and our dogs are in a better state than when we left. Dogs are smart and sensitive - whether they have been walked regularly and plentifully, whether they received loving attention and had positive interaction, clearly shows up in the condition of their coat, mood, attitude and behavior, and I can assure that my dogs receive the finest care possible from Alana. We've had many dog sitters before, and our dogs chose Alana!”

North Beach pet parents share their Rover experiences
Paula was such a lifesaver when I needed last minute petsitting care for my cat! She was extremely responsive, thorough in her visits and easy to work with, especially on such short notice. I also appreciated how sweet she was with my cat who tends to be anxious around new people. Would absolutely work with her again and I couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Paula!
